Tragedy's struck as a ferry carrying cruise ship passengers to Blue Lagoon Island in the Bahamas began to sink in choppy waters ... ultimately claiming the life of an elderly American woman.

Terrifying footage caught on camera shows panic-stricken passengers clinging on to the two-decker for dear life on Tuesday as it perilously tilted to one side ... with some people appearing to have fallen to one side of the lopsided vessel.

In harrowing scenes, tourists were also seen plunging into the turbulent ocean to get away from the sinking ferry ... and police say that led to the death of a 75-year-old woman from Colorado.

The woman's name hasn't been released, nor has her cause of death.

In a TikTok shared soon after the disaster, fellow American tourist Kelly Schissel rehashed the events ... saying it was only when a bawling crew member ran up on deck for a life jacket they realized something was amiss.

In fact, crew members were in such hysterics that they couldn't instruct passengers on what to do -- but Kelly said they all managed to put on their life jackets and move to the boat's top level.

It was when they saw one person jump into the wavy waters, they all followed suit ... but some struggled to keep their heads above water even with their life jackets.

Rescue boats soon arrived to gather everyone to safety ... with Kelly getting into a fisherman's boat that just happened to be at the right place at the right time.

Once at the Blue Lagoon, Kelly said she took matters into her own hands, directing everyone to a nearby pavilion for a head count.

Two other passengers were reportedly taken to a hospital to get treatment.

Balenciaga is being hung out to dry for a new designer item the company is selling ... a skirt made from a cotton towel with a whopping $925 price tag.

The high fashion house is being dragged online for its pricy new towel skirt, with folks on social media having a field day at Balenciaga's expense.

The $925 towel skirt is part of the brand's Spring 2024 Collection, Balenciaga started taking preorders Tuesday and lots of folks are wondering what the heck is going on.

Among the mean tweets ... "Nah Balenciaga a towel skirt? 😭 who the f*** is the creative director over there" and "Balenciaga is selling a towel wrapped around somebody’s waist as a skirt for $925 😂😂😂 please be f****** for real."

Balenciaga says the $925 towel skirt is held up by 2 buttons inside the waistline and an adjustable belt with a buckle inside ... and it's made in Italy and has to be dry cleaned.

The model on the Balenciaga website is wearing the towel skirt over a pair of $1,950 cargo pants and a $1,000 zip-up hoodie.

Naturally, some social media users say they can achieve the same look for way less ... like a $5 towel from Target.

The $925 price tag seems to be the main gripe here, but one woman says ... "A TOWEL SKIRT AS A FASHION STATEMENT?!?!  Please THATS SO UGLY 😭 why balenciaga ?????"

Duane Martin's going to let Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith deny the allegation he had sex with Will, but Duane's not jumping into the fray himself.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Duane has no plans to publicly respond to the claim, because the allegations are so ridiculous.

As we reported, Brother Bilaal -- who claims to be a former friend/assistant to the actor -- alleges he once walked in on Will and Duane having anal sex in a dressing room.

Bilaal told Tasha K, "I opened the door to Duane’s dressing room and that’s when I see Duane having anal sex with Will. There was a couch and Will was bent over the couch and Duane was standing up killing him, murdering him. It was murder in there."

Will's team is denying the allegation, telling us ... "This story is completely fabricated and the claim is unequivocally false." They also said Will is weighing his legal options.

Meanwhile, Will's wife was more definitive ... we got Jada Wednesday morning in NYC, and she told us the Smiths are, indeed, planning to respond with a lawsuit.

Bottom line for Duane, though ... he won't dignify the whole mess with a response.

Tennis star Andrey Rublev is going to need some bandages for his knee for the next few days ... 'cause he bloodied himself during a wild temper tantrum in a match on Wednesday.

Rublev's explosion happened while he was going up against Carlos Alcaraz in the ATP Finals in Italy.

Rublev had been trying to go toe-to-toe with the tennis superstar ... but when Alcaraz got the better of him one too many times, Rublev snapped.

Check out video from the court ... the 26-year-old smashed his racket into his knee six straight times -- opening up a gash that required medical attention.

He was ultimately able to finish the match ... though he fell to Alcaraz, 7-5, 6-2.

