Gunna still isn't taking any chances with his life as Young Thug's YSL trial trudges on -- even for a simple day of shopping, he's got hired guns watching his back and his front.

The "Fukumean" rapper was spotted shopping with his armed bodyguards at Saks Fifth Avenue in Bev Hills this week -- which might sound like the ideal scenario to spend cash and not worry about being robbed. But, Gunna clearly thinks otherwise.

This particular shopping trip went down without a hitch but remember ... he was confronted by a complete rando this year, and he's gotta be thinking more enemies could be lurking just about anywhere.

His former "Drip So Hard" brother Lil Baby dropped a new song titled "350" Friday that appeared to target Gunna ... "I know one day it's gon' hit me/Bro ain't never comin' back/Ain't never say nothin' 'bout it, n****, you know you a rat."

Gunna's heavy-duty security should earn him brownie points with the OGs ... Charlamagne Tha God stressed the importance of having pros while discussing the Nardo Wick disaster with us earlier this month.

The 'Real Time' host took his audience all the way back to Bethlehem, which is now controlled by the Palestinians. It used to be 86% Christian ... now it's overwhelmingly Muslim. Things change, BM says.

Tony Ferguson may have lost his last 6 fights, but Paddy Pimblett is NOT overlooking the future UFC Hall of Famer ... telling TMZ Sports he's preparing for the "best version" of El Cucuy!

We talked to 28-year-old Pimblett ahead of his UFC 296 scrap with the 39-year-old legend ... and asked what he expected out of Ferguson.

"We've prepared for the best Tony Ferguson possible," Paddy said.

"What I just say is he's on a bit of a decline, and that's why I've said this fight is a lose-lose for me, cause when I win, people are gonna be like, 'you only beat a washed-up Tony' when he's still a dangerous motherf*****, and then if I did happen to lose, people would be like, 'Oh, Paddy's finished. He's just been beat by a finished Tony.'"

Ferguson, who once went on a 12-fight win streak in the UFC (where he beat the likes of Josh Thompson, Rafael dos Anjos, Kevin Lee, Edson Barboza and others), has dropped his last 6 fights, albeit to some of the best fighters in the world (Michael Chandler, Justin Gaethje, Charles Oliveira).

As for 20-3 Pimblett, he's won 6 in a row, including all 4 of his UFC fights. However, his last victory over Jared Gordon wasn't without controversy, and Paddy is looking to make a statement to remind people who he is.

"Biggest fight of my life, definitely. Biggest opponent. Coming back off three major surgeries. Gotta make a big statement after me last fight, simple as that," Pimblett said.

Tommy Lee forced himself on a woman in a helicopter cockpit ... groping her, kissing her and penetrating her against her consent ... according to a new lawsuit.

The Motley Crüe rocker is being sued by a woman who says the alleged sexual assault happened way back in February 2003 when she was riding in a chopper with Tommy and another man.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman says she was friends with the helicopter pilot, and he invited her on a tour of San Diego County ... but when she got to the airfield, Tommy was there, and she was told the plans changed and they would all three be riding up to Los Angeles.

The woman claims she felt pressured to go, and once airborne she says Tommy and the pilot started drinking alcohol, smoking weed and snorting cocaine.

In the docs, the woman says the men pressured her to come up to the cockpit and sit on Tommy's lap ... and as soon as she obliged, she says Tommy forced himself on her.

The woman claims Tommy began groping and kissing her, but when she tried to pull away he became more forceful. She claims he penetrated her with his fingers while fondling her breasts.

In the suit, the woman claims Tommy also pulled down his pants and attempted to force her head down towards his genitals.

She says, when they got to Los Angeles, Tommy hugged her and bounced and then the pilot flew her back to San Diego in silence.

In the docs, she says the alleged incident left her feeling shock, distress, humiliation, shame and guilt ... claiming she didn't go to the cops because she didn't think she would be taken seriously.

Since the alleged incident, the woman says she's suffered from anxiety, depression, PTSD and other physical and psychological harms ... and she's going after Tommy for damages.

Donald Trump's going viral for jabbing President Biden over a couple deaths linked to Panera lemonade ... but someone's putting words in Trump's mouth because it's all bogus.

Here's the deal ... there are a series of screenshots from a recent Trump speech going viral online, and they claim to quote Trump blaming Biden for two deaths linked to a new drink from Panera.

Trump and Biden are easy targets here ... it's not crazy to believe Trump would go after Biden for such a story, but it turns out lots of folks are being duped ... because the quotes are totally fake.

