Doja Cat looks like she's the woman in J.Cyrus' life ... because they're down in Mexico together, making out on a yacht.

The "Woman" singer slipped into a super skimpy orange bikini Thursday in Los Cabos and packed on the PDA during a day on the water.

Doja showed off her curves and her pearly whites ... busting out a huge smile on the boat, where she stayed cool with an ice cold beverage ... which is super important on a hot Cabo day.

She soaked up the sun, and sucked face with J.Cyrus, who dabbles in comedy, music and acting.

When they weren't kissing or laying out on the yacht, Doja Cat and J.Cyrus were tooling around together on a jet ski ... he was at the controls, and she was holding on tight.

Bill Murray and Kelis are apparently Hollywood's newest couple ... at least according to a new report that says the two are dating.

The veteran actor and "Milkshake" singer recently started hitting it off -- according to the US Sun -- which reports they've been hanging out a lot together, both in the United States and across the pond.

While it may sound like an unlikely pairing at first glance, 72-year-old Bill recently took in a couple of 43-year-old Kelis' shows in London ... posing for a backstage photo together after at least one of the gigs.

Not only that, they were reportedly also seen at the same London hotel, and have been getting close since linking up stateside.

There is a common bond between them, though it's not exactly cheery ... Kelis' second husband died in March 2022 and Bill's estranged wife died in 2021, and that's one of the things they reportedly bonded over.

It doesn't sound like Bill and Kelis are putting labels on their situation ... the outlet cited a friend as saying, "Whatever it is that has brought them together, and however unlikely it seems, they are both single and are having fun despite the fairly big age gap."

Drake's "Search & Rescue" cover star Lilah may be more than just a friend to the megastar rapper gauging from the level of affection his public birthday message displayed!!!

Drake spread a little Gemini love Tuesday, referring to Lilah as his "inspo," "confidant" and "heart" ... not typical terms for someone you only consider a friend.

Earlier in the day, Drake and J Hus dropped a new dancehall ditty titled "Who Told You" where Drake gave her a shoutout ... Scheana Shay is shaming Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss for heating up their affair while they were in Mexico for her wedding ... claiming other guests picked up on the vibes.

Scheana says they knew all the details of Tom and Raquel's scandal ... but tells us it's still pretty "disgusting" how they hooked up behind Ariana Madix's back at her wedding.

Remember ... Raquel revealed she and Tom banged multiple times during Scheana's August wedding in Mexico, which flies in the face of Tom claiming it was just a "one-night stand."

City Girls are looking to make their third studio album the charm ... and they want the project's first single "I Need a Thug" to provide the spark.

On Thursday, Yung Miami and JT began their summer rollout with the song that samples LL Cool J's "I Need Love" and finds the Florida-based duo clamoring for "money, sex and drugs" ... probably because it rhymes with "thug!"

Miami is linked to Diddy IRL, and JT and Lil Uzi Vert have been going strong for years, but if the new record is to be believed, that may change soon!!!

In a new interview, the City Girls explained how they tried their hardest not to deliver anything "corny" but championed the new album as "elevated p***y rap." As for what exactly that term means -- JT says, "It's still p***y rap, like it'll be fun, but much more elevated."

DC Young Fly is breaking his silence on the death of his longtime partner, Jacky Oh!, calling her the greatest mother he's ever known ... and promising to tell their kids how amazing she was for the rest of their lives.

TMZ broke the story, Jacky died in Miami last week.

While her cause of death is currently unclear, online reports said she was in the city for some sort of "Mommy Makeover" cosmetic procedure.

The "Vanderpump Rules" reunion reached its climactic conclusion Wednesday night as Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss professed their love for one another -- doing so right in front of Tom’s jilted ex Ariana Madix.

The dramatic sequence went down halfway through the third and final part of the 'VPR' Season 10 reunion when Bravo host Andy Cohen asked Raquel why she didn't slam the brakes on her affair with Tom.

Raquel said it was "almost impossible" to turn away from their relationship, prompting Andy to explore if she was in love with Tom at the time. After a tense moment, Raquel nodded and said, "Yeah."