Afterward, Rublev told reporters his knee was OK ... adding, "I get disappointed and couldn’t manage."

11:37 AM PT -- Lisa Kudrow just posted her tribute to Matthew Perry, remembering their time on the "Friends" pilot and thanking him for the decade they spent working together on set.

In her social media post, Lisa says ... "Thank you for showing up at work when you weren't well and then, being completely brilliant. Thank you for the best 10 years a person gets to have."

Lisa adds ... "Thank you for trusting me. Thank you for all I learned about GRACE and LOVE through knowing you. Thank you for the time I got to have with you, Matthew."

Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer are following their fellow "Friends" costars in honoring the death of their pal, Matthew Perry ... saying the loss is one that cuts incredibly deep.

The 2 shared their emotional thoughts on Instagram Wednesday morning -- Jennifer says she's been experiencing an "insane wave of emotions" since losing her friend ... adding, "We loved him deeply. He was such a part of our DNA."

She says Matthew loved making others laugh, and shared a screenshot from a conversation they had over text ... in which Matthew sent Jennifer a throwback photo of them on set, with her laughing while they talked -- writing to her, "Making you laugh just made my day."

Jennifer ends her post, saying "I love you so much and I know you are now completely at peace and out of any pain. I talk to you every day… sometimes I can almost hear you saying 'could you BE any crazier?' Rest little brother. You always made my day ..."

David shared similar thoughts about the late actor -- writing, "You had heart. Which you were generous with, and shared with us, so we could create a family out of six strangers."

He says Matthew's comedic timing and delivery were unmatched ... claiming he could bend a simple line of dialogue and turn it into "something so entirely original and unexpectedly funny it still astonishes."

As we reported, Courteney Cox opened up about Matthew on Tuesday, saying she's "grateful for every moment I had with you Matty and I miss you every day."

Matt LeBlanc did much of the same ... writing, "It was an honor to share the stage with you and to call you my friend. I will always smile when I think of you and I'll never forget you. Never."

The entire "Friends" gang was in attendance at Matthew's funeral service earlier this month ... saying goodbye to one of their closest people.

We got Jada leaving iHeartRadio Wednesday morning in NYC, and asked about her thoughts surrounding the allegation Will was caught having sex with another man -- her response? "We Suin'!"

It doesn't seem Jada's joking ... and a source close to the situation told us Will is actually weighing his legal options, so there could be some truth to Jada's response.

Travis Kelce says he was downright floored when he heard Taylor Swift give him a shout-out with a lyric change last week ... admitting the now-viral moment in Buenos Aires "blew me away."

The NFL star went in-depth about his trip to Argentina to see his new girlfriend on this week's episode of  "New Heights is presented by Wave Sports + Entertainment" ... saying that because it was all "public knowledge," he was down to spill some of the beans on how his bye week vacation went.

The Chiefs tight end told his brother, Jason, that he had a "whole bunch of fun" on the excursion ... revealing it was his first time ever heading south of the equator.

He said he and Swift -- plus her dad -- got dinner on Friday night following the postponement of Taylor's concert ... and they dined on "some good steak."

Then, he opened up about Saturday ... gushing to Jason about how "electric" it was to be in attendance for her show.

As for the big moment when Swift sang about him during her "Karma" performance ... he said he had some idea it was coming -- but that didn't change his emotions when "Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me" reverberated through the stadium.

"Definitely when I heard it come out of her mouth, it still shocked me and blew me away," he said. "I was like, 'Oh, shhh! She really just said that! All right!'"

Kelce then apologized to Taylor's dad for missing a high-five he had tried to get during the calamity.

"Sorry, Mr. Swift!" he said with a laugh.

Kelce also said he convinced Taylor's dad to switch allegiances from the Eagles to the Chiefs -- something Jason, Philadelphia's star center, wasn't exactly pleased about.

Will Smith's team is denying a new allegation he and Duane Martin were caught in a dressing room having sex years ago ... calling the claim "unequivocally false."

A man claiming to be a former friend/assistant to the actor, Brother Bilaal made headlines Tuesday after an interview with Tasha K got some serious pickup. In the interview, Bilaal states he saw Will and Duane engaged in anal sex.

