Tragic news ... Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's Alaskan Klee Kai, Waldo, was struck and killed by a car in New York City ... TMZ has learned.

We're told it happened Wednesday on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Their dog walker had Waldo on a leash when the dog got spooked by a pedestrian, broke free, ran into the street and was struck by a vehicle. A rep for Joe called it "a freak accident."

We're told Joe and Sophie went to police Friday to report the incident. We're also told they informed police they delayed filing the report because they were so torn up they had to go to a therapist after the incident.

Joe and Sophie got Waldo in April 2018.

Joe and Sophie have another dog from the same litter -- Porky. Joe was seen walking with Porky Thursday ... a day after the tragedy.

Kylie Jenner has unfollowed Jordyn Woods on Instagram just one day after a video surfaced of Woods dancing with Khloe Kardashian's ex, James Harden.

Jenner, who has 141 million followers of her own, yet only follows 125 people pulled the plug on her Insta-relationship with Woods Friday. Woods has 10.3 million followers ... she still follows Kylie and the Kylie Cosmetics account.

TMZ broke the story ... Woods was seen inside a Houston bar smoking hookah and dancing with James Harden Wednesday night. Sources close to Woods told us it was a friendly encounter ... and the two just ran into each other by chance through mutual friends.

However, sources on the other side tell us Jordyn and James have been hanging out regularly for months.

We're told Kylie has become tired of Jordyn allegedly lying about the Tristan situation and now trying to spin the James situation ... Woods allegedly lied to Kylie when she and James first got together, telling Kylie that Khloe was totally cool with it. Our sources say Khloe had no idea James and Jordyn were hanging out ... but would have been cool with it had she known.

Jordyn was caught kissing Khloe's other ex and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson at a house party in Los Angeles in February. Jordyn later went on Jada Pinkett-Smith's Red Table Talk and told her side of the story -- a side witnesses tell us was totally downplayed -- and that destroyed her relationship with the Kardashians.

It was back in June when Kylie unfollowed Jordyn's mom and sister ... Jordyn's IG account was the last thing linking her to the famous family.

Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford's son, Presley Gerber, just cut a deal in his DUI case ... TMZ has learned.

Presley pled no contest Friday to one misdemeanor count of driving with a .08% blood alcohol content and was sentenced to 3 years probation. He's also been ordered to complete a DUI program, as well as 2 days community service.

We broke the story ... cops busted Presley for DUI on New Year's Day, after police pulled him over in the wee hours of the morning for speeding though Bev Hills in his Tesla. Cops say he reeked of booze, and they arrested him after he bombed a field sobriety test.

Presley -- who has become a force in the modeling world -- was eventually hit with misdemeanor DUI charges ... but now it looks like he's wrapped it all up.

It appears any hope Azriel Clary's family had about their daughter coming back to them have been dashed ... because TMZ's learned Azriel's planning to fly to NYC for moral support in R. Kelly's sexual exploitation case.

Kelly's attorneys, Douglas Anton and Steve Greenberg, tell TMZ ... Azriel is expected to be joined by Joycelyn Savage, both of whom plan to attend Kelly's arraignment next Friday. Azriel and Joycelyn want to make it clear ... this is a united front to support Kelly.

Anton tells us the women are going into "protective mode" because they view Kelly as a loved one in crisis. Anton says Azriel and Joycelyn -- who have supported Kelly at previous court appearances -- plan to arrive Thursday and stay in Brooklyn where Kelly will be held by U.S. Marshals.

As you know ... feds in New York slapped Kelly with a 5-count indictment ... which includes racketeering and kidnapping. He's also fighting a 13-count indictment in Illinois federal court.

BTW ... we're told the women want to visit Kelly, although it's unclear if that's even possible.

Azriel's family had a ray of hope Kelly was losing his grip over her. The family saw Azriel becoming more active on social media, which to them was a sign she was breaking free. Not so, it appears.

The adorable kid who played Jonah, Tom Hanks' son, in "Sleepless in Seattle" is getting divorced ... TMZ has learned.

Ross Malinger's wife, Kelsey, filed Friday to end their marriage. She filed without the help of a lawyer.

The couple has no children.

Ross was 8 years old when he played Jonah the matchmaker between Tom's character, Sam, and Meg Ryan's character, Annie. As you know, Jonah flew across country and ended up at the Empire State Building, where Sam and Annie finally met and fell madly in love.

He was nominated in 1994 for an MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Performance for his role in 'Sleepless.'

Ross, who is now 35, followed up by doing voice overs for the Disney show "Recess." He was also featured in the CBS sitcom "The Simple Life." There are no acting credits that we see since 2006.

