Julio Jones ditched the Falcons during his squad's bye this weekend ... flying all the way out to the Bahamas to bro down with Roddy White for the ex-ATL star's birthday -- and it looked awesome!!!

The party went down at SLS Baha Mar in Nassau ... with White throwing a cool little get-together at the resort's swanky pool for his 38th.

There was bottle service, signs that spelled out "Roddy" ... and plenty of R&R for Julio before he had to get back to an Atlanta team with no hopes of the playoffs this season.

It's pretty cool that the two NFL studs are still good friends ... Jones and Roddy played together from 2011 to 2015 -- but shared a bond much bigger than just football.

Roddy was instrumental in helping Julio during his first few years in the league ... while 30-year-old Julio was later there for White to help him after he tragically lost his brother in 2014.

"Every day, he called me and checked up on me," White said of Julio at the time to NFL.com. "Asked me how I was doing, came down for the funeral, showed up at the house. You know, that was really, really special to me. I needed him to get through that."

British actor Simon Kunz is best known for his role as the butler, Martin -- who is really just another member of the family -- in the 1998 remake of "The Parent Trap."

Kunz was seeing double when he acted alongside Lindsay Lohan -- who played both roles of the twins, Hallie and Annie -- and is remembered in this classic romantic comedy for his intricately choreographed handshake with her. After getting wrapped up in the scheme himself, he ends up falling in love with Dennis Quaid's housekeeper.

RZA is stoked to see the guys from Rage Against the Machine rocking again -- but he wants to see another reunion that involves them and his Wu-Tang Clan.

We got the Wu leader at LAX and asked how he felt about Tom Morello and Zack de la Rocha putting their band back together to hit the road and play Coachella. RZA says it's the perfect time for their return, 'cause there's plenty to rage about these days.

He also brought up some unfinished biz with Rage that he wants to address -- wrapping up the tour their groups weren't able to complete 20 years ago!!!

Yes, believe it or not ... the Wu-Tang Clan actually got its touring feet wet with a co-headlining national tour with Rage Against the Machine back in 1997 ... but it was cut short after RZA and the fellas pulled out due to internal conflict among its members.

Welp ... RZA says he wants to run it back and finish out what they couldn't all those years ago. In fact, he's already got a point of contact on how to pull it off.

Alec Baldwin says he never punched a man during a heated parking space dispute -- despite what the guy claimed -- so now Alec's suing the guy for defamation.

According to the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- the "SNL" star claims Wojciech Cieszkowski repeatedly lied about what went down during the 2018 spat.

Baldwin says, "When two New Yorkers get into an argument over a parking space, typically what happens is they exchange a few sharp words and then move on with their lives. But that is not what happened here. Cieszkowski has instead made up a false story about the encounter and refused to move on unless Baldwin succumbs to his extortionate demands."

As we reported ... Baldwin says the whole thing started when Cieszkowski pulled into a parking spot and came way too close to his wife and child waiting on the curb.

Baldwin does fess up to "lightly" pushing Cieszkowski during the dispute but says his opponent then lied to cops, claiming he was badly assaulted. Baldwin points to hospital records and video surveillance footage to back up his side of things. The video seems to back up his story.

Kate Beckinsale is a single woman again, TMZ has learned, because her divorce is now final.

The family law judge just made it official. Kate is no longer married to Len Wiseman, whom she married in 2004.

The relationship hit the rocks in 2015, when Len was spotted out with model CJ Franco.

The couple had no kids together, so all that was left after the marriage disintegrated was dividing property. Our sources say there was no prenup. Kate had asked in her divorce docs, filed by disso queen Laura Wasser, to keep her jewelry and personal effects. She also wanted to keep her earnings after the date of separation.

In the divorce docs, both Kate and Len waived any right to spousal support.

Kellen Winslow Jr. has pled guilty to raping an unconscious 17-year-old girl back during a 2003 incident and now faces up to 18 years in prison.

The ex-NFL star cut a plea deal with prosecutors in his serial rape case involving 5 different accusers -- several of them older transients.

Back in June, Winslow was convicted on 4 criminal charges ... but the jury was deadlocked on 8 remaining charges.

Winslow was due back in a San Diego court Monday for a retrial on the 8 remaining counts but cut a plea deal minutes ago in which he pled guilty to 2 counts -- sexual battery and rape of unconscious person.

