Drake is expanding his empire by getting into the marijuana industry, the legal one, and he wants to slap his new chronic company's name on all sorts of products.

Champagne Papi's dubbed his weed biz More Life Growth Company and according to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Drake wants to lock up the rights to his company's name and then use it to sell vapes, pipes, rolling papers and hookahs, plus a ton of merch like shirts, boots, coats, dresses, gloves, hats, hoodies, jackets, jeans, sweats, shorts and sneakers.

No clue how this would work, but he's even included lingerie in his trademark application!!!

Drake's also going the more traditional route -- herbal teas for medicinal and recreational purposes, and medicinal herb extracts.

Drizzy almost seems a little late to the party ... as we first told you, Post Malone is launching a weed company named Shaboink, and Ray J poured $5 million into his own pot biz.

Kate Flannery realizes she probably brought a knife to a gun fight as far as challenging Sean Spicer on "Dancing with the Stars," but says all his Presidential support might alienate core 'DWTS' fans.

We spoke to the 'Office' star Wednesday on "TMZ Live" on the heels of her elimination, and asked why she thinks Spicer keeps getting through ... despite the judges giving him incredibly low scores.

Kate -- who had to bow out after dancing a jive - says Sean's obviously got the backing of President Trump ... which goes a long way in this country. Whether he deserves to be there or not is almost irrelevant --  as she notes, it's really a popularity contest.

She rightfully points out that she's got her own fanatic base herself, especially after her old 'Office' costar, Steve Carell, gave her a shout-out -- and adds that 'Office' fans have been more than supportive in her 'DWTS' bid.

But, when push came to shove ... the power of Trump was too great to overcome for Dunder Mifflinites. And, that's a shame for dance fans, according to Kate ... who says a bad dancer like Spicer winning, purely on fan votes, would hurt the show.

Christopher Dennis -- a street performer known for portraying Superman on Hollywood Blvd. for more than 25 years -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Dennis was found dead Saturday in the San Fernando Valley. We're told his body was discovered lying headfirst in a bin that's used for clothing donations.

Investigators believe Christopher -- who was homeless -- was attempting to gather clothes for himself. Our sources say no foul play is suspected.

Dennis' story is both charming and tragic -- after 2 decades of entertaining folks in Hollywood by impersonating The Man of Steel, he was the victim of a vicious assault and robbery that nearly killed him and left him without a way to make money.

He was rendered homeless, but thanks to the help of friends and a Kickstarter campaign, he got a new suit that allowed him to get back on his feet ... and return to the Blvd for the Superman fans.

He also starred in the documentary, "Confessions of a Superhero," and appeared multiple times on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"

Sadly, it seems he fell on hard times again recently.

Christopher was 52.

Todd and Julie Chrisley wanna get the hell outta Dodge for Thanksgiving and spend it in the Cayman Islands ... but first, they need permission.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the Chrisleys are asking the judge in their federal tax evasion case for permission to temporarily obtain their passports so they can travel to the Cayman Islands for about a week during Thanksgiving.

The Chrisleys say they'll fly commercial and stay at a resort condo ... where they say they wanna spend time with their children and grandchild to celebrate the holiday.

As we've reported ... as part of the conditions in their bond release, the Chrisleys are restricted to travel in Georgia and Tennessee. They can also travel to Cali to tape their reality show, but they have to notify their probation officers first.

The Chrisleys say they'll provide a full itinerary of their travel to their probation officer and immediately surrender the passports once they return from their vacay. For what it's worth ... the Chrisleys say the U.S. Attorney's Office does not object to their request ... an indication the travel request has a good chance of getting the judge's approval seal.

The judge, however, has yet to rule on the request.

Jay-Z's Roc Nation and Philadelphia Eagles star Malcolm Jenkins are putting up big money to share the heart-wrenching stories of parents who've lost children to social injustice.

Malcolm's Players Coalition released a powerful video Wednesday focusing on the tragic death of Danroy "DJ" Henry ... a Pace University football star who was fatally shot by a police officer back in 2010.

