Nipsey Hussle's first baby mama will object to the appointment of the rapper's brother to administer his estate, and might even ask that SHE be appointed administrator, if the hearing goes down as planned, and millions of dollars are on the line ... sources connected to the case tell TMZ.

Sources connected to Tanisha Foster tell TMZ, she will not accept Sam Asghedom, Nipsey's brother, as the manager of the late rapper's fortune, which Sam estimates at $2 million. Sam filed legal docs, saying Nipsey died without a will, and he wants to be appointed the administrator of his brother's estate. A judge is set to rule on Sam's request June 10.

Under California law, Nipsey's children would share equally in his estate. In addition to 10-year-old Emani, the child Nipsey had with Tanisha, he left behind 2-year-old Kross, who's mother is Lauren London. So, each would get around $1 million, less fees and taxes.

Tanisha is fighting for custody of Emani, and if she's successful, she would have some power in handling the money and would probably be entitled to use some of it to provide for the child. A judge has temporarily blocked Tanisha from having physical custody of Emani ... the child is currently living with Nipsey's sister.

Nipsey Hussle's daughter, Emani, will not go back to her mother ... and the mother is livid.

Tanisha Foster was in court Monday, trying to regain custody of her 10-year-old girl. Emani has been living with Nispey's sister, Samantha, since his death last March.

Nipsey's family was in court and squared off with Tanisha, whom they believe is not fit to care for Emani. The hearing was sealed ... but there's another date scheduled in July.

Tanisha's lawyer, Larry Lewellyn, tells TMZ he's working with Nipsey's family on a visitation schedule that will be in Emani's best interest.

As for Tanisha ... she left the courtroom crying and told us she's "pissed off."

We broke the story ... Samantha believes Emani's biological mother is unfit to care for the 10-year-old, and Samantha played a crucial role in helping raise her when Nipsey was alive. Samantha wrote in her petition that she wants to "ensure the continued stability for Emani and ensure that she will be able to maintain her current and ongoing relationship" with her fam.

Emani's mother, Tanisha, broke down crying in court last week, saying she hadn't seen her daughter in months. At the time, the judge gave them about 20 minutes alone together.

Still ... Nipsey's sister might have a strong case in asking for guardianship. Tanisha has a warrant out for her arrest right now, relating to an unsettled DUI case in 2017. She's also got a lengthy rap sheet filled with arrests dating back to 2006 and 2007.

Nipsey Hussle's baby mama is a wanted woman -- with a lengthy criminal record -- after she recently skipped out on a court appearance in a DUI case.

Tanisha Foster was busted for DUI in Los Angeles a couple years back. She pled no contest to one of the charges and was sentenced to 3 years probation. Foster missed a court date for the case on May 15 -- her probation was revoked -- and a bench warrant was issued.

The DUI arrest isn't the only thing on Foster's record ... in 2007 she was busted for vandalism, annoying phone calls and disturbing the peace. Those charges were eventually dismissed after she completed her probation. In 2006, she was arrested for resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

The arrest warrant comes in the middle of a nasty back and forth with Tanisha and Nipsey's brother and sister. Nipsey's siblings are asking for custody of his 10-year-old daughter, Emani, claiming Tanisha isn't a stable parent.

Both sides were in court for an emotional hearing Tuesday. Tanisha broke down in tears saying it had been months since she spent time with Emani. A judge cleared the courtroom and gave the two 20 minutes together.

Move over Vladimir Guerrero ... Sammy Sosa says it's HIS son who will be the MLB's next big thing -- telling TMZ Sports his 5-year-old boy is legit!!!

We got Sosa out at LAX this past week when he revealed his son, Rolando Sosa, has a sweet swing ... and he's projecting BIG things for him in about a decade.

"He's going to be good," Sosa says ... "He's got a good swing."

Sammy scoffed at the idea of his boy being a pitcher when he grows up ... telling us Rolando is built to be a hitter just like Dad.

As for Sammy's advice for the young Sosa ... Sammy says he's already teaching him to keep his head still through the strike zone!!!

Of course, Rolando is Sammy's sixth kid ... so the Cubs legend knows a thing or two about how they grow up.