In exchange for his plea, the remaining 6 charges were dropped -- which is a big deal for Kellen because he was facing a LIFE sentence if convicted on those 6 counts.

Instead, he's only facing between 12 and 18 years in prison. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for February 19.

As for Monday's 2 guilty pleas -- the sexual battery involves Jane Doe #1, a 54-year-old woman who claims Winslow raped her in his Jeep in 2018.

The other count, rape of an unconscious person, involved Jane Doe #4 who claimed Winslow raped her at a party in 2003 when she was 17 and he was 19.

Winslow had previously denied ALL allegations and vowed to prove his innocence.

During Monday's hearing, Winslow Jr. begged the judge to give him the minimum sentence -- 12 years -- so he could see his family.

Kellen's father, NFL Hall of Famer Kellen Winslow Sr., was also in the courtroom and got very emotional during the hearing ... at one point telling the prosecutor, "Do NOT look over here."

The troubled son of former 'RHOC' star Lauri Peterson is recovering after getting slashed in his face during an insane jailhouse ambush ... and TMZ has video of the whole incident.

The brutal attack went down at the Orange County jail in Santa Ana when Josh Waring was on his way back to his cell. He never got there because another inmate jumped out wielding razors wrapped in towels.

This surveillance video of the October 9 showdown shows the attacker sneak into position -- hiding under a staircase -- and then Josh, in pajamas and sandals, is suddenly fighting for his life. Fists start flying and Josh defends himself well for a while -- getting in a few head shots -- but he eventually suffered deep gashes to his chest and face.

The brawl -- which moved off-camera, but was still visible in a mirror -- lasted nearly 90 seconds and only stopped when guards rushed in ... commanding both men to get down on the ground.

Josh's attorney, Joel Garson, tells TMZ ... his client was returning to his cell in the protective custody unit of the jail after making a phone call. He says the normal protocol is for all other inmates to be locked in their cells while another inmate is using the phone.

Garson says guards are supposed to confirm over the intercom that the other inmates are locked away. There's no audio on the surveillance video, so Josh's attorney says he can't tell if that protocol was followed -- but he says he wouldn't be surprised if the attacker was allowed to be out of his cell.

Garson is claiming it could be retaliation against Josh for filing a federal lawsuit against Orange County and its Sheriff's Department for violating his civil rights while he's been behind bars.

Another video shows Josh receiving medical treatment after the attack. He's surrounded by deputies as he describes his injuries. He was concerned the razors used against him weren't sterile, and he could've contracted an STD.

We're told he got 20 stitches to his chest and face, which was slashed from his left eye down to his chin.

The Orange County Sheriff's Department tells us it's opened a criminal investigation into the attack.

Josh has been locked up since 2016 while he awaits trial for attempted murder. He's accused of shooting a man at a sober living home where he was living.

He could get life in prison if convicted.

Garson tells us, based on this video, they are considering adding new claims to the federal lawsuit they've already filed against Orange County.

Anna Faris is all geared up for another walk down the aisle -- based on the rock weighing down her left hand.

The actress was out and about Sunday in L.A. with a gigantic diamond ring. She's not really the ring-wearing type of gal -- we've checked a bunch of older pics -- so the fact she rocking a ring on her left ring finger seems to be a strong sign she's now engaged ring to her BF, cinematographer Michael Barrett.

And, it's not like Anna's hand was iced up for some kind of special event -- she had stepped out in a baseball cap, grey t-shirt, jeans and UGGs. So, super casual in every way ... except for that diamond.

The timing's interesting. Less than 8 months ago, Anna jumped on Laura Wasser's podcast, "Divorce Sucks!" and seemed non-committal about getting married again.

At the time, Anna said her reasoning for not getting married a third time had a lot to do with her strong feelings against the institution of marriage itself. She didn't definitively say no to tying the knot again, but she was leaning towards no dice.

As we reported ... Anna and Michael started dating a little over 2 years ago. Things quickly progressed ... and before long, Anna and Michael were going on double-dates with Anna's ex, Chris Pratt and his now-wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger.

If it is, in fact, an engagement ring ... this would be Anna's third marriage. She was married to Ben Indra from 2004 to 2008 and to Chris from 2009 until their 2018 divorce.

Jessi Combs -- the "Fastest Woman on Four Wheels" -- crashed her jet-car because her front wheel gave out.