Of course, Will's relationship has been the focus of a lot of attention as of late. Jada Pinkett Smith stunned the world last month when she revealed she and Will had been separated and living completely separate lives since 2016 in her new book.

Jada said she was shocked to hear Will refer to her as his wife at The Oscars the night of the infamous slap with Chris Rock.

As for Duane ... he hasn't yet publicly addressed the allegation from Bilaal. Duane and Tisha Campbell Martin finalized their divorce in 2020 -- she filed to end their marriage in 2018 -- but the divorce proceedings were messy to say the least.

It's still unclear if Bilaal had any sort of legitimate connection to Will at all.

Sydney Sweeney's flirtatious Instagram comment makes it clear she's fond of Glen Powell's steamy Men's Health pics -- an odd move, considering how much they've tried to downplay romance rumors.

Referencing the "Top Gun: Maverick" star's bottom-baring photos, the "Euphoria" actress fangirled as she dropped the comment: "just heating up everybody's winter huh?"

Very interesting because the eyebrow-raising compliment came as Glen spoke to the fitness bible about the rumors about Syd ... calling the online hoopla "disorienting and unfair" while also noting it was "part of the gig now."

And just one day after Glen's MH cover, Syd also discussed the nature of their relationship, telling Women's Health, "Getting to work with Glen, I'll never forget this one ... I hope the audience can actually feel the love and fun we all shared making this film."

She added: That's something I always feel from my favorite rom-coms -- the joy and energy shared amongst the cast and crew, and I was lucky enough to experience that on this film."

The duo was filming their new R-rated rom-com "Anyone But You" earlier this year when speculation arose the two were getting hot and heavy IRL, as well as on set.

Kel Mitchell seems to be in good spirits after his recent hospital stay ... because the dude was all smiles to celebrate the opening of his upcoming flick.

TMZ broke the story, Kel was in a Los Angeles-area hospital last week, but the reason was initially unclear -- until the man himself hopped on Instagram to clear the whole thing up.

He said he was starting to feel dizzy, and parts of his body started going numb, which is when he panicked and rushed to the hospital.

Thankfully, he said it simply stemmed from an old injury that flared up, causing a bulging disk to rub up against a nerve. That was actually a relief, as one potential alternative was that he was having a stroke.

Hold on to your knitted hats, because "Gwyneth Goes Skiing" is making its grand debut on London's famed West End this December, and, yes, it centers on the infamous 8-day court case that took place earlier this year.

Theater actor Linus Karp will transform into the Goop founder while Joseph Martin will take on the role of 76-year-old retired optometrist Dr. Terry Sanderson.

Remember, Sanderson slapped Gwyneth with the lawsuit in 2019 ... claiming she collided with him while skiing at Deer Valley Resort in 2016, and leaving him with a concussion, broken ribs and brain damage.

Gwyneth retaliated in court, claiming she initially thought she was the victim of sexual assault during the downhill disaster, insisting he came up from behind and his skis went in between her legs.

With social media hanging on to the opponent's every word, things took a hilariously out-of-touch turn as Gwyneth lamented losing half a day of skiing during the expensive getaway ... instead opting to go for a massage later that day. It's a tough life.

In further viral accounts, both parties painted contrasting pictures of how the accident impacted their lives ... before the "Sliding Doors" star emerged victorious and was awarded what she sought in her countersuit -- $1.

She then calmly walked out of the courtroom ... but not before icily whispering to Sanderson ... "I wish you well." That's gonna play well on stage!

With the case drawing massive interest at the time, it's only fitting that it's been given a fresh lease on life in musical form.

The show will run from December 13 to 23 at Pleasance London Main House Cabaret -- with the production given a camp makeover with original music from Leland -- the singer behind "RuPaul's Drag Race" and "Cher's Christmas".

Travis Scott is opening up about the Astroworld Festival tragedy back in 2021, which left 10 dead and hundreds injured ... he says that "devastating" night is one he'll never forget.

The rapper broke down his thoughts about the horrific incident in an interview with GQ -- saying, "That moment for families, for the city, you know, it was devastating."

It's always on his mind, too ... saying, “I always think about it. Those fans were like my family. You know, I love my fans ... You just feel for those people. And their families.”