The PSA is narrated by DJ's mother, Angella Henry ... and makes the point that what happened to her son could, sadly, happen to anyone's child.

You might have seen the hashtag #EveryonesChild trending on Twitter today -- and that's not by accident. Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Roc Nation is throwing its full support behind the message, spending $1 million on social media and several other outlets to advertise the PSA.

Roc artist Meek Mill even tweeted about the PSA, as did CNN's Van Jones. Of course, both men have been on the frontlines of the push for criminal justice reform.

When Jay-Z announced his partnership with the NFL, he promised to help players get the word out about social issues important to them and their communities -- and we're told Roc Nation plans to do that through its new "Responsibility Program."

We're told the program will produce a series of videos, similar in tone to the DJ Henry one ... aiming to not only raise awareness but also to push for legislation supporting criminal justice reform.

As Malcolm, cofounder of the Players Coalition, says, "We have a responsibility to use our platforms to unite people and foster positive change ... but we can't achieve that goal without education." He added ... that's the ultimate goal of the DJ Henry video.

Ben Affleck is trying to get past falling off the wagon by moving forward with work ... even if he looks a little worse for wear.

Ben was spotted Tuesday with a script in hand in New Orleans as he prepared to begin shooting his new film, "Deep Water." Unclear if Ben's disheveled look -- messy hair, scraggly beard, wearing sweats and a stained t-shirt -- was part of his role. It's worth noting ... he's supposed to play Vic Van Allen, an attractive husband.

Anyway ... it's the first time we've seen Ben on the set since he relapsed nearly 2 weeks ago. As we've reported ... Ben was spotted leaving a Halloween party and clearly had trouble walking. He damn near fell before catching himself on an SUV.

Ben later acknowledged he stumbled in his effort to maintain sobriety. After leaving that party ... Ben hit up a casino. And, while he pocketed $1,500 in winnings in just 12 minutes of gambling, Ben could barely stand and nearly fell out of his chair. The next day, he said he vowed to get back on the straight and narrow.

Alex Morgan truly is a superhero ... the USA soccer superstar says she's still planning to play in the 2020 Olympics -- just months after she has her baby!!!

The 30-year-old striker announced last month she's having a baby girl with her husband, LA Galaxy stud Servando Carrasco ... and the due date is April 2020.

Of course, next year's summer Olympics are scheduled to kick off in Tokyo just weeks after that ... with opening ceremonies slated for July 24.

For all you non-math whizzes out there ... that's just about 3 months!!!

But, in an interview with USA TODAY Sports earlier this week ... Morgan says she's gunning to get back on the pitch with her American teammates despite that tiny time frame.

"After having a healthy baby, I want to get back with the national team and look forward to playing in Tokyo," Morgan said.

It's not exactly unprecedented ... her fellow Team USA squadmate, Sydney Leroux, returned to the field in September for her NWSL team just 3 months after she had her baby earlier this year.

In other sports, it's been done too ... remember, Mackenzie Dern straight-up fought in the UFC just 4 months after she gave birth!!

Ellen DeGeneres and Sandra Bullock have joined forces to sue various companies that are marketing beauty and anti-aging products ... claiming they made false representations the 2 entertainers were endorsing the stuff the companies were selling.

Ellen and Sandra claim some of the companies used photos of Sandra on Ellen's show. The companies falsely claimed Sandra was boasting about her "amazing new skin" ... which the company credits to their products.

The company also posted a pic of Ellen falsely claiming the reason she doesn't need a lot of makeup is because she uses the company's serum.

In other words ... not only are Ellen and Sandra saying the companies used their names and likenesses without permission ... they just made all this stuff up.

According to the lawsuit, several different beauty companies used the photos to hawk their products ... without permission from Ellen or Sandra.

The products in question ... Alessa Serum, Elliesse Serum, Lavish Skin Care, Life Cell Skin Care, Glovella and many others.

Popeyes' wildly popular chicken sandwich will remain on menus nationwide, despite the chaos it's causing at several locations ... including a fatal stabbing.

