Anderson Cooper I'm A New Dad!!!

Published | Updated

Anderson Cooper is the proud new father of a baby boy ... revealing Wyatt Morgan Cooper to the world.

The CNN anchor took to Instagram Thursday night to reveal earlier this week Wyatt was born via surrogate. Cooper said, "As a gay kid, I never thought it would be possible to have a child, and I’m grateful for all those who have paved the way, and for the doctors and nurses and everyone involved in my son's birth."

As for Wyatt's name, the 52-year-old says it's in honor of his dad, who passed away when he was just 10, saying, "I hope I can be as good a dad as he was."

Anderson also shared a sweet message about his surrogate, saying, "Most of all, I am grateful to a remarkable surrogate who carried Wyatt, and watched over him lovingly, and tenderly, and gave birth to him. It is an extraordinary blessing - what she, and all surrogates give to families who can't have children."

Finally, Anderson says, "I do wish my mom and dad and my brother, Carter, were alive to meet Wyatt, but I like to believe they can see him. I imagine them all together, arms around each other, smiling and laughing, happy to know that their love is alive in me and in Wyatt, and that our family continues."

His mother, Gloria Vanderbilt, died last year.

Wyatt is Anderson's first child ... congrats!!

Guess Who This Grumpy Girl Turned Into!

Published

Before this cute kid with an adorable little frowny face was using her mean mug in a supernatural show she was just another princess in pink mean mugging for the camera in England.

This little star trimmed her golden, curly hair for more of a shaved aesthetic after landing her breakout role as a strange character on a throwback sci-fi show on a streaming network.

Since her rise to fame, this scowling scamp can be seen flashing a smile onscreen with credits on shows like "NCIS," "Modern Family," "Grey's Anatomy" and "Godzilla: King of Monsters."

Can you guess who she is?

Travis Scott Woke Up for 29th Bday ... In a New Bugatti!!!

Published | Updated

Ace Hood, Future and Rick Ross would be so proud -- Travis Scott really did wake up to a new Bugatti to celebrate the final year of his 20s.

The "Sicko Mode" rapper celebrated turning 29 Thursday by hanging with his crew and jumping into his new whip, which, as you may know by now, is not cheap. Bugattis are very rare, and can cost MILLIONS.

We're not sure which model he got, but Travis ain't one to pinch pennies, so we wouldn't be shocked if this was a seven-figure purchase ... (*cough cough*) investment.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

On the less expensive side ... Travis also got a birthday shout out from his baby mama, Kylie Jenner, who posted ... "Happy birthday to daddy of the year! i’m slowly but surely starting to accept the fact that storm is a daddy’s girl. 😫 but whatever. we went half on greatness! the most beautiful, smart, loving and funny little baby. the best gift. ok i’m crying. love you forever! @travisscott."

No gas-station themed birthday party featuring Hennessy Slurpees this year, what with the COVID-19 pandemic and all.

Plus, he's a much more mature 29 now!!! Y'know what that means? Gotta settle for a Bugatti. Poor guy.

Drew Barrymore, Walmart Sued You're Not Creative ... You Jacked Our Designs!!!

Published | Updated

Drew Barrymore and Walmart are getting dragged into more than a pillow fight ... they're getting sued for allegedly copying a fabric design studio's patterns to sell pillows.

Rule of Three Studio just filed a lawsuit against Drew and Walmart for copyright infringement ... claiming the actress and big box store straight-up ripped off the fabric design studio's work and tried to pass it off as their own.

In the suit, obtained by TMZ, the fabric designer claims Drew copied their intricate Turkish Plume patterns, slapped it on pillows and sold it at Walmart in the Flower Home By Drew Barrymore collection.

The fabric designer claims Drew was bragging about coming up with patterns that aren't her own ... the studio thinks it's rich Drew hawked the pillows by saying, "One of the things I’m most proud of is that every single one is completely our own and original—we created each print that we developed for the line."

According to the docs, the fabric designer says it released its Turkish Plume pillows way back in 2015, and it wasn't until last year that Walmart started selling the Barrymore collection.

Rule of Three Studio is fed up with seeing their allegedly stolen designs on Drew's products ... the fabric designer is suing to stop sales and for all the profits from the design, plus additional damages.

BTW ... the studio says their pillows retail for between $315 and $565.

We reached out to Drew's camp ... so far, no word back.

Stacey Dash Dunzo w/ 4th Hubby 'It's the Right Path for Us'

Published

Stacey Dash is calling it quits with her lawyer hubby ... bringing an end to a tumultuous marriage.

The "Clueless" star made the announcement Thursday saying her nearly 2-year marriage to lawyer Jeffrey Marty has run its course. The question now is will their divorce be as drama-filled as the marriage? Stacey's message on IG doesn't sound like a conscious uncoupling, though -- "After much prayer, I feel this is the right path for both of us."

Notice, there's no "we" in that sentence.

It's unclear if Stacey has filed for divorce yet or if they've just separated for now. But, one thing's for sure ... this ends a very nasty chapter in her life.

TMZ broke the story ... Stacey called cops claiming Jeffrey put her into a chokehold, but she was the one who ended up getting arrested in Florida after allegedly pushing him and slapping him.

At the time, sources close to Stacey told us she was acting in self-defense ... and when she called 911 you could hear her tell the dispatcher Jeffrey assaulted her.

THE CHAOTIC 911 CALL

But, just a few days later, prosecutors in Florida dropped the domestic violence case because there was no way to know if Stacey caused the single scratch on Jeffrey's arm.

They can now both officially put that whole mess behind them, and we'll see what happens in divorce court.

Squatty Potty Dumps Lawsuit on Rival Company ... Quit Using Our Name!!!

Published

Squatty Potty -- the company known for its toilet stools that help ya go #2 -- believes a rival company's engaged in some pretty crappy behavior online ... so it's suing.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... Squatty -- which counts "Shark Tank" star Lori Greiner as a big-time investor -- claims a company called Step and Go Health is trying to benefit off its well-known name.

Step and Go sells a similar stool that fits around a toilet "to aid in the elimination process."

SP claims the rival biz refers to its toilet stool as "The Step and Go step" on its website, BUT ... uses the phrase "Squatty Toilet Potty Aid" to get a big push on websites like Walmart.com and HomeDepot.com.

Squatty says this phrasing is nearly identical to its registered trademarks for the popular bathroom product, and believes it's a deliberate move by Step and Go to create confusion with customers.

Translation: This bowl ain't big enough for both of us!

SP's asking a judge to order Step and Go to stop infringing on its trademarks ... and fork over any profits it made while doing so.

Let's face it ... there can only be one #1 in the #2 biz.