He was asked if the tracks he made in the studio after the horrors in Houston, Texas reflected his thoughts about the tragic event ... he appears to think so, saying his music is always about dialing in on things that happen in his life.

TS says getting back into music after Astroworld was "therapeutic" -- adding he was "able to channel some of the energy into production and sounds and finishing it.”

As you know, Travis dropped his album, Utopia, in July, marking the first album he released since his Astroworld tour ... and one of the tracks on it -- "My Eyes" -- dives deep into his perspective of the horrific event.

New K-pop group BabyMonster will debut with one less member than expected -- YG Entertainment just announced Ahyeon has left the ensemble to focus on her well-being.

The label addressed the news in a press release Wednesday ... saying, "Although we are saddened to be unable to introduce Ahyeon as a member of BabyMonster, we made this decision for the sake of the artist's health."

"We will spare no support so that Ahyeon can recover fully and return in good health."

There was speculation 16-year-old Ahyeon was leaving the group for months ... but YG remained tight-lipped on her status up until now.

BM -- which now consists of Asa, Chiquita, Haram, Rora, Pharita and Ruka -- will be YG's first new girl group since BLACKPINK's debut in August 2016.

There's been a ton of hype surrounding BabyMonster ... the group has raked in millions of views on YouTube despite not releasing any original songs.

The remaining members' ages range from 14-21 ... and hail from Korea, Thailand and Japan.

Brandi Mallory -- a former cast member on the TV show "Extreme Weight Loss" -- has died in Georgia.

Mallory passed away in Atlanta on November 9, according to the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office.  Her cause of death has not been disclosed.

The ex-reality star made her 2014 appearance on season 4 of the ABC series. She revealed why she joined "Extreme Weight Loss" during a 2018 interview uploaded to YouTube.

Mallory told a journalist she was motivated to shed pounds after her overweight sorority sister died at age 29.

She said it played on her mind that she could die too if she didn't do something about her 329-pound frame.

The makeup artist said she went on a casting call for "The Biggest Loser," but was rejected, yet the producers helped her win a spot on "Extreme Weight Loss."

That show featured obese people on their journey to shed weight with a healthy diet and workout routine.

Mallory was 40.

Kyle Richards is comin' after folks who think her marriage trouble with Mauricio Umansky is a clever way to stay relevant ... saying a popularity contest for a "dumb TV show" is the last thing on her mind.

The 'RHOBH' star dragged her doubters during Tuesday's episode of Bravo's "Hot Mic" podcast, telling Emmy-Nominated Executive Producer, Alex Baskin one of the dumbest things she's heard since joining the 'Real Housewives' cast is the idea that she'd put her family through hell so the show could get a boost in ratings.

She shot down claims she's fabricating the issues she and Mauricio are facing lately in their relationship -- adding she's got no real reason to try and stay relevant by pointing out she's already been on TV for 13 seasons.

Kyle's also addressed the so-called gold digger theory ... people who think she's just staying with her real estate mogul husband to spend his money. Well, she's got a bold response -- you really gotta see how she puts that one to bed.

As we reported, Kyle and Mauricio announced they were separating back in July, after 27 years of marriage ... but denied they were getting a divorce. They admitted they've been facing a "challenging" year, but said there was no wrongdoing on anyone's part.

Since then, they've gone on family vacations together and continue to live under the same roof. Mauricio's denied there's anything going on with his 'DWTS' partner Emma Slater, but Kyle seems skeptical -- and even referred to their split as a "divorce" during BravoCon.

Model Danii Banks isn't used to complaints when she drops her top -- but Las Vegas Raiders games are, apparently, a much different story ... because her boobs got her booted from the stadium.

Danii tells TMZ ... shortly after she recorded herself flashing her breasts inside Allegiant Stadium, security guards and police officers swooped in, not in appreciation, but to deliver that classic line -- Danii didn't have to go home, but she had to get the hell outta Sunday night's game.

DB says cops didn't ticket or arrest her, but she had pretty good seats, and she didn't get to stick around long enough to see the Raiders' thrilling-ish win over the New York Jets.

The incident was reminiscent of Blueface's recent visit to a Los Angeles Rams game ... where he brought a bunch of strippers with him to a suite and made it rain as the nearly nude dancers twerked.