A rep for the fried chicken fast-food chain tells TMZ the sandwich is still available ... meaning it's not being pulled in the wake of scattered mayhem erupting across the country since its return to the menu this week.

As we've reported ... fights have broken out all over the place as customers are heading to Popeyes in droves to wait in long lines for a taste of the chicken sandwich, and one altercation in Prince George's County, Maryland Monday night left a 28-year-old dead from a stab wound.

A Popeyes spokesperson tells us the Maryland incident "is a tragedy and we are saddened to hear about this senseless act of violence," adding ... "We, along with the franchisee, are fully cooperating with local authorities and actively working to gather more information."

Some other violent incidents include a rowdy kitchen brawl in Edgewood, Maryland (above) ... and a drive-thru beatdown in Ellenton, Florida (below). But, there are many, many more examples online.

The chicken chain says the safety of its employees and customers is always a priority, and franchisees have worked to boost staffing during this craze to be ready to serve guests quickly and safely.

It adds that most Popeyes restaurants are franchised and "additional onsite security matters are handled by the franchisees."

So, there you have it -- Popeyes customers can expect long lines and potential fights to continue ... 'cause the delicious chicken sandwich isn't going anywhere.

T.I. says he still accompanies his now 18-year-old daughter for an annual gynecology check-up ... just to make sure her virginity is intact.

The rapper recently made the revelation on the podcast "Ladies Like Us," saying he's been taking Deyjah Harris to the gyno for years now, and sits in for the results with the intent of confirming her hymen has not been broken.

Tip got into the convo when the hosts -- Nazanin and Nadia -- asked if he's had the sex talk with his daughters. He told them he schedules the doctor's visit each year ... usually right after Deyjah's birthday.

T.I. says he's simply exercising his right as a parent to steer his daughter away from what he considers bad decisions. As he put it to Nadia and Nazanin -- who's singer Miguel's wife, BTW -- "I think that most kids in hindsight, looking back, they always thank their parents for not allowing them to damage themselves as much as they could have."

Deyjah turned 18 this year, and it's worth noting she put the Internet, and any guys looking to holler at her, on notice. She warned just 'cause she's 18, it doesn't give older guys a right to try to get with her.

Kylie Jenner and Drake are in a relationship ... but it's the same relationship they've been in for a long time -- just friends.

Sources close to both Kylie and Drake tell TMZ ... they are not spending any romantic time together, as other outlets have reported or speculated. We're told they've been at some events together -- including the rapper's recent 33rd birthday party -- simply because they are pals.

Their friendship has endured despite Drake's beef with Kylie's bro-in-law, Kanye West, but our sources add ... in no way, shape or form are they dating.

We're also told Kylie currently isn't seeing anyone at all and has no desire to do so ... she's happy for now just being a mom to Stormi.

We broke the story ... Kylie's still been spending a lot of time with Travis Scott since their split -- cohabiting at her crib and doing fun stuff with their daughter together. Our sources say they are maintaining a good friendship and plan on a lot of quality family time together during the upcoming holidays.

No word if Drake will be hanging with Kylie more too, but if he does ... we're assured it'll be platonic.

John Stamos, or someone on his social media team, might have some 'splaining to do with his pal, Lori Loughlin ... after what seems like a Trump-esque Twitter flub.

John's verified account liked a tweet praising his performance Tuesday night on "The Little Mermaid Live!" ... but it came with a catch -- namely, a jab at his former "Full House" costar.

The tweet Uncle Jesse liked said, "Aunt Becky's going to jail but @JohnStamos is BACK and crushing it on #LittleMermaidLive."

Maybe the review of John's performance was just too flattering to NOT give it a like -- but obviously Lori wouldn't feel so good about the message. It's kinda shocking because John's been mostly mum about Lori's role in the college admissions scandal.

As we've reported ... Lori and her husband are facing new charges of bribery after allegedly paying $500,000 to mastermind Rick Singer to get their daughters into USC via the rowing team and some fake pictures. They've pled not guilty to all counts.