Kate Middleton designed a garden that she hopes will inspire others to get their kids outdoors and playing -- and her kids set a great example by leading the way on that front.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had themselves quite a day exploring Kate's new "Back to Nature" garden that she's officially unveiling to the public in a few days as part of the annual Chelsea Flower Show. The point of all of it ... early childhood development and getting folks (especially kids) reacquainted with the great outdoors. A great cause, really.

Before she opened the doors to everyone else, she had Will bring their own kiddos by to scope the joint out. Prince George, Princess Charlotte and the newest addition, 1-year-old Prince Louis, definitely had their run of the place ... it's practically a kid's playland paradise.

Charlotte and Louis rode the rope swing, which looks super fun ... and Georgie boy dipped his toes in a running stream under a baby bridge. We don't usually say this ... but damn, this is cute.

Seeing how they got a little cousin now who'll be able to play along soon enough -- ya gotta imagine the Royals might be here quite a bit in the near future.

Future gave his son, Baby Future, a brand new Rolex for his 5th birthday -- and now, he's kinda getting dragged for it online over the kid's reaction ... which might be a tad harsh.

The Atlanta rapper posted a ton of photos and videos of the epic superhero-themed bash he threw for his and Ciara's son Saturday, which was basically a child's dream come true.

One of the clips Future threw up showed BF opening the box to a Rolex ... which seemed to leave the young tyke somewhat underwhelmed as he responded with a half-hearted "Thanks." It's a pretty hilarious reaction, but folks are really letting Future have it.

The general reaction to papa's gift -- the kid's 5 ... what's he gonna do with a Rolex??? He wants toys, man!!! Not sure if that's totally accurate, seeing how Baby Future was rocking it.

Also worth pointing out ... DJ Khaled gifted his own son -- who was only A YEAR OLD at the time -- a $100k, diamond-studded watch that he wouldn't be able to wear for years to come. DJK didn't face nearly half the backlash for that ... so people should really cut Future a break here. At least his kid can actually put the watch on, and he looks great with it too.

Meanwhile, Ciara and Russell Wilson appeared to throw a birthday party of their own for young Future around the same time frame -- which also looked pretty sweet on camera.

Gotta say, the dueling birthday parties reminds us of Blac Chyna and Tyga's competing birthday bashes for little King once upon a time. It's a win-win for the kid in either case, really. Double the presents and cake ... and a whole lot of fun.

Blac Chyna and her mother are tight again -- and their reunion in Atlanta was heartfelt and touching, to say the least.

BC gave her mom, Tokyo Toni, a big hug Saturday night at the Sparkles Skating Ring, where it appears Chyna was throwing some kind of event. Check out their embrace on the red carpet -- you can tell Chyna is genuinely surprised to see Toni there ... but ecstatic too.

They even kept the love fest going once inside, with Chyna posting a video of them hugging it out on a felted bench.

When we asked Toni what message she had for Chyna in light of their reconciliation, she told a thing or two about family ... and how that bond always trumps everything else.

You'll recall ... Toni criticized Blac Chyna's parenting a few months ago with regards to how she was raising Dream, saying Rob Kardashian should get full custody until Chyna got it together. Chyna fired back, basically telling her ma to mind her own damn business.

Rob and Chyna settled their custody battle soon after that though, and everything seems to have been pretty smooth in Chyna's life since. Well, kinda ... still a couple bumps here and there.

Mama June's youngest daughter, 13-year-old Alana -- aka Honey Boo Boo -- has been forced to move in with her sister ... while June lives the casino life with her felon boyfriend.

Sources close to June tell us 19-year-old Pumpkin (gov't name, Lauryn), is now serving as a de facto guardian to Honey Boo Boo. We're told HBB's been living with Pumpkin for several months and helps look after Lauryn's 1-year-old daughter, Ella.

Family sources tell us, Alana and June's other daughters understand their mom is going through a tough time ... and want to keep their distance from her and the "drama."

We're told June rarely sees her family these days.

TMZ broke the story ... cops were called to a gas station in Alabama back in March after a domestic dispute between June and her boyfriend Geno Doak. According to the report, Doak threatened to kill June during the argument.

When cops arrived they busted June for possession of crack cocaine.