Predictably, Ariana lost it and did some name-calling, but Raquel stayed composed and went on to admit she was still in love with Tom.

Andy then turned to Tom and questioned whether he had the same feelings for Raquel. Tom took a deep breath and thought about it for what felt like an eternity ... then he finally blurted out, “I’m sorry. Yes.”

Of course, Ariana reacted with disgust, labeling Tom and Raquel "grody" and their expressions of love as "the most pathetic thing I've ever heard." Earlier, Ariana promised to never see or speak to Raquel again after the reunion and compared her to an evil "Dementor" creature from the 'Harry Potter' films.

The other 'VPR' cast members -- Lala Kent, James Kennedy, Tom Schwartz and Lisa Vanderpump -- chimed in from time to time, but it was mostly the Tom, Ariana and Raquel show.

Jay-Z is at least $7 million richer than he was one day ago, and the money means he can finally put a more than 7-year-long legal battle behind him.

TMZ Hip Hop has learned Paralux Fragrances sent $7,259,061.31 to Jay's team on Wednesday -- that's what the company owed him after losing the lawsuit it filed, way back in January 2016, claiming the mogul hadn't lived up to promotional obligations for the cologne Gold Jay-Z.

As we reported, a jury ruled in favor of Jay more than a year ago, but Parlux had filed an appeal ... which it lost last week. As a result, the company was on the hook for the court-ordered amount of $6.8 million plus interest.

Here's a little perspective on how long the Parlux battle dragged on -- when the lawsuit was filed, Jay-Z was worth about $610 million, according to Forbes. Seven years later, he's more than quadrupled that!!!

While the $7 mil would be like hitting the lotto for most of us, it's a drop in the bucket for someone as successful as Jay.

TMZ broke the story ... he and Beyonce just paid $200 million -- CASH, no less -- for their new Malibu mansion. It's the most expensive real estate deal in California history, and the 2nd biggest in U.S. history, and on top of that, they also have a $100 million Bel-Air home.

Ariana Madix coming face-to-face with Raquel Leviss is absolutely bonkers ... and the f-bomb-heavy rant over the affair with Tom Sandoval finally plays out on tonight's "Vanderpump Rules" reunion finale.

Round 3 of the 3-part reunion seems to pick up right where it left off ... you''ll recall, Tom got roasted by his castmates over his affair, and clearly they have a lot more to say to him and his partner in crime.

Expect both of them to play the role of piñatas for the rest of the show. Hopefully, Andy Cohen doesn't have too much trouble with the clean-up.

"Dubai Bling" stars Kris Fade and his wife Brianna's dream has come true -- she's pregnant with their first child ... something they feared wouldn't happen due to some serious health concerns.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... Brianna is pregnant, and she's close to the end of her first trimester.

The news is particularly special because Brianna recently opened up about being diagnosed with Graves' Disease, which caused her to have Hyperthyroidism. She also developed fibroids ... causing the couple to put off trying for a baby for a while.

However, Brianna recently explained on TikTok her thyroid levels and her vitamin deficiencies are leveled, and she's off all medication.

Just last month Kris, who hosts the no.1 radio show in Dubai, reflected on his 2019 engagement to Brianna ... saying they were hoping to start a family. It's unclear if he already knew she was pregnant at that time, and just didn't want to jinx it.

Kris has 2 daughters from a previous relationship -- and he and Brianna are hoping for a boy this time around.

Their lavish 2022 wedding was featured in the first season of "Dubai Bling." Fans will get the inside scoop on their pregnancy in the new season, which began filming earlier this year.

Shakira and Lewis Hamilton may be a thing after all -- 'cause she keeps going to his races, and hanging out after ... which is exactly what happened again this weekend.

The Colombian singer actually returned to her old stomping grounds for Sunday's F1 Spanish Grand Prix to see Lewis up close and in person -- and her guy didn't disappoint.

Lewis, driving for Mercedes, matched his best finish of the year as he came in 2nd.

After the race, he credited his team, saying he felt he'd driven the best car of the season -- but ya gotta wonder if he had a little extra incentive with Shakira there.