Fact is, John is getting plenty of praise for playing Chef Louis on 'Mermaid' ... so it's not like the Twitter user was alone with his or her review. However, we're guessing John would like to take back at least half of his "like" on that tweet.

Too bad that's not an option on Twitter. Not yet.

We reached out to John's team for clarification ... no word back, so far.

Chris Brown is having a massive yard sale in front of his house, to which he's invited the public, much to the chagrin of the LAPD ... and we've learned cops tried shutting it down using a law that doesn't exist.

The singer posted up his personal address in Tarzana, CA on Tuesday, announcing that he'd be selling off marked-down designer items -- some of which, presumably, belong to him personally. Well, cops caught wind of this and paid Chris a visit in an attempt to torpedo the event -- but they weren't successful in doing so ... 'cause Chris is still operating legally.

Sources close to Chris tell TMZ that an LAPD officer went to his home Tuesday telling his people they couldn't have a garage sale because they don't have a permit. Chris' lawyer got involved ... they called BS, and rightly so. Permits are not required in the City of L.A. where Chris lives.

Sources connected to Chris say they kept getting harassed. They say cops then tried to shut down the garage sale because of fear the crowds would be too large. But, so far there are only a few dozen people.

Thing is ... sources on the ground are telling us that things were chill Tuesday night, are still cool hours ahead of Chris opening the doors at 10 AM PT Wednesday. We're told that his team has announced they're letting folks in 10 at a time -- and there's already about 3 dozen heads lining the block, with about 6 or so police cruisers driving around patrolling.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they were concerned about "the impact [of the garage sale] on the community" and "the safety of the people who are there."

Jenelle Evans is afraid for her life and the lives of her kids ... and that's because she says her estranged husband, David Eason, is off-the-rails violent.

Jenelle got a restraining order against David, claiming flatly, "Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children's well-being."

Jenelle says David has physically and verbally abused her. She acknowledges what David belatedly acknowledged ... that he shot and killed the family dog after the animal nipped at their 2-year-old daughter.

As for the verbal abuse, Jenelle claims David said, "You can die for all I care. You're a piece of s**t. Biggest piece of s**t I've ever seen."

She also claims David insinuated he was going to kill himself if she didn't get back with him.

Under the temporary restraining order, obtained by E!, David is prohibited from having contact with Jenelle or her children.

Billie Eilish has a perfectly good explanation for why she's rocking what appears to be the Joe Dirt look ... and an even better one for why it'll only be temporary. Sorry, mullet fans.

We got the goth pop singer Tuesday at LAX, where we asked her about the new haircut she debuted the day before at the LACMA Art + Film Gala in L.A. ... which turned out to be all the rage among her fans and fashion experts alike. Hey, folks love them some '80s nostalgia.

Welllll, unfortunately for all those people who were loving it ... Billie here has an update they might not be so happy to hear. It was a fluke to begin with, and it ain't stayin'.

BE gives up the backstory on how the mullet even came to be, and it sounds like a salon appointment gone majorly wrong. And yes, as soon as she can grow some of her follicles back to original length ... Billie says America's favorite trashiest 'do will be no more.

Mama June continues to push her family away -- at times going totally off the radar -- and they feel things are getting to the point of no return.

Family sources tell TMZ June has been in and out of communication with her loved ones over the last few weeks ... bouncing from hotel to hotel. She most recently made an appearance -- though brief and angry -- at an Alabama courthouse.

We're told June will still text with her daughters here and there but mostly remains out of the picture. We're told the family is deeply concerned for her health and has offered to get her help many times.

June's family members have made it a routine to drive around and check up on where she's staying and use her SUV as a landmark for whatever hotel she might crash at.

Back in September, we're told June's family hadn't heard from her in over a week. They became so concerned for her safety, they called the cops to go and check on her.

Law enforcement sources tell us officers responded to the hotel June was holed up at in Georgia and her boyfriend, Geno Doak, answered the door. We're told June eventually came to the door as well and proved she was just fine.

Our sources say June's family members fear she's reaching a point of no return ... and Geno's only making things worse.