June was ordered to stay away from Doak by a judge, but she's clearly ignoring that ... shacking up with him at an Alabama casino and routinely hitting the slots.

Tyreek Hill's teammates still have his back and are still pulling for him to rejoin the team ... so says Dwayne Bowe, who tells TMZ Sports he heard that straight from Chiefs players last week.

"When I talk to guys on the team, they're still rooting for him," the ex-Kansas City wideout says ... "They're pulling for him."

As we previously reported ... Hill's been indefinitely banished from the Chiefs until an investigation into child abuse allegations finishes up in Missouri.

Bowe says both he AND current Chiefs players are still in Hill's corner for now ... and claims the only way they're going to change their mind is when all the facts come out about the case.

"It's all he said, she said until the final word is out," Bowe tells us.

In the meantime, Bowe is vouching for Tyreek, saying, "He's a good guy. I've met him. I really don't believe all the things I hear on the internet and in the news."

Jenelle Evans was a huge draw for the 'Teen Mom' series, but the show can go without her and do just as well -- so says JE's former costar, Kailyn Lowry.

We got Kailyn at the Crosby Street Hotel Saturday in NYC, where she was hanging out with another reality TV star, Lindsie Chrisley. Our camera guy asked if Kailyn thought Jenelle being fired from 'Teen Mom' would hurt or help the show all things considered.

Check out Kailyn's answer -- she acknowledges Jenelle's value as a cast member, but also seems to be taking a slight shot by saying she was dragging the show's reputation down and that replacing her was the right move.

Lindsie chimes in on that sentiment too, saying there's a major difference between day-to-day drama that'd play well for TV ... and real-life criminal activity, which she seems to insinuate David Eason is guilty of by killing the family dog.

The aftermath of that decision has been devastating for Jenelle and her family -- not only was she booted from the show, but her kids have been removed from her custody under a judge's order.

She and David were just in court Thursday to fight to get the kids back, but it doesn't appear they've been returned at this point.

Jenelle Evans and her husband, David Eason, showed up to court for their child services case with what appears to be a gun in plain sight on the dashboard of their car.

As we reported ... Jenelle and David went to court Thursday to fight a judge's order that removed three children from their home over the course of a week -- this, of course, following news that David had brutally killed the family dog when it nipped 2-year-old Ensley.

The kids were not returned to the couple by the end of it, and on their way out of the courthouse ... they got back into their vehicle, which looks like it was housing a pistol on the dash. You can make out what greatly resembles a firearm as they're driving away.

We pulled screenshots of this clip and heightened the resolution a bit -- there's no question in our eyes, the black object seen through the windshield seriously looks like a gun.

Seen at a different angle, the object still appears very much so like a gun. It sure doesn't seem like they were trying to hide it either ... the gun's openly on display, as you can see.

As we've pointed out in the past ... David is REALLY into guns, even going so far as to post multiple videos showing off his firepower after getting a visit from the Secret Service.

There's even been an alleged incident in which David was accused of chasing a woman down who drove by his house and brandishing a pistol at her. She claimed he told her, "That's right. I got a gun, I will shoot you." David denied the woman's version of events.

Tyga was once married to Tristan Thompson's baby mama ... and that creates a crazy, tangled web!!!

We found court records showing Tyga and Jordan Craig -- who has a 2-year-old son, Prince with TT -- got hitched on September 06, 2010 and they filed divorce docs exactly one month later. Interesting ... Tyga recently started liking Jordan's pics on Instagram, a clear sign he's trying to grab her attention.

The brief marriage certainly adds an interesting layer to the Kardashian dating tree. Tyga has a kid with Blac Chyna who also has a child with Rob Kardashian. Tyga, of course, also dated Rob's sister, Kylie.

As for the Tristan side of things ... he went on to have a daughter, True, with Khloe Kardashian.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian thought long and hard on a name for their fourth child together ... and the proud parents are going with Psalm !!!

It makes a lot of sense ... Kanye's Sunday Service -- where he performs gospel and his own hits with a live band and choir -- has become a massive success, and his Coachella performance was one for the ages. And what do they sing at church services ... psalms!