Anyway, he was all smiles at the podium ... which turned into a post-race hang with a bunch of his friends, including Shakira, who joined him and his crew for dinner and drinks.

She was even sitting right next to LH -- and if you look close ... you can see his arm wrapped around her.

Lewis has his other arm hanging over his buddy to his right ... so this could just be platonic. However, considering he and Shakira recently did this same thing after the F1 race in Miami,  this latest sighting is sure to raise some eyebrows among shippers.

The contact doesn't seem like anything on the verge of PDA, per se ... but it's right on the border between friendly and maybe more than friends. Eye of the beholder, we suppose.

In any case, Shakira certainly likes being in Lewis' company. Not only did they reportedly get cozy at the Miami Grand Prix last month -- but they ended up on the water together too ... which effectively thwarted any chances of Tom Cruise getting with Shakira.

No Taylor Swift, no problem for Matty Healy, who planted a kiss on a security guard right in the middle of his band's Denmark concert.

The 1975 were cranking out their song, "Robbers" at the NorthSide Festival when their frontman, Matty, locked eyes with the guy who was standing watch Friday night near the front of the stage -- and then, he gave the guard some lip action.

The security guard was definitely into it, and even came back for more. He didn't get to double dip -- sorry, guy ... Taylor's got a leg up on ya!

For the uninitiated, this is kinda Matty's thing -- he's been known to kiss random concertgoers when they perform "Robbers" live.

The shop hails itself as the biggest handmade factory shop of pottery and zellige, Morrocan tiles, in the country ... and we're told Jonathan and Meagan seemed to be negotiating a deal with staff, though it's unclear if they pulled the trigger.

Sammy Guevara just wrestled in the biggest match of his career, and the wrestling star says he was freakin' out before stepping inside the squared circle ... but it had virtually nothing to do with his big title fight.

Nope ... Sammy says he was scared to death to announce he and his wife, fellow AEW star Tay Melo, were expecting their first baby!!

If you missed it, Guevara and Melo made a grand entrance before his Double or Nothing championship match at the T-Mobile Arena in Vegas last Sunday ... using cue cards to announce their first bundle of joy was on the way.

Sammy and Tay joined us on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs weekdays on FS1) where Guevara revealed the couple wanted to announce the pregnancy to the fans in a creative way ... and came up with the idea of doing it before his historic match against Darby Allin, Jack Darby, and the champ, Maxwell Jacob Friedman in the main event.

"I was personally more excited for the entrance," Guevara said. "I feel like we were like opposite. She was more nervous for me for the match, and I was more nervous, excited for the entrance."

Guevara says he didn't know how fans would receive the news ... especially since the couple hasn't always been a crowd favorite, and admits he almost got caught up while in the ring thinking about the bombshell reveal.

"I had to snap out of it," Sammy said. "I almost started crying. It was just very surreal. Us four young guys, wrestling for the world title and then right before that, going out there and announcing we're having a baby."

"The crowd's coming back around on me," Sammy said. "We were not always the most loved people out there. For them to give us that big reaction. Everyone's happy, showing us the love. It was just like, overwhelming in a way where I was like, ok, we gotta get back into it."

Video captures an enraged husband's mission of vengeance ... storming the stage during a medical conference to slap the hell out of the doctor he alleges committed sexual assault on his wife.

The dramatic scene played out right in the middle of the annual American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), last month in Baltimore -- and the furious man confronted the physician while he was standing at a podium delivering a speech.

The man grabbed the doctor by his shirt and smacked him across the face, yelling, "You know what you did!" You touched my wife 7 years ago in New York. Don't be an ass****, bitch!"

And it didn't stop there. The guy slapped the doctor again, and screamed, "You're lucky this is America, because if this was Brazil, I'd kill you!!!"

He then headed for the exit with his wife, but continued to scream and point at the doctor, who did not appear to be injured, but was totally in shock.

Onlookers were also stunned, and one woman called for security as the husband charged back toward the doctor, shouting profanities.

Police did respond, and while the doctor didn't want to press charges, he requested the cops remove the husband from the premises. The doctor was not named, but he's reportedly a gynecologic oncologist at a New York hospital.