Chloe Grace Moretz is now fully protected -- at least legally -- from a man who keeps getting busted by cops for hopping her fence.

Chloe and fam just scored a permanent restraining order, which is supposed to keep the guy away from them for 3 years. The restraining order protects Chloe, her 2 brothers, her sister and her mom. The guy can have no contact -- direct or indirect -- with any of them.

The restraining order replaces the temporary restraining order a judge issued at the beginning of the month.

The guy was arrested outside the actress' Los Angeles home TWICE ... after the guy climbed over their private gate and started banging on windows and doors, trying to gain access to the residence. He got arrested, showed up the very next day, and got busted again.

Aaron Hernandez's estate has struck a settlement with the families of the two men he was accused of killing in a 2012 drive-by shooting, lawyers for both sides confirm.

The former New England Patriots tight end had been charged with murdering 29-year-old Daniel de Abreu and 28-year-old Safiro Furtado outside of a Boston lounge ... but Hernandez was found not guilty at trial.

Prosecutors had argued Hernandez flew into a violent rage after someone accidentally bumped into him inside the bar, spilling his drink in the process.

Hernandez was painted as a homicidal maniac who waited outside the bar for hours for the men to leave and then followed their car down the street ... eventually opening fire and killing them.

But, Aaron's attorneys claimed it was actually the NFL star's friend who killed the 2 men over a drug deal gone wrong.

Days after the acquittal in 2017, Hernandez killed himself inside his prison cell where he was serving a life sentence for the murder of Odin Lloyd.

The families of the 2 victims had filed the wrongful death lawsuit against Hernandez while he was still alive -- and the case has been dragging on for years.

While details of the settlement have not been disclosed ... a lawyer for de Abreu’s widow, sent a statement to Boston.com saying it "honors the legacy and memory of Daniel de Abreu, my client’s former husband."

Mayor Pete Buttigieg is undeniably mentally agile, but he really had to think about this one ... who's worse -- Donald Trump or Mike Pence?

The South Bend Mayor appeared Friday on "TMZ Live," and we posed the question in the wake of renewed cries by some Dems to impeach Trump. Obviously, if he were to be impeached and then convicted by the Senate, Pence would become Prez.

For Buttigieg, the choice is distasteful, but he VERY reluctantly seems to pick the one he thinks is the lesser of 2 evils ... or maybe it's more accurate to say he doesn't choose the greater evil.

Quentin Tarantino may have just gotten an idea for a sequel.

Somebody went and messed around with a "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" billboard in Los Angeles Friday -- on the day of the movie's release -- by replacing Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio's face with accused pedophiles Jeffrey Epstein and Roman Polanski.

The vandal retitled the flick -- "Once Upon a Time in Pedowood."

Epstein -- a registered sex offender -- is currently locked up in a Manhattan federal jail for sex trafficking for allegedly exploiting a multitude of underage girls in the early 2000s.

Polanski -- who directed films like "Chinatown" and "The Pianist" -- remains a fugitive from justice in Europe for raping a 13-year-old girl 40 years ago in the U.S.

We're no film critics, but the duo would likely not make for good box office draw.

The actual Tarantino movie stars Leo, Brad and Margot Robbie as Sharon Tate.

TMZ has the police video from 'Bachelorette' contestant Tyler Cameron's Florida car crash ... and dude's putting the "body" in body cam footage!!!

It all went down back in May, when 26-year-old Tyler rear-ended a 2014 Ford Pickup while driving his giant 2005 Excursion in Jupiter, Florida.

The crash caused a chain reaction with the Ford smashing into a 3rd car, which was being driven by a pregnant woman.

Cops responded to the scene ... and, as you can see in the footage, they were greeted by a bloodied and beautiful Tyler C. who was walking around the area with his shirt wide open.

Unclear why Tyler decided to pop his top ... but we're not complaining.

Don't worry, nobody was seriously injured -- including the pregnant woman. Tyler did have a small cut on his forehead, but he'll be fine. In fact, the scar might even up the sex appeal!!!

Tyler's mother also raced to the scene to check on her son. You can see her consoling the reality star as his sweaty, chiseled abs glisten in the sun.

As for the crash, Tyler says traffic stopped unexpectedly and even though he slammed on his brakes, his car is so big he couldn't keep the Excursion from hitting the car in front of him.

Tyler was cited for careless driving. He's due in court next month.

BTW ... Tyler is one of the 3 finalists on "The Bachelorette" and will make his final pitch to Hannah Brown on the 2-part finale, which airs next week.

He's definitely become a fan favorite on the show -- and he's become so popular, Gigi Hadid decided to follow him on Instagram.

