Joe Giudice is happy his ex-wife, Teresa, is entering into a new marriage ... but he's sorry her new husband is going to have to put up with her family.

Joe tells TMZ ... he's glad Teresa found a special someone in Luis Ruelas, but he feels bad the new husband has to deal with Joe and Melissa Gorga as part of the package.

JG says of his former in-laws ... "I dealt with that thorn in my side for 20 years. Unfortunately, they always come around."

Joe says he doesn't miss dealing with the Gorgas ... and other than feeling sorry for what Luis is walking into with them, he wishes the newlyweds all the best.

Teresa and Luis, who have been engaged since October 2021, will walk down the aisle Saturday at Park Chateau Estate in East Brunswick, NJ, where production cameras will be rolling ... the wedding is being turned into a Bravo TV special.

Remember, Joe and Teresa officially divorced back in 2020 after two decades and four children together ... and he's since been released from prison and moved back to Italy.

Joe met Luis at least once when Joe and Teresa took their daughters on vacation to the Bahamas in March 2021 ... but it's unclear if he warned Luis then about the Gorgas.

Gorga family rep Mike Martocci tells TMZ ... Joe and Melissa have no comment on Joe Giudice because "he ain't worth it."

There's obviously no love lost between Joe and the Gorgas ... but Joe also tells us Teresa is a good wife and he's grateful for their children.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are calling it quits on their relationship after 9 months together ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources close to the couple say the pair decided to end things, and according to E!, who first reported the split, the pair's constantly busy schedules and distance apart made it really hard to keep up their romance.

As we reported, Pete had recently been spending lots of time down in Australia, where he's filming a movie, and Kim's balancing traveling and working around the World all while raising her 4 kids in Los Angeles.

Kim recently flew Down Under to see Pete after some time apart, but it's not clear if that's when the two decided to pull the plug on their relationship or if it was more recent.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Pete were first spotted together back in October when they hit Knotts Berry Farm in L.A. with some pals. From there, Kim visited Pete in his hometown of Staten Island, where the two dined on pizza and pasta at one of Pete's local spots.

After that, the relationship seemed to take off ... the two took vacations together, and were constantly jetting coast to coast to spend weekends in NYC and in L.A.

It was in April when Kim and Pete made their red carpet debut together at The White House Correspondent's dinner.

While we hadn't seen them together as of late, Kim recently posted a set of flirty pics of her and Pete -- seemingly reminding the world they were still a thing.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's divorce continues to drag on ... Ye has officially lost his 5th divorce lawyer.

Kim and Kanye had a trial-setting conference Friday in L.A. as part of their divorce. Ye's current divorce attorney, Samantha Spector, had previously asked the judge to relieve her as counsel, saying her relationship with Kanye was irretrievably broken, though she wouldn't say why.

She had a date set next week to officially withdraw, but the judge granted her request Friday, so she's out and Ye is without a lawyer yet again.

What's more, the judge made it clear ... either Kanye gets off the dime and submits his financial declarations to settle the remaining issues, or the case is going to trial in December ... no if, ands or buts.

If Kanye ghosts everyone -- then in all probability when the case comes before the judge in December -- Kim will get whatever she wants.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim got a divorce decree back in March, making her legally single, but there are still a couple of issues to fully resolve -- custody and property, and that's what the judge is dealing with now.

Sources connected to Kim and Kanye say they're getting along -- as we've seen evidenced at their kid's sporting events and family gatherings -- but it's been a roller coaster.

It appears the beef between 50 Cent and "Vanderpump Rules" star Lala Kent is completely squashed -- because TMZ's learned she's been kickin' it with the rapper/producer on the set of his upcoming horror flick.

Witnesses on set tell us Lala's been popping up "multiple times" to visit 50 as he films the movie "Skill House" at the content-creating space, Sway House in Los Angeles.

For those unaware, Lala was caught in the middle of a feud between 50 and her now-ex fiance Randall Emmett in 2019. Remember, Fif accused Randall of owing him $1 million ... and taunted him by posting a clip of Lala on 'VR' talking about how she'd get expensive gifts from Randall after sex.

50 also posted texts from Randall begging him not to publicize their drama -- and then Lala got involved by saying the rapper's actions diminished the #metoo movement.

That's all behind them now. We're told Lala doesn't have any role in the movie, and has just been popping in to chat with her friend.