The viral images have made up quotes attributed to Trump, where he's saying ... "Everything is bad under Biden. Even the lemonade is killing people. Did you see that? People drink lemonade and die."

The fake Trump quote is referencing a couple recent deaths linked to Panera's new Charged Lemonade, which is super caffeinated.

Other fake Trump quotes included ... "The lemonade didn't kill you when I was president. It was tasty and fun to drink. We loved the lemonade, didn't we?"

Another falsely quotes as Trump saying ... "We did, but not under Biden. Bacon is more money. Gas is more money. The lemonade is more money and it kills you."

The fourth and final says ... "When life hands you lemons, Joe Biden kills you with them."

The screenshots and fake closed captioning is from Trump's recent speech in Iowa ... but anyone watching the speech will find out there's no mention of lemonade whatsoever.

Another shake-up on "Jeopardy!" ... Mayim Bialik says she is being removed as host.

Mayim just announced the change, explaining ... "Sony has informed me I am no longer hosting the syndicated version of Jeopardy!"

She adds ... "I am incredibly honored to have been nominated for a primetime Emmy for hosting this year and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of the Jeopardy! family."

Mayim started hosting the quiz show back in August 2021 as one of the replacements for longtime host Alex Trebek.

Ken Jennings has also been hosting "Jeopardy!" and "Celebrity Jeopardy!" since 2021 ... so it seems he will be picking up the slack.

Recently, Ken had been doing most of the hosting and Mayim was primarily hosting the prime time shows and specials.

When Alex died in November 2020 there was a ton of drama as Sony searched for a new host ... including the whole Mike Richards fiasco.

Michael B. Jordan's violent car crash played out on camera, and now that LAPD has that video ... TMZ has learned it's at the center of an investigation.

Law enforcement tells us cops will look to prove Michael was behind the wheel of the racing Ferrari ... and once that's established, they'll likely reach out to the actor to get his POV on how things unfolded.

That would be the second attempt to ask the "Creed" star what caused his blue Ferrari to lurch into a parked Kia a couple weeks ago ... as he didn't elaborate for LAPD officers who responded to the scene.

We're also told if cops find criminal culpability upon wrapping their investigation, they'll forward the case to prosecutors for possible charges.

It'll be no joyride if things escalate for Michael ... who appeared to be racing a red Ferrari down busy Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood when his vehicle smashed into the Kia, leaving both cars mangled.

Matthew Perry died from "the acute effects of ketamine," a drug that is used to treat depression and is also used as a recreational drug.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office just released the toxicology report, concluding Perry had taken ketamine infusion therapy for depression and anxiety a week-and-a-half before his death. The ketamine in his system at the time of his death, however, "could not be from that infusion therapy, since ketamine's half-life is 3 to 4 hours, or less."

According to the Medical Examiner, the ketamine in Perry's system caused both cardiovascular overstimulation and respiratory depression.

The M.E. found no evidence of alcohol, methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, PCP or fentanyl.

The contributory factors in Perry's death included drowning, coronary artery disease, and buprenorphine effects. Buprenorphine is used to ween addicts off opioids.

What's interesting ... according to the M.E., Perry had been undergoing ketamine infusion therapy every other day for some time, but 6 months before he passed, a new doctor decided Perry was doing well enough that he didn't need the treatment that often. The report does not say how frequently Perry was getting ketamine infusion therapy in the months before he died.

Although smoking was not listed as a contributing factor in Perry's death, the report notes he smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day, had COPD/emphysema and diabetes.

And the M.E. says based on their interviews, Perry was clean and sober for 19 months.

TMZ broke the story ... on Oct. 28, Matthew was found unresponsive in his jacuzzi after playing 2 hours of pickleball at Riviera Country Club near his home in Pacific Palisades. First responders rushed to the property on a cardiac arrest call, and he was declared deceased on the scene after an apparent drowning.

While Matthew was open about his history of substance abuse, no illicit narcotics were found at his home.

Like we told you ... Matthew had played pickleball in the morning for a couple hours before returning home and sending his assistant on an errand. Sometime later, the assistant returned, discovered MP in the hot tub and then called 911.

Matthew's death sent shockwaves through Hollywood ... with tributes pouring in and tons of celebs honoring him and paying tribute.

As we first reported ... sources in daily contact with the late "Friends" star told us he had never been happier in the time leading up to his passing, committing to a new movie and loving the new home he had moved into just 3 weeks before he died there.

Britney Spears is firing a shot at Justin Timberlake and what she considers his lack of basketball skills, claiming he was a sore loser when she'd take him down on the court.

