The father-daughter dinner came complete with a third wheel -- Caitlyn's partner, Sophia Hutchins, and the loving family scene at the end of the meal raises just one question.

We've all been there ... that awkward moment when you're a working adult and go out to dinner with a parent. WHO picks up the check??

Y'know Caitlyn had to offer -- after all, her net worth is reportedly an estimated, and totally respectable, $100 mil. She's used to paying, but maybe juuust this once ... ya let the kid slap down her black card.

Hannah B -- a front-runner to be the next 'Bachelorette' -- got a rude homecoming when her sorority denied producers a chance to shoot promos with Hannah at her alma mater.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... 'Bachelorette' producers reached out to the University of Alabama's Alpha Chi Omega chapter about shooting interior and exterior shots at the sorority house where Hannah Brown partied before graduating in 2017.

Hannah, who placed 7th on the current 'Bachelor' season with Colton Underwood -- is rumored to be the new 'Bachelorette' ... and the fact she's shooting promos is a big hint the rumors are true. However, there's been no official announcement.

Our sources say ΑΧΩ turned down Hannah due to security concerns. We're told there are hundreds of members on campus, and sorority officials felt the show could bring unwanted publicity and attention.

Hannah -- who, BTW, graduated magna cum laude -- was still able to shoot promos in other campus locations Friday ... including the Crimson Tide's Bryant-Denny Stadium.

Worth noting ... just because Hannah's shooting promos doesn't mean she's a lock to hand out roses. Remember what happened to Caila Quinn? She recorded promos, too, in 2016, but producers ultimately went with Jojo Fletcher.

We reached out to Alpha Chi Omega ... so far, no word back.

The husband and wife stars of "Tanked" got into a nasty fight at home that ended with him getting roughed up and her in handcuffs ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Heather King was arrested Wednesday in Las Vegas after she allegedly slapped her husband, Wayde, in the face and kicked him in the stomach twice during a heated argument.

We're told cops were called to their house and noticed visible redness on the right side of Wayde's stomach. He also told police when Heather drove away, he was hanging out the window of her car.

Our sources say Heather admitted to cops she slapped Wayde, but only because he wouldn't let her leave a room -- and she also denies dragging him with her car.

Heather was booked for misdemeanor domestic violence, and has been released from custody.

The couple's Animal Planet show follows Acrylic Tank Manufacturing, an aquarium company in Vegas owned by Wayde and his brother-in-law, Brett Raymer. Brett is Heather's bro, and she's the accountant.

The show has installed incredible fish tanks and aquariums into the homes of several celebs ... like Tracy Morgan, Alyssa Milano, Shaq, Neil Patrick Harris, Betty White, David Hasselhoff, Howie Mandel, and Ludacris.

Tristan Thompson isn't moving on from Khloe Kardashian just yet, because he's NOT dating the hot chick he's been hanging with in NYC, but they are getting to know each other through a mutual friend ... one of his NBA teammates.

We've learned Tristan's new friend is Karizma Ramirez ... and sources close to her tell us they met last week through Jordan Clarkson.

As you know, Tristan and Karizma were photographed inside Nobu in NYC Tuesday night ... after being spotted together last week at another dinner in the Big Apple. That sparked dating rumors, obvi, since it came directly on the heels of Khloe kicking Tristan to the curb.

But, the sources close to her say Karizma and TT are insisting there's nothing romantic going on between them.

Kim Kardashian is spotted in France. Actually, she's spotted ALL over, 'cause ... fashion, baby!!!

Kim is all about rocking her leopard print outfits in Paris this week while she's there for Fashion Week. She was seen leaving her hotel Wednesday in a sheer, skintight leopard bodysuit and what looks like a velvet or suede trench coat ... with matching bottoms.

Looks very comfy. Revealing too, if not for that coat.

Kim also rocked the feline theme head-to-toe on Tuesday ... equipped with matching gloves and boots. It's a flashy look for sure, but one thing she's not flaunting is expensive jewelry.

Remember, Kim was gagged and bound by masked burglars in her Paris apartment in October 2016, who zip-tied her hands with plastic handcuffs and made off with more than $10 mil worth of her bling.

She vowed to tone it down with the jewelry ever since, and ya gotta think that's top of mind when she's in Paris.

"Shahs of Sunset" star Shervin Roohparvar is suing a woman he claims is trying to extort him for hundreds of thousands of dollars after alleging he tried to slip her a date rape drug.

According to new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Shervin says he met up with the woman in Vegas last December after the two connected on social media.

