Jonathan Majors is heading for trial in his assault case, and his new girlfriend Meagan Good is firmly in his corner as he faces the judge for the first time.

The actor made his first court appearance Tuesday, strolling into a Manhattan courtroom while holding hands with Meagan.

They both wore sunglasses as they ducked into court, and after his hearing was over they left together.

Jonathan heard it straight from the judge ... his trial date is now set for Aug. 3, and if he doesn't show up in person, a warrant could be issued for his arrest.

As we reported, NYPD arrested Jonathan back in March for misdemeanor assault, aggravated harassment, attempted assault, and harassment after allegedly slapping his ex-girlfriend in the back of a taxi.

For his part, Jonathan has maintained his innocence ... and as we first reported, his legal team submitted security footage they claim shows his ex going to a nightclub after the alleged attack with no visible signs of injury. She claims Jonathan broke her finger, and cut her behind her ear during the taxi altercation.

The allegation has cooled off Jonathan's hot Hollywood career and he's lost endorsements, but Meagan isn't bothered.

We broke the story ... they started dating in May, and have since been traveling the world together.

Canelo Alvarez's Italian vacation continues ... the boxing superstar and his wife ditched their clothes for a couple of tiny swimsuits, hopping aboard a luxury yacht for a day of fun in the sun near Portofino!

32-year-old Alvarez and his 26-year-old wife, Fernanda Gómez, are vacationing in Northern Italy ... and after some luxury retail therapy earlier in the week, the couple decided to take things to the water.

Canelo, wearing red trunks, and Fernanda, in a teeny bikini, were spotted jumping off the back of the yacht, before going for a dip.

Alvarez, who is arguably the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world, also worked on his diving.

When the couple, who married in May 2021, were done aboard the big boat, they threw on clothes (a Dolce & Gabbana shirt in Canelo's case) and grabbed a bite to eat outside a local cafe.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé were coolin' out in Cannes at a beachside restaurant ... a nice little lunch date while Bey tours Europe on her "Renaissance" Tour.

TMZ obtained video of Jay and Bey trying to stay under the radar while strolling along a pebble-strewn path as they headed toward a ship on the French Riviera Monday afternoon.

As you can see, Jay seems totally chill in his T-shirt, shorts and sunglasses. Bey, also in summer gear, appears to be in tourist mode with a camera slung over her shoulder. The two are surrounded by security telling fans to keep their distance.

We're told Jay and Bey had earlier arrived by boat to have lunch at La Guérite -- which is known for its seafood, salad and pasta dishes and boasts amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea from its island terrace.

Canelo Alvarez clearly wanted some R&R before returning to the ring in September, so the boxing superstar grabbed his beautiful wife and darted off for a romantic vacation in Portofino, where the smoke show couple were seen packing on the PDA! 🔥

32-year-old Canelo and 26-year-old wife Fernanda Gomez were photographed in Italy Sunday afternoon, Father's Day, enjoying the European holiday ... where they shopped in several luxury stores, including Dolce & Gabbana.

Alvarez and Gomez, who married in May 2021 (just a few days after Canelo broke Billy Joe Saunders' face in their fight), were seen kissing and holding hands in between the retail therapy.

Portofino, located in Genoa on the Italian Riviera, is a hot spot for some of the richest and most successful people from Europe and America.

The couple also posted a photo on social media of their view, seemingly before a meal ... and it's breathtaking!

Alvarez last fought on May 6, in his hometown, where he easily handled John Ryder, winning by unanimous decision.

Canelo now plans to fight again in September, but his opponent has not yet been announced. Alvarez has made it clear he wants to rematch Dmitry Bivol, the only man to beat him outside of Floyd Mayweather.

Sean McVay had an extra special Father's Day ... 'cause the L.A. Rams head coach and his wife, Veronika Khomyn, just announced he's going to be a daddy later this year -- and it's a boy!!

The couple shared the big news on Sunday ... showing off Veronika's growing baby bump and pictures of her sonogram.