The pop star took to Instagram Friday to throw some shade at the "Suit & Tie" singer ... without naming names, she writes, "I never mentioned how I beat him in basketball 🏀 and he would cry … no disrespect 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ !!!"

Britney's phrasing is no coincidence ... you'll recall, Justin addressed the controversy surrounding him and Britney's memoir, "The Woman In Me," during his performance in Las Vegas Wednesday night.

Right before singing, "Cry Me a River," JT looked to the crowd and said, "No disrespect" ... and the song was one Britney slammed for the connection to their broken relationship. It was alleged Justin wrote it after he had caught Britney cheating.

So yea ... Brit talking about Justin crying after losing a game, two days after Justin performed "Cry Me a River" -- the writing's practically on the wall.

Meek Mill's emotions came pouring out while speaking at the signing of a probation reform bill in Philadelphia ... and his tears were clearly related to memories of his own years of legal woes.

PA Governor Josh Shapiro signed the bill inside Philly's National Constitution Center, and Meek recalled the anxiety he had risking his freedom crossing state lines to New Jersey just to take his son to school when he was on probation years ago.

He then broke down at the podium while thanking Gov. Shapiro and the rest of the committee for signing the bill, which lessens the chances of people on probation being sent back to jail for minor offenses.

Meek says guys like him who come from poor upbringings have to fight twice as hard just for acceptance, and being tossed around the system while labeled a felon makes things much worse.

The "Dreams & Nightmares" rapper was infamously placed on probation for a 2008 gun case, and later ended up having serious beef with a judge who sent him to prison for a 2017 probation violation. So, it's pretty obvious why the cause is so dear to his heart.

Jerry O'Connell's providing more context as to why John Stamos' memoir -- in which he grouses about ex-wife Rebecca Romijn -- didn't sit well with Jerry and Rebecca, but also says he knows it comes with the territory.

Jerry, who's of course married to Rebecca now, joined us Friday on "TMZ Live" to explain why, personally, he would never write a book like John's "If You Would Have Told Me."

He says a celebrity tell-all book that drags someone who was once a part of your life feels like "betrayal."

The "Pictionary" host and "Stand By Me" star tells us his wife was definitely "bummed out" when she found out about the negative things John wrote about their marriage.

Jerry admits he's generally a fan of celeb memoirs, and acknowledges it's just part of showbiz. Still, he says the people who are written about in those books can still feel "disappointed."

By the way, he's not just talking about Rebecca -- he also mentions King Charles, Meghan Markle and Justin Timberlake, to name just a few.

As we reported, we got Jerry out in NYC Thursday when we first talked with him about the memoir drama ... and he thought it would've been a good idea for JS to give his wife a heads-up about the things he wrote about her.

You'll recall, John called Rebecca "the devil" in the tell-all ... and also told Howard Stern he was convinced there was no way their marriage could have worked out in the end.

Offset partied in Miami until 5 AM to celebrate his 32nd birthday without a care in the world -- while his wife, Cardi B, was back at home clearly upset over the state of their marriage.

Offset had not one but two birthday bashes Thursday ... he and his crew were seen inside the Miami Design District hotspot 'Coco Miami' until 3 AM and then hightailed it to South Beach club 'Playa' until 5 AM.

Offset wore shades all night, looking unbothered at both of the parties as he was surrounded by women -- complete with a sprinter van full of 'em.

Also in attendance at the party was producer Southside, Diddy's son Justin Combs, Ari Fletcher and Miami Heat players Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Thomas Bryant.

We now know Offset was celebrating as a single man ... Cardi went live on IG in an explosive rant that pretty much signaled their relationship is over.

She accused her estranged hubby of playing mind games and "feeling himself" because of his new solo album -- which she helped him promote.

Cardi B is unloading on Offset in an emotionally charged video rant amid their nasty split ... calling him out and accusing him of treating her badly.

It's the first time we've seen Cardi get this emotional since she announced she ended things with her estranged husband ... she says he's ungrateful and she's tired of his behavior.

Cardi's pain is coming through clearly here ... it's evident in her voice, as she says she's done a lot for Offset over the years, only for him to play games with her when she's at her most vulnerable. She's also taking shots at him with social media posts.

As we reported ... Cardi announced she was single earlier this month after they both unfollowed each other on social media, revealing they had been broken up for a while before she went public.

There's been plenty of drama and cheating rumors between Cardi and Offset over the years ... but they've split and gotten back together before, and now they have two kids together.

Cardi says she's helped Offset out for years without so much as a "thank you" from him ... and it sounds like he wasn't taking their issues seriously leading up to and after the split, at least from her perspective.