Shervin claims they met at his hotel, had a drink and chatted before he told her he had to get ready for a business engagement. He claims the woman, without warning, started shouting obscenities -- accusing him of slipping her a drug -- and bolted from the room.

The lawsuit alleges the woman also told cops he'd drugged her, but cops took no action against him. About a month after the confrontation, Shervin says he got a letter from her agent threatening to rat him out to production companies about the incidents unless he forked over $350k.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Peter Thomas is THIS close to getting sprung from a Florida jail ... following his arrest for allegedly writing a bad check in Louisiana.

TMZ broke the story ... Peter was busted Friday after getting off a plane at Miami Intl. Airport. The arrest stemmed from an outstanding warrant in Louisiana, where he was wanted for allegedly writing a $4k check that bounced.

But now, the St. John the Baptist Parish District Attorney's Office tells TMZ ... Peter's resolved the matter after his attorney paid the guy $4k. Because he squared away the debt, the D.A.'s Office will not move forward with the case.

We're told Peter is still in custody in Miami but the D.A.'s in the process of notifying the Sheriff's Office, and Peter will soon be set free. Peter's attorney, Keith A. Doley, tells TMZ, "This appears to have been a very big misunderstanding on several people's part and It was not a malicious intent on Mr. Thomas’ end."

Peter -- who infamously pulled a knife on Kenya Moore's ex, Matt Jordan, back in 2017 -- told us the allegations were false and he had no doubt he'll be acquitted from any wrongdoing.

Looks like he was right.

Ryan Seacrest's got a message for Blac Chyna ... her mess with the Kardashians has nothing to do with him so leave him the hell alone.

Ryan's legal team has filed new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, explaining why he should NOT be forced to sit down for a deposition by Blac Chyna's team. As we've reported ... BC sued the Kardashian klan claiming they threatened to yank 'KUWTK' from E! if the network didn't cancel "Rob & Chyna."

BC's fight has now spilled onto Ryan's table ... first by going to his company asking for tons of docs. Ryan's team says it provided more than 800 pages to prove he's not directly connected to her case.

But, she's not taking the hint. Ryan's team argues BC trying to depose him is an attempt to harass and burden him. Ryan's legal team is also adamant ... Ryan has zero relevant testimony to offer.

Chyna begs to differ ... saying Ryan congratulated Rob with a tweet on the pickup of a second season. Ryan's team says BC's team has failed to articulate how Ryan's single tweet directly connects him to personally being involved in the show.

And, get this ... for wasting his time with this legal mess, Ryan wants her to fork over $2,460 for his troubles.

Kylie Jenner's not ready to take Khloe Kardashian's lead and open the door to forgiveness for her ex-bestie, Jordyn Woods ... at least, not yet.

Sources close to both women tell TMZ ... their relationship is far from being repaired because they've barely communicated with each other since Tristan Thompson cheated by kissing Jordyn.

We're told Jordyn still hasn't picked up all her stuff from Kylie's guest house or made arrangements to do so -- partly because of the silent treatment, but also because Kylie's been dealing with her own issues with Travis Scott.

Our sources say Kylie has been hanging with other friends at her pad -- many of whom joined her for that roller skating party with KJ's sisters. No, Jordyn didn't get an invite.

For those holding out hope for a reconciliation, there's some encouraging news. We're told the ex-BFFs have texted a bit, and as we reported ... Khloe slightly extended an olive branch Saturday, tweeting that Tristan was to blame -- not Jordyn.

Woods did take some blame for her role in the scandal last week on her "Red Table Talk" interview ... but denied outright cheating with Tristan.

It might have helped mend the fences with the Kardashians a little bit, but for now ... Kylie needs more convincing.

Farrah Abraham's got a new side hustle for Penthouse that has her taking on some amazing women ... including Presidential hopeful, Sen. Kamala Harris.

Take a breath. Farrah's new gig is a fully-clothed one -- she's the new book critic for Penthouse magazine and specifically, she'll be tackling feminist literature. We're told the former 'Teen Mom'/porn star was brought on board 'cause the racy mag wants to see if traditional heroes of female empowerment connect with the "average all-American girl."

Yes, someone's referring to Farrah as the average girl back next door.

BTW, she's already got one review under her belt -- Joan Didion's 1968 book, "Slouching Towards Bethlehem." If you're not in the know ... Didion's an iconic American writer and journalist. She even has her own Netflix documentary.

Anyway, Farrah's got quite a hot take on Joan's breakthrough book -- a collection of essays about her adventures in Cali -- which got rave reviews back in the '60s.