Seeing as how Lala and Randall had a pretty nasty break-up, we're guessing he won't be thrilled to see her cozying up to his archenemy. For what it's worth, 50 says Randall eventually paid back the $1 mil loan.

As if the Lala-Fif sighting wasn't weird enough ... this is the same movie set where a camera op recently passed out while shooting a super bloody scene for the flick.

Jorge Nava doesn't need another "90 Day Fiancé" ... because the reality TV star is now a married man after getting hitched, Sin City style!

According to online records, Jorge got a marriage license and tied the knot with Rhoda Blua, and she's taking his last name.

We're told Jorge and Rhoda got married Sunday at a Las Vegas wedding chapel, and then spent part of their night gambling at The Cosmopolitan hotel and casino.

Folks who were there say another couple watched Jorge and Rhoda jump the broom, then that foursome went gambling together on the Vegas strip.

Jorge and Rhoa went Instagram official back in June 2020 ... a couple months before he filed for divorce from his first wife, Anfisa, who was featured with him on season 4 of "90 Day Fiance."

Remember ... Jorge and Anfisa got married on Aug 1, 2017 after being a big hit on the TLC show. They did not have any kids.

On the other hand, Jorge and Rhoa already have 2 kids together -- a son, George, and a daughter, Zara.

"Vanderpump Rules" stars Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz are putting their divorce drama on camera.

The reality show is back in production for the upcoming 10th season and Katie and Tom's split appears to be taking center stage ... because 'VPR' cameras are capturing some tense interactions between the exes.

We're told the former couple has filmed multiple one-on-one scenes in the last month since calling off their 12-year relationship, including a confrontation about Tom talking to another woman.

As you see in the clip obtained by TMZ, Katie and Tom were at the Daily Mail opening party of Schwartz and Sandy’s -- the bar owned by Tom and his best friend/costar Tom Sandoval. K&T were seated at a table in the crowded bar 2 weeks ago, and emotions were running super hot.

Now check out the pic from last Tuesday ... folks at the same bar saw Katie confronting Tom on camera ... confronting him about flirting with another woman. We're told the confrontation ended with Katie leaving the joint.

Celebrities have been taking to the skies in their private jets for years, but a recent study is pointing the finger at some celebs most guilty of poisoning the planet.

According to research gathered by Yard, a marketing agency that focuses on "metrics that matter," celebs like Kim Kardashian, Floyd Mayweather, and Blake Shelton have been polluting the air with tons of CO2e this year alone ... but no one has done it more than Taylor Swift.

According to Yard, T. Swift has flown private 170 times since January, with a time in the air of about 16 days. Her total flight emissions for the year come in at 8,293.54 tonnes -- that's 1,184.8 times more than the average person's total annual emissions!!!

To put it into perspective, they say the average person emits 7 tonnes -- annually.

Mayweather comes in 2nd place in the pollution race ... emitting 7,076 tonnes so far -- still over 1K shy of Taylor's mark.

Jay-Z, A-Rod, Steven Spielberg, and Oprah Winfrey also made the list ... and Floyd's plane took the shortest flight of the year, at 10 minutes.

It's interesting ... the Internet started to buzz about celebs and their carbon footprints after Kylie Jenner posted about her and TS' private jets last week, but she didn't make the top ten list. Travis Scott took the #10 spot ... flying a total of 5.8 days so far.

Shanna Moakler and her boyfriend Matthew Rondeau got a visit from cops Thursday afternoon, after someone called 911 to report a "domestic disturbance."

LAPD sources tell TMZ, Moakler's daughter called 911 to say a disturbance was going on and her mom's boyfriend was yelling at her.

Cops rushed to Shanna's San Fernando Valley house, knocked at the door and they both answered wearing "skimpy clothes." Cops separated them and they both told the same story -- that there was no fight, no disturbance. Cops looked around the house, no broken furniture, windows, etc. There were also no marks on either Shanna's or Matthew's body.

We're told the daughter who called 911 was not at the house, and cops believe this may be a bad game of telephone.

TMZ broke the story ... Rondeau was arrested in February for allegedly getting physical with Shanna.

As we reported, Shanna and Matthew got in a fight at their home ... a fight triggered by him accusing her of cheating. We're told Shanna left, returned the following morning, and the fight continued and allegedly became physical.