Kim tweeted a text exchange from Kanye which read, "Beautiful Mother's Day. With the arrival of our fourth child. We are blessed beyond measure."

As for Mother's Day ... Kanye played a special Sunday Service show which included his and Kim's kids along with other members of the family and the children of family friends.

Kim says Psalm looks like Chicago's twin brother. He joins older sister North and big bro Saint as the sixth member of Kim and Kanye's growing family.

As you know ... KK and KW welcomed their new kid into the world last week, and he weighed in at 6 lb and 9 oz.

As we first told you... Kim and Kanye hired a new surrogate to carry their 4th kid to term -- but not because they were unhappy with the last one -- she was simply unavailable this time. The woman, who was in her early 20s, had a kid of her own back in December ... less than a year after popping out baby Chicago. So, the couple had to find another surrogate, whose profile still remains a mystery.

The surrogate went into labor while Kourtney and Kris Jenner were taping an episode of 'Ellen' with all the Kardashian kids. Kim was supposed to be there, but she obviously skipped the taping to attend a more pressing matter. It's pretty crazy, even Kris didn't know she was about to have another grandchild!!!

Kim's got a ton on her plate with the newest addition. She's actively studying to become a lawyer and recently helped with the release of 17 prisoners in the last 90 days. Not to mention she's a social media mogul, runs a cosmetics line and stars on "Keeping Up with The Kardashians."

Kim and Kanye used a leftover embryo they created to bring Psalm into the world.

9:24 AM PT -- Britney just moments ago posted this picture with her boyfriend, Sam Asghari. She captioned it, "I love this man." Sam did the same a couple of minutes later and captioned his post with superhero emojis. Can't deny it ... they look great together.

Britney Spears isn't about to just slink away and hide in the wake of news she's nowhere near ready to perform again.

Britney went out for a coffee run to Starbucks with her sons Thursday in L.A. and looked happy and upbeat ... smiling and even cracking up laughing at one point.

This comes on the heels of a somber evaluation of Spears' current status by her longtime manager, Larry Rudolph, who told us she should not be returning her to Vegas residency "... not in the near future and possibly never again."

Brit already clapped back at this notion -- at least that's what it seems like -- by sharing a home dance video in which she flaunts her choreography ... by busting out moves to some Michael Jackson music.

It's unclear if the vid was Britney in current form or a #tbt ... but the implication is Britney's not about to throw in the towel.

As we reported, she's going through some issues at home ever since being released from a mental health facility last month. The reality is ... she's not doing well at all. Doctors are having trouble figuring out what meds are the best fit for her, and her parents are at odds over her treatment and conservatorship.

Britney restated in court last week what she's periodically asked the judge ... to end the conservatorship. Up to this point, the judges in the case have found reason to continue it. The conservatorship has lasted more than 11 years.

Britney appears to be keeping her chin up ... but multiple sources with direct knowledge tell us things are far from well.

MTV is moving quickly as it seeks a fresh start on its "Teen Mom" franchise ... the network is already filming with Jenelle Evans' replacement, Jade Cline.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... 'Teen Mom' producers will be filming Kailyn Lowry's podcast in New York this weekend, where special guest Jade will officially announce a pretty poorly kept secret ... that she's stepping in for Jenelle.

The podcast is called, "Coffee Convos with Kail Lowry & Lindsie Chrisley" ... and MTV cameras will be rolling as the hosts sit down for an interview with Jade.

Our 'Teen Mom' sources tell us, show producers felt the podcast was the perfect way to announce Jenelle's replacement ... because Kailyn will also be costarring alongside Jade!!!

We're told the reveal will air next week ... which lines up with the "Teen Mom 2" reunion.

As you know ... MTV severed all ties with Jenelle in the wake of husband David Eason killing the family dog as punishment for nipping at their 2-year-old daughter. The dog's brutal death was the last straw in MTV's often tumultuous relationship with the couple.

Jenelle has been an empty nester as of late ... now that authorities have removed all her kids from her and David's home in the fallout from the dog murder. Jenelle and David were in court Thursday, fighting to get her children back.

As for Jade ... the 21-year-old is a mother of one, and she recently split with her baby daddy, Sean Austin.