NBA star Andre Drummond is having a better summer than you ... and if you don't believe us just check out a clip from his new rap video, which features the life you want to live, complete with the beach and a ton of babes.

If you didn't know, the Detroit Pistons center is also a rapper ... and dropped a track called "Listen" earlier this year that made news because well ... it wasn't wack.

Jordyn Woods and James Harden aren't anything more than 2 people with mutual friends who happened to run into each other at a bar ... at least that's what we're told.

Sources close to Jordyn tell TMZ ... the 2 didn't make plans to party together in Houston Wednesday night -- it just happened to work out that way. We're told despite video showing her dancing right in front of him ... there's nothing brewing.

Our Jordyn sources say she'd been working on a project in New Orleans and made a quick trip to Texas to go out with some friends. She ended up in a VIP booth at Belle Station, coincidentally next to the NBA star and his crew ... who we're told are friends with some of her gal pals.

Jordyn didn't arrive or leave with Harden, and hardly spent any time with him, according to our sources ... and all the hookah smoking and dancing was just her having a good time.

Other sources, however, have told us Woods has been hanging out with Harden for months ... even before she kissed Tristan Thompson, ruining her friendship with Kylie Jenner. We're told Jordyn told friends Khloe was totally cool with her hanging with Harden, but Khloe had no idea.

Of course, the sight of Woods hanging with another one of Khloe Kardashian's ex-boyfriends following the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal raised eyebrows.

Fabolous is going off on our report that he and his longtime girlfriend, Emily B, have broken up ... but our sources say he's just in denial.

The rapper claims he and Emily have not split, and insists they're a "couple working on our relationship." He adds that the mystery woman he was seen with at a Mexican restaurant last week was not a date ... rather a lunch meeting with a teacher.

Fabolous says he loves Emily B and our story is baseless. He's also threatening legal action for defamation.

Here's the thing -- sources close to Emily tell us the 2 haven't been together for nearly a year ... and it was her decision to call it off. Despite Fab's claims they're still trying to work it out -- we're told, for now, Emily says it's over -- and Fab is trying to save his family.

Emily's recent post on her Instagram Story seems to bear this out. She says this year's all about prioritizing mental health over relationships. According to the post, Em's mindset is ... "I'll lose anyone and anything before I lost my mind."

As you know ... they had major issues, especially after video surfaced of Fabolous' physical altercation with Emily in March 2018. He was indicted for domestic violence in October, but struck a plea deal early this year to avoid jail time.

Mamba's multimedia company, Granity Studios, is putting out 2 works in the next 12 months, the first centered around a young female tennis prodigy who has to save a magical kingdom.

Both stories were created by Kobe himself, with the first, "Legacy and the Queen," to be written by ex-squash player Annie Matthew, and set to be released in September.

The second book "Epoca: The Tree of Ecof" comes out two months after that -- and it's about two kids from opposite sides of the tracks that form an unbreakable bond.

Here's the thing ... we know how deep Kobe is into the movies, and we also know how successful young adult books converted into movies are ('Hunger Games,' "Maze Runner" etc.) so who knows how big this could be for Mamba?!

Pete Buttigieg is happy Donald Trump is trying to free A$AP Rocky from a Swedish jail, but he couldn't be clearer -- that doesn't cancel out the damage the Prez has done to the African-American community.

Mayor Pete stopped by TMZ for an appearance on Friday's "TMZ Live" ... and he bore in on Trump, saying he's done enormous damage to African-Americans, but you still take what you get when you get it.

This little piggy ... is putting Lionel Messi in the middle of a huge controversy involving Dolce & Gabbana and the country of China!!!!

The soccer superstar was rocking a $500 Dolce & Gabbana t-shirt Friday as he touched down in Barcelona for some vacation time with his family ... but he might not know that his shirt has some Chinese people very upset.

Long story short ... Dolce got in major hot water in China in Nov. 2018 for an ad campaign featuring a Chinese model bungling an attempt to eat Italian food with chopsticks.

The campaign was almost immediately deemed offensive by the masses in China and Dolce pulled it from Chinese social media in 24 hours. People were pissed and Dolce & Gabbana issued a video apology.

There's more ... Stefano Gabbana appeared to trash China in social media posts -- using the poop emoji to describe the country. He later claimed his account was hacked. But, most people weren't buying the excuse.

Fast forward to Feb. 2019 ... when Dolce & Gabbana releases new shirts celebrating the "Year of the Pig" in Chinese culture.

After the previous controversy, there was renewed outrage from Chinese consumers over the pig shirts ... with some people feeling the designs were offensive. One site explained Chinese consumers felt the designs depicted Chinese people as "pigs with money." Multiple fashion outlets (see here and here) covered the situation.