Cops were called and when they showed up, they say they saw visible marks on Shanna's body. Rondeau was arrested for felony domestic violence.

You may recall the video he posted on Shanna's social media, suggesting she cheated on him.

The L.A. City Attorney has charged Rondeau with misdemeanor domestic violence, battery and vandalism.

Jeff Bezos' parents really have a taste -- an expensive one -- for Florida real estate, because they just bought their second mansion there ... one previously owned by a 'Real Housewife' of Miami.

Sources tell TMZ, Jackie and Mike Bezos recently dropped $44 million to scoop up a 9,000 square-foot Coral Gables estate from 'RHOM' star Dr. Nicole Martin and her fiancé, attorney Anthony Lopez.

As you can see, the place is palatial ... the 6-bedroom mansion has all the bells and whistles ... including 2 tennis courts, a home theatre, a huge pool and a marina with a 96-foot dock and boat elevator.

It sounds like Jeff's parents made Nicole and Anthony an offer they couldn't refuse ... we're told the property was off the market when Bezos' parents approached. The couple had no plans to sell, but had always talked about potentially unloading their home if a huge offer came their way.

Well, they don't get much huger than $44 mil of Bezos' money.

The home has been featured on 'RHOM' and Andy Cohen is on the record saying the place is the best house to ever appear in a Bravo series -- that includes ALL the 'Housewives' shows and even 'Million Dollar Listing.'

Jeff's parents are getting downright baronial at this point -- remember, they also recently bought a $34 million home, which happens to be right next door to the place they bought from Nicole and Anthony.

Theresa Caputo says everyone up in arms over decking her 5-month-old granddaughter out in Gucci should just cool it ... cuz it's not only a practical gift, but it's also the cutest thing ever!!!

We caught up with the "Long Island Medium" Thursday at LAX and chatted about the uproar surrounding her recent, very pricey Gucci purchase for her granddaughter, Michelina Rose.

The new grandma tells us she wanted to bring baby Michelina a token from her first trip to Europe -- and settled on the green Gucci item -- making it clear, it's a wallet and not a bag.

ICYMI, Theresa caught a lot of flak from folks on social media after her daughter, Victoria Mastrandrea, posted showing off her baby girl's expensive gift from grandma.

Theresa says while she doesn't understand all the criticism, she also doesn't care ... adding it cost her under $1K. The more important thing -- Michelina looks cute holding it, and it could even double as a holder for her pacifier.

"Love and Marriage: Huntsville" star Melody Shari doesn't think her ex-husband's had enough time to become a better guy before jumping to his new boo, Sheree Whitfield -- and says the proof is online for all to see.

Melody told us, in her opinion, Martell Holt's really gotta work on himself, but she fears he's still the same untrustworthy guy she married back in 2008.

As we reported, a shirtless Martell and 'RHOA' star Sheree were spotted taking selfies together, and sources in the know tell us they've been dating for a few months.

Melody says she found out about their relationship the same way everyone else did ... the Internet, and that's also how she found out her kids already met Sheree.

She's not shocked, though, as she reminded us about how her kids were slyly introduced to a child Martell previously had with another woman.

Martell has been very vocal about boundaries with their kids after they split last year -- but Melody says it's the same old, same old with him and adds, she'd handle this totally differently ... especially with her kids involved.

Melody's been working on herself since the split, learning she's OK healing alone while focusing on her kids and businesses.

Meanwhile, we got Sheree in Sandy Springs, GA and she told us she met Martell through mutual friends, and is already introducing him to some of her pals and family members.

Mama June isn't in charge of Alana Thompson -- AKA Honey Boo Boo -- these days, but says if she knew her daughter was having a weight-loss procedure, she would've shot down the idea.

Mama June tells TMZ ... "I’m supportive if this is something Alana wants to get, but I would say she needs to wait until she’s 18 years old." She also says Alana didn't tell her about her medical plans before deciding to go through with it.

As we first reported, Alana is getting a suture sculpt endoscopic sleeve next month, right after she turns 17.

Although Alana's mentioned being unhappy with her weight, June says this procedure isn't something you just jump into -- June's dealt with weight loss surgery before, but ended up gaining back 100 pounds.

She says she's going to tell Alana's sister, Pumpkin, that she should wait.