The Super Bowl-winning coach will have his hands full this season ... as the new arrival is slated to come during the start of the 2023-24 campaign.

"Guess who’s becoming a dad this football season! 🥰,"  Veronika said on Instagram. "Baby boy McVay is coming this fall and we’re so excited to meet him and love on him."

"I can’t believe he’s been growing in my belly for 5 months already."

Sean and Veronika's adorable pup even got in on the photo shoot... wearing a bandana that read, "I thought I was the baby!"

The longtime couple first met in Washington, D.C. when McVay was working with the now-Commanders ... and they went public with their relationship in 2016.

They got hitched at a star-studded wedding in 2022.

If you've ever wanted to use the same bidet Jay-Z and Beyoncé perhaps did, look no further ... because unique items from one of their swanky former homes have made their way to eBay.

Eric from "Eric’s Architectural Salvage LA" tells TMZ … he has some sweet items up on the site, all from a pad they rented -- in addition to the bidet, which has an asking price of $2,400, Eric's selling some sconces, exterior lights, and a huge, arched metal door frame.

There are also some beautiful French doors, which could actually be spotted inside the home before the whole place was redone.

As we reported, the Carters signed a one-year lease for a Holmby Hills mansion back in 2015, and the owner sold the place after they moved out.

Eric says the new owners of the spot wanted to do a complete renovation, resulting in the scrapped items making their way to Eric in 2017.

He says his company purchases all types of items that demolition companies and developers are looking to ditch.

So if you're crazy in love with these pieces -- ya better go grab 'em!

Jennifer Lopez is kinda flexing on everyone by making sure we all know she's got a serious hunk o' man in Ben Affleck ... by posting a thirst trap to honor his daddy status.

BA was front and center on J Lo's Instagram Sunday as she dropped a sweet Father's Day tribute gallery. Her first slide is a bathroom mirror pic of Ben shirtless ... which shows that he's in great shape, and maybe even pantless.

There's another couple of photos with more clothing ... shots of the 2 of them snuggling together.

Her caption reads, "Daddy Appreciation Post Happy Father’s Day Papa." She adds, "And Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing Papas out there!! We love you and appreciate you more than you will ever know."

Ben and Jen don't share any children together, but he's got kids of his own -- and ditto for her, obviously. They've done well at blending their families, as the brood always seems to be hanging out together in just about every setting. Makes sense, they are married now.

Dee Devlin is making it clear she's standing by Conor McGregor despite recent rape allegations ... jetting out to NYC this past weekend to spend a loving Father's Day with the UFC star.

McGregor shared photos of the couple's holiday celebration on his Instagram page Sunday evening ... and in the pics, you can see Devlin looked as in love with the 34-year-old as ever -- even though he was just accused of sexually assaulting a woman a week prior.

Wearing her engagement ring, Devlin was seen in the pics embracing McGregor ... and at one point, rubbing one of his feet. The two were also seen smiling ear-to-ear as they were surrounded by their three children.

"The Best Fathers Day yet!" McGregor wrote in a caption on the pics. "Happy Fathers Day, gents. God bless."

Devlin, who's yet to publicly comment on the accusations, has been dating McGregor for over a decade ... getting engaged to the fighting star back in 2020. McGregor just revealed last week they're expecting to have their fourth child later this year.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... McGregor was accused of kissing a woman without her consent, forcing her to perform oral sex, and then attempting to sodomize her during a violent attack inside of a restroom following Game 4 of the NBA Finals back on June 9 at the Kaseya Center in Miami.

But, Conor, through his attorney, has vehemently denied all of the allegations ... calling the woman's claims "a shakedown" attempt.

Kourtney Kardashian broke her big baby news this weekend -- and it seems this was a well-kept secret ... 'cause her baby bump is actually pretty big, which she just revealed online.

The eldest Kardashian sister posted new photos of her belly Sunday -- this after letting the world (and her husband) know that she was newly expecting in awesome fashion. As it turns out, it appears she's quite far along ... meaning she's been sitting on this for a minute.