We got some excerpts of Farrah's review and she goes IN, calling it ... "a great book for people who abuse substances every day." She adds, "Without ever feeling the need to grow up, these baby boomers drink their way through life. They only think about drinking and drugs."

Guess Farrah's never heard of the '60s -- but it's clear she's not afraid to speak her mind. She summed up Joan's work like this ... "Was Didion even trying when she wrote this junk?"

Penthouse digs her, anyway ... calling Farrah, "bravely brazen." Oh, and we're told her next review will be one of Senator Harris' books.

8:58 AM PT -- Travis has reactivated his Instagram account.

Ain't a damn thing going down in Travis Scott's DMs -- he deleted his Instagram purely to prove his devotion to Kylie Jenner after she found some suspect messages.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Kylie found a number of what she deemed "overly friendly" DMs between him and several women with whom he'd been chatting. We're told KJ saw the messages as "evidence" to accuse him of cheating.

We're told Travis maintains the DMs didn't amount to anything more than innocent flirting, and he didn't act on anything. However, he decided the best way to prove his commitment to Kylie and Stormi ... was to just get rid of IG.

That strategy seems to have staved off a full breakup, for now, as Kylie hasn't pulled the plug on their relationship -- despite being incredibly pissed when she first found the DMs last week.

Travis has clearly been trying to make amends with his baby mama, going so far as to shout her out in concert as his "wifey." We're told he's been working behind-the-scenes, as well, to make things right, and is begging for forgiveness. He doesn't want this to torpedo their love.

Our sources tell us he is flying back home more often now, even while he continues to tour.

Kylie's been keeping her distance, though, preoccupying her time with girlfriends and retail therapy ... so only time will tell if she fully takes him back and can get past this.

As for his Instagram -- don't worry, Insta-fiends -- we're told La Flame will reactivate his account once things are patched up with Kylie, which he's hoping will happen sooner than later.

It's official -- Kylie Jenner is now the world's youngest billionaire ... and she's still being touted as "self-made."

Forbes released its annual list of the world's richest people for 2019, and Kylie broke through by hitting the milestone she was set to reach just a mere 8 months ago. Her net worth is now estimated at a billion dollars ... making her the youngest to ever do it at 21.

In their write-up, Forbes notes the last youngest self-made billionaire was Mark Zuckerberg, who reached 10 digits at age 23. He did it with Facebook ... and Kylie did it with makeup. Her line, Kylie Cosmetics, has soared to wild profits since its launch in 2015.

Kylie took the humble approach in her reaction, telling Forbes, "I didn’t expect anything. I did not foresee the future. But (the recognition) feels really good. That’s a nice pat on the back."

While she might've been meek in writing, she definitely wasn't in real life ... snatching up every copy of her Forbes cover back in July when Forbes said she was on pace to be the youngest billionaire.

There was also a raging debate about whether Kylie -- skating her ass off with Kourtney, Khloe and Kendall on the eve of Forbes' news -- was actually self-made or not but, at this point ... we're sure she couldn't care less about that.

Kylie's on cloud 9 ... 10, actually.

Kylie Jenner seems to be putting the Jordyn Woods scandal, and Travis Scott's alleged cheating drama on the back burner ... because there's shopping to be done, damn it!

Kylie and bestie Heather Sanders (yep, they're still tight) hit up a mall Sunday in Calabasas and on the agenda were 2 retail therapy items -- shoes and jewelry. They browsed for shoes at Neiman Marcus and then made their way to Cartier to scope out watches -- which explains the smile on Kylie's face.

It's been a rough couple of weeks for Kylie, to say the least.

TMZ broke the story ... Kylie's relationship with her childhood friend Jordyn is uncertain after her BFF was involved in a cheating scandal with Khloe's baby daddy, Tristan Thompson.

Then Kylie accused her baby daddy of cheating on her. Travis flatly denied cheating, although he did some damage control while postponing a concert last week. This weekend he was back onstage, and offered much love to his "wifey."

Nothing like a little shopping to soothe the pain.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Tommie Lee desperately wants to move to Cali, but the judge just told her ... I don't think so -- and it's all due to her long criminal history.

Remember, Tommie is out on bond in her Georgia child abuse case ... and according to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge denied her request to move to L.A. for work. She also asked to ditch her ankle monitoring device, but again the judge said no way after reviewing her lengthy rap sheet.

In docs, the judge noted her criminal history stretches back some 15 years with multiple convictions for theft, fraud and deceptive conduct ... even while on probation.

It damn sure didn't help her case that Tommie was arrested twice within 24 hours for the child abuse case that prompted her wearing the monitoring device.

As we first reported, she's been indicted and faces a possible 54 years in prison.