Pumpkin is Alana's guardian now, and signed off on the surgery, but June adds, "It kind of bothers me that Pumpkin didn’t tell me. If Alana wants to do it, she should wait to sign her own paperwork at 18."

June's worried money became a factor in the sudden decision, but sources close to Alana tell us the non-surgical procedure is something she's doing privately, and not for TV.

Howard Kleinberg of 'Top Chef' fame has died from a heart attack.

The kitchen wiz -- who appeared on the third season of the reality show -- passed away last week, which was made public in a local obituary. Howard's mother told the Miami Herald, "I am just finding out how many lives he touched. He was married to his passion in life, which was his cooking."

She also confirmed he'd suffered a heart attack.

Bravo addressed Kleinbeg's death as well, writing ... "The Top Chef family is saddened to learn about the unexpected passing of Howard Kleinberg from season three. Howie’s passion for cooking filled so many and our deepest sympathy goes out to his family and friends."

HK is best remembered for competing in "Top Chef: Miami" in 2007, where he placed seventh. Afterward, he opened his own restaurant in town called Bulldog Barbecue -- among other eateries as well -- and found success in the local scene.

It was actually a memorable run for Kleinberg -- with one of his highlights from that season being a tense conversation he had with the late Anthony Bourdain, who was chastising him over speed in the kitchen ... only to have the tables turned on him by Howard dropping a Bourdain quote from one of his books, which left AB thoroughly impressed.

Kleinberg is survived by his mom, his stepdad, his sister and her children. He was 46.

Sonja Morgan is not taking no for an answer when it comes to selling her NYC townhouse ... because TMZ has learned she's just put it back on the market!

Real estate sources tell us the 'RHONY' star is listing her Upper East Side townhouse for $8.75 million. Sonja initially listed it way back in 2013 for $9.95 million amid her divorce from J.P. Morgan heir John A. Morgan.

The 4-bedroom home has seen a lot of changes since then because we're told Sonja has given it a complete makeover over the years.

She had an offer in 2017, but turned it down because her daughter needed stability at home amid the divorce -- she would frequently bring friends home from boarding school, so they still needed the space.

As we've reported, she listed the 5-story townhouse for the 7th time in 2017 for around $10 mil ... still, to no avail.

Someone's missing out ... all the bedrooms feature wood-burning fireplaces, and there's also an elevator, sauna, gym, and terrace -- all sitting in the ritzy Madison Ave and Central Park neighborhood.

In January 2020, Sonja had an $11.75 million cash offer, but the buyer ended up dropping out in February when the pandemic began. Then, for a period of time, she couldn't show the home because of COVID.

After the lockdown lifted in the city, she rented the home to a family from Spain, before renting it out to a new tenant, for 32k a month. We're told, the tenant recently moved out.

Now, Sonja is back at it ... determined to get the pad rented again, or sold for the asking price.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Sheree Whitfield has a new man in her life ... and he's a fellow reality TV star.

Sources in the know tell TMZ ... Sheree is dating Martell Holt from "Love & Marriage Huntsville" and they've been seeing each other for a little over two months.

As you see, Sheree and Martell are at that point ... taking cutsie selfies together. They're not yet Instagram official ... for what that's worth.

We got Sheree at Beauty Box MD in Sandy Springs, GA where she said she met Martell through mutual friends and already feels comfortable enough to introduce him to some of her pals and even a few family members.

Sheree says Martell's helping her build her clothing line, She by Sheree, which she's wearing in the clip and is planning to unveil on the 'RHOA' finale.

For "Shahs of Sunset" star Mike Shouhed, 13 is especially unlucky -- that's the number of criminal charges he's now facing following his domestic violence arrest.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the Los Angeles City Attorney hit Mike with a slew of misdemeanor charges, most notably domestic violence, battery and unlawfully attempting to dissuade a witness.

Mike's also facing a couple of weapons charges ... including criminal storage of a loaded firearm and possession of an assault weapon.

Remember, Mike was arrested back in March for allegedly getting physical with a woman during a fight. Cops did not identify the alleged victim, and it's unclear if Mike's fiancée, Paulina Ben-Cohen, was involved. The new charging docs do not name the alleged victim either.

TMZ broke the story ... Mike and Paulina went to Los Cabos for vacation only a few weeks after his arrest, with Mike showing lots of love to Paulina's kids during a day at the beach.

Mike and Paulina, who have been engaged since 2019, are still together.