We're not gonna play doctor and pretend we know where she's at in the pregnancy -- but at first glance, it would seem she's well into the first trimester ... and then some, perhaps.

As for the pics themselves ... they're absolutely adorable. You see Kourt and Trav hugging up on each other -- smooching, hugging, and even a little drumming (kidding, of course) with TB playfully using his sticks on her stomach. The dude even goes in to kiss the baby-to-be.

It's interesting ... we know for a fact Travis was completely stunned to learn that Kourtney was pregnant -- based on his reaction to the announcement, which went down live during a Blink-182 concert. As we all know ... KK blasted the news out via old-school signage.

However, considering how preggo she looks here ... you gotta wonder, how the heck did the dude not pick up on it any sooner??? He's living/sleeping with her -- and yet, she appears to have been able to keep this one under wraps until it was time to let everyone know.

Obviously, her sisters were probably in the know about her bun in the oven -- and considering how much she's showing ... maybe even Shanna Moakler was privy to it too ... as she claims she has been for weeks. If that's the case -- well done keeping it on the DL.

As you know ... this would be Kourtney's fourth child -- she has three others with her ex, Scott Disick -- and it marks Travis' third. They've hinted at wanting kids of their own since getting hitched ... following a whirlwind romance that ultimately became a fairy tale.

Meghan Markle may be on the outs with Spotify, but she's supposedly about to be in with Dior -- that is, if you buy what a British columnist has to say about it.

Caroline Graham of the Daily Mail reported this weekend that the Duchess of Sussex might just be on the verge of signing a massive deal with the famed French couture house ... at least that's the buzz around Hollywood, as she cites her sources as saying in her piece.

Here's how one of the sources puts it ... "There have been rumors for weeks that she's about to sign a deal with Dior which has put the gossip mill into overdrive. If she pulls that off, then no one will remember that her silly little podcast got canceled after one season."

Not just that, but per the report ... MM's management team at WME has apparently been working overtime toward a major rebrand for their Royal client, with one source saying the Spotify news was a surprise to some ... but small potatoes to them based on what's coming.

As far as what sort of partnership this might be ... DM says sources are claiming Dior wants Meghan to be the "face" of the company -- similar to Charlize Theron and Jennifer Lawrence.

Of course, another recognizable face of Dior is none other than Johnny Depp -- but he's heading up the men's fragrance department ... so kinda at arm's length from anything Meg would presumably be involved in. No word on a dollar amount for this would-be signing ... but just for reference, JLaw's Dior deal is said to be around $15M, and JD's was $20M.

Considering how big a name Meghan is ... ya gotta figure hers would be well north of that.

While this news is unconfirmed, it is certainly interesting. The reason being ... Meg actually low-key wears Dior all the freakin' time -- or at the very least, a lot of the time. She's been pictured in Dior outfits several different times over the years ... as has Prince Harry.

The dude was actually rockin' Dior at King Charles' coronation last month -- so perhaps they've been telegraphing something this whole time. The brand makes sense for them.

Now, as far as podcast stuff ... DM also reports other platforms are blowing up Meg's people for a bite at the apple. And, of course, they still have their Netflix deal intact -- although, there've been rumblings that the streaming giant ain't quite happy with that either.

In any case, it sounds like Meg and Harry are far from strapped. They've cleaned up well since leaving the Royal family -- and while some deals are falling through, other doors seem to be opening at the exact same time. We'll see if this Dior thing comes to pass.

Rebel Wilson is NOT planning a blowout wedding at Disneyland, despite a report to the contrary ... she says she's getting married somewhere else, and it's not related to an old Mouse House ban.

The actress, who attended the launch party for her new dating app, Fluid, on Thursday, tells TMZ ... she and her fianceé Ramona Agruma's decision to forgo a Disney fairy tale on their big day has nothing to do with the fact Rebel was once banned from Disneyland for 30 days.