According to the Harney County Sheriff's Office ... the front wheel of Jessi's jet-powered car suffered a mechanical failure before her fatal crash, and the front wheel assembly most likely collapsed as a result of hitting an object during her attempt at breaking her own land-speed record.

The Sheriff released the findings Monday after completing an investigation into the crash ... and they say the front wheel failed when Jessi's jet-car reached around 550 miles per hour.

Jessi's cause of death was also determined to be blunt force trauma to the head, which the Sheriff says occurred before her race vehicle was engulfed in flames following the crash.

As we reported ... Jessi's jet-powered car crashed and killed her in August in the Alvord Desert in Oregon. Photos of the wreckage showed her 56-foot-long jet-car -- the North American Eagle -- completely destroyed, and the footage we obtained shows her traveling at incredible speeds before the crash.

"I thought the train was going to cut him in half, honestly."

That's how a city employee described the scene after he saved a man from an oncoming train after the Oakland Raiders game Sunday -- and footage of the whole ordeal is WILD.

Shortly after the Raiders beat the Lions ... a nearby Oakland BART stop was so packed with Raider fans that a man got too close to the tracks and fell.

You can see in the video how dire the situation was ... 'cause a train was barreling down on the man just seconds away from his body!!!

But, BART employee John O'Conner quickly sprang into action ... grabbing the man and pulling him off the tracks with barely a second to spare.

Afterward, O'Conner admitted to CBS SF he thought the guy was going to die.

"Everybody was telling him, ‘Get out of the trackway, a train’s coming," O'Conner said. “I thought the train was going to cut him in half, honestly ... I didn’t want to see this guy die."

Fortunately for everybody involved ... both men were okay, and cameras caught the two sharing a big embrace afterward.

As for O'Conner, BART officials say he's a Transportation Supervisor who's been working for the company for two decades ... and called the whole situation "an amazing rescue."

Kim Kardashian is doing more than just tweeting about an upcoming prison execution -- we've learned she's actually spoken with death row inmate Rodney Reed ... and is lobbying to set him free.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kim spoke with Reed from death row just last week to discuss his scheduled killing on November 20. We're told Kim believes there are new witnesses and evidence to exonerate Reed, and implicate the real killer.

Reed' brother, Rodrick, posted a thank you note to Kim Monday, saying, "I want you to know you are a major God-send to my family - more than you may ever fully realize in this lifetime. You are a blessing to all the families you advocate for. We're so glad you have publicly voiced that you also believe he is innocent."

Our sources say Kim's been working tirelessly behind the scenes to provide legal resources to Reed as he tries to get a stay of execution.

Reed was convicted for the murder of Stacey Stites in Bastrop, TX -- where cops initially said he'd raped, assaulted and strangled her to death. He's maintained his innocence for over 20 years now, and just recently ... a former inmate claimed to know the real murderer.

A guy named Arthur Snow filed a statement with the court alleging Stites' own fiance -- who served time for a different crime -- confessed to him while behind bars that he killed her for sleeping around. Snow says they were both part of the Aryan Brotherhood in prison. Stites' fiance has denied this.

El Chapo's wife is in talks to do something really shocking, and that's talk ... on reality TV about the family business while El Chapo rots in prison!!!

Emma Coronel Aispuro was recently in Miami for a sit down with none other than cocaine godmother Griselda Blanco's youngest son, Michael Blanco. It was a business meeting, but not THAT kinda biz -- sources familiar with negotiations tell us Emma and Michael were talking about her joining the cast of VH1's "Cartel Crew."

TMZ got these pics of Emma aboard a yacht -- note the bodyguards in black watching over her -- as Michael and his baby mama, Marie, pulled up on their boat for the face-to-face meeting. Michael is already one of the stars of 'Cartel' ... which is currently in its second season.

The scene looked kinda "Scarface"-y ... which, we're guessing, is exactly why VH1's trying to convince Emma to come aboard. Drama sells.

What's crazy about this deal is the fact that El Chapo's gang -- the Sinaloa Cartel in Mexico -- is still VERY much active and dangerous, even though he's serving out a life sentence in federal prison.

Just a couple weeks ago, they forced Mexican authorities to release Chapo's son by taking soldiers and cops hostage. Point is, Emma's past is still alive and kicking ... so, you gotta wonder how much she could safely say on the show.