It's pretty obvious Rebel holds no grudge ... she popped the question to Ramona while at the Happiest Place on Earth for Valentine's Day -- but she tells us she was never planning to exchange their nuptials there, despite a recent report she's planning a "no-expenses-spared wedding" at Walt Disney's OG park.

Instead, Rebel tells us she and Ramona will say "I do" somewhere else -- they don't know exactly where yet, but it won't be Disneyland.

Rebel, who hosted the party with her best friend, Emmy-winning TV presenter Carly Steel, says their engagement was epic and special, and she's thankful park officials roped off a section on a busy day ... so she could propose in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle.

As for that old ban -- if you're unaware, Rebel revealed earlier this year that she once snapped a selfie while inside one of the park's secret bathrooms -- a big no-no -- and was shut out for 30 days.

She says it was a few years back, and Disneyland honchos actually asked her when she wanted to serve the 30 days, and she picked a month when she was busy filming.

3:29 PM PST -- TMZ has obtained more footage that shows the moments before Kourtney started flashing her "I'm Pregnant" sign ... and yet a new angle of their passionate kiss.

Check out this video we got our hands on ... it's a new angle that shows what was going on ahead of the big reveal, and it looks like Kourt had a gang of support on hand ready for her to throw up the sign. Once she did, the Blink-182 guys saw it almost immediately ... and flagged Travis onstage. BTW, some of her sisters (and their kids) were there too ... a whole family affair, it seems.

Once Trav reached Kourtney in the front row, they started kissing ... or making out, rather. The angle we saw earlier didn't quite show what we have here -- a straight up lovefest.

Yeah, he's stoked to be a daddy again. Good stuff, indeed.

1:06 PM PST -- Travis Barker was truly stunned when he learned that his wife, Kourtney Kardashian, was expecting a child ... which you can now see in full view in new video obtained by TMZ.

Check out this footage that shows the moment TB got the announcement communicated to him onstage. He seems to be genuinely confused at first, not really realizing the news is for him -- but once it all clicks, you can see his reaction ... shocked and overjoyed.

Just like other videos show, he hops down to embrace KK ... and they smooch. Sounds like the whole thing was just as much as a surprise for him as it was for everyone else.

Kourtney Kardashian brought down the house at the Blink-182 concert Friday night with some earth-shattering news ... she's pregnant!!

The reality star was standing in a packed crowd watching her hubby Travis Barker and his bandmates perform Friday night at BMO Stadium in L.A. when she raised a large sign bearing an even larger message ... "Travis, I'm Pregnant."

Video of the super happy moment went viral ... showing Kourt smiling and jumping up and down with joy while holding the sign over her head.

After seeing the message, Travis stopped slapping the drums and jumped off stage to plant a big kiss on Kourt, celebrating their first child together.

Of course, everyone in the stadium -- fans and Trav's bandmates -- were cheering for the lovebirds. Kourt's sign, BTW, recreates a scene from Blink's "All the Small Things" music video.

And, no, it wasn't just for show ... Kourt later confirmed the pregnancy on her Instagram story.

As we reported, Kourt and Trav got hitched at a Santa Barbara courthouse in May 2022 after their decade-long friendship blossomed into a romance. A week later, they threw a more lavish wedding at the Dolce & Gabbana mansion in Portofino, Italy.

Around this time, Kourt started documenting her struggles with In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) -- a technique used to help people with fertility problems have babies.

Kourt even talked about it on her family's Hulu show, "The Kardashians," revealing her experience with IVF wasn't great and calling it "awful" at one point. Worse, Kourt said her prescribed medication for her IVF treatments caused her to go into menopause and, as a result, she fell into a depression and gained some weight.

She then put a pause on IVF altogether while freezing her eggs in the hopes of having her fourth child. While we don't know for sure, it's probably a good guess Kourt's egg freezing did the trick this time around. No word yet on No. 4's gender or name, but that should be forthcoming.

Kourtney shares three children with her ex Scott Disick: Mason Disick, 13, Penelope Disick, 10, and Reign Disick, 8. Travis, on the other hand, has 2 kids with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler: Landon Barker, 19, Alabama Barker, 17, plus his stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24.

Now the couple can add one more kiddo to their enormous blended family list. Congrats you two!!

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are calling it quits on their nearly two-decade marriage.

Dean announced their breakup Friday night on social media, saying ... "It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own."

The Canadian actor added ... "We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time."

It doesn't appear either party has filed anything in court yet.

So far, Tori has been mum about the split ... but, to Dean's point about co-parenting, the now estranged couple was photographed celebrating their daughter Stella Doreen's 15th birthday earlier this week at the Beverly Hilton.

They also share 4 other kids ... Hattie Margaret, 11; and sons Liam Aaron, 16, Finn Davey, 10, and Beau Dean, 6,

As you might recall, the "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum tied the knot with Dean back in 2006, and they renewed their vows 4 years later ... but their relationship has been rocky throughout.

In fact, Dean admitted to cheating on Tori, explaining that he was "out of control" and "sex was an escape." The couple even talked openly about Dean's infidelity on their own reality show, "True Tori."

Pete Davidson has officially been charged with reckless driving after smashing his car into a Beverly Hills home earlier this year.

The 'SNL' alum was charged with one count of reckless driving Friday by the L.A. County District Attorney's Office, about 3 months after the crash.

TMZ broke the story, law enforcement sources told us Pete and his gf Chase Sui Wonders were involved in the crash March 4 around 11 PM. Pete was behind the wheel of a Mercedes, and allegedly driving fast through a residential street when he lost control and smacked into the home.

It's unclear how Pete lost control, but sources familiar said he hopped the curb and took out a fire hydrant before hitting the side of the house ... thankfully, no one was hurt.

At the time, cops didn't believe drugs or alcohol played a factor in the crash. Pete was not arrested, either.

We spoke to the homeowner of the property Pete hit who told us his 16-year-old daughter was "a bit" traumatized after the close call. He did mention he's got no beef with Pete, though -- and had no intention to slap a lawsuit on the comedian.

A spokesperson for the DA's office tells us, "Luckily, no one was seriously injured as a result of this collision. We know that reckless driving can have devastating consequences. In 2022, traffic fatalities in Los Angeles have reached the highest levels seen in 20 years. This is an alarming trend that we cannot ignore. As a result, it's crucial that we take all allegations of reckless driving seriously and hold those responsible accountable."

As for possible punishment -- reckless can carry a sentence of up to 90 days in jail, a $1,000 fine and a knock on your driver's license.

A surprise guest on Jordan Rodgers and JoJo Fletcher's Instagram Live session turned out to be a real d*** ... 'cause a complete rando decided to crash the party in his birthday suit.

The wild moment went down as the married "Bachelorette" couple was interacting with their fans on social media this week ... when they accidentally allowed the wrong person into the stream.

It's unclear who was supposed to join the interaction, but it's safe to say they were not expecting to come face-to-face with a dude's family jewels.

The former football player and Aaron's younger bro shared screenshots of the NSFW interaction ... showing the man move from his bathtub to the floor as they watched in horror.

Fans who were watching it happen live flooded the comments with their own shock ... with many freaking out over the whole thing.

"When you click on the wrong person to join your IG live…😳😂," Rodgers said in a follow-up post. "WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!?!? 😂😂😂"

As it turns out, the naked guy might be a repeat offender ... as blogger Keli Rabon claimed she had the same thing happen to her.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are calling it quits on their deal with Spotify to produce their "Archetypes" podcast after one season.

In a joint statement ... the Duke and Duchess of Sussex (citing their production company, Archewell Audio) and Spotify -- a music/podcast digital service -- said they have "mutually agreed to part ways and are proud of the series we made together."

The New York Post reported Meghan/Harry failed to generate enough content for Spotify to payout their $20 million contract in full.

But WME, the talent agency that reps Meghan, told the Wall Street Journal ... the Duchess is continuing to crank out more podcasts for her "Archetypes" fans on a different platform. No word though on where and when we can listen to the new episodes.