Donald Trump REALLY made the Nationals feel at home at the White House on Monday ... having his band welcome the team with their favorite song, "Baby Shark!"

The Nats adopted the adorable tune throughout their World Series run (it all stemmed from Gerardo Parra's walk-up song) ... and Trump made sure it was the first thing the team heard at their celebration ceremony.

Ya gotta hear the band play it ... it's an awesome rendition -- and the Nats just had to dance along on the White House stairs!!

As for the rest of the party at 1600 Penn., it went smooth for POTUS ... Nats catcher Kurt Suzuki said some words with a MAGA hat on -- while jokes about Max Scherzer's arm and impeachment drew some big laughs.

Trump also bragged about the attendance for the celebration ... calling the turnout record-setting.

Ryan Zimmerman then presented Trump with a No. 45 Nationals jersey ... before Nats manager Dave Martinez and the President clowned the umps for their controversial base-running call in Game 6.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's empire is growing, but their latest expansion in Hidden Hills might slow it down ... because they'll never need to leave.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... they just scooped up a neighboring property of their massive HH estate -- which already has an estimated value of $60 million -- for another cool $3 mil.

We're told the property was on the market -- Kim and Kanye didn't squeeze anyone out -- so they decided to buy it. They also scooped up another 1.5 acre property that backed onto their own earlier this year which also included a 2,700 sq ft home ... bringing their total land to a massive 8 acres.

Of course, they already have HUGE plans for their updated compound. We're told they plan to transform their combined properties into guest homes, a spa retreat, and essentially ... a private farm for the kids.

Our sources say the Wests are aiming for an organic garden and citrus grove on their grounds to streamline their own farm-to-table dining. Like we said ... no need to leave.

If they do care to venture out, though, they have plenty of options. We broke the story ... Kanye dropped some serious cash this summer on a Wyoming property called Monster Lake Ranch, which includes 8 lodging units, 2 freshwater lakes, a restaurant, an event center and lots of barns, corrals and horses on 4,500 acres!

And, there's also their Calabasas property near Hidden Hills, where Ye put up some prototype dome housing structures as part of his vision of an egalitarian community ... but they were later torn down.

Now, he's got more land to play with.

A 17-year-old "Fortnite" superstar gamer has been BANNED for life for cheating -- but the gaming community is PISSED OFF at the punishment and demanding mercy.

The gamer at the center of the controversy is FaZe Jarvis -- younger brother of gaming star FaZe Kay -- who's built up a MASSIVE following, including 2 million subscribers on YouTube.

But, the British teenager got himself in hot water using Aimbots during a recreational game that he streamed on his YouTube channel.

FYI, Aimbots is an illegal hack that essentially auto-focuses your weapons on opponents, making it MUCH easier to hit your target and get kills. It's the gaming version of steroids.

Jarvis admitted to using the bots in an emotional video -- in which he chokes back tears to reveal the punishment he received from Epic Games, the company behind "Fortnite."

"I've been permanently banned from 'Fortnite' for life," Jarvis said ... "This was a huge mistake was completely wrong on my end."

Jarvis says he didn't know the consequences for his actions would be met with such a severe punishment -- since he didn't cheat during competitive play -- and had he known, he wouldn't have done it.

Jarvis says he's completely emotionally crushed -- since he's not only banned from playing, but he's blocked from attending "Fortnite" events or creating any type of content around the game.

Well, his fans -- and even competitors -- are pissed, claiming the punishment does NOT fit the crime.

Many people are voicing their anger on social media and demanding Epic Games scale back the punishment.

One point people are upset about ... a duo that had been caught cheating earlier this year was only suspended for 14 days (and allowed to compete in the $30 million World Cup tourney). They were NOT banned for life.

So, what will happen with Jarvis? We're reaching out to Epic Games for comment. Stay tuned.

By the way, Jarvis has options ... he's also a stud in other games including "Call of Duty" and "CS:GO."

Rapper Gorilla Zoe flew into a violent rage and ended up getting arrested for domestic violence over the weekend ... this according to cops.

Gorilla Zoe was busted early Sunday morning in Monroe County, Florida after security at La Siesta Resort called cops to say they saw Zoe get physical with a woman on his hotel room balcony.

According to the police report ... hotel security claims Zoe was trying to shove his GF into the room. When she refused, he allegedly pushed her to the ground. Cops say she eventually managed to get away and lock him out on the balcony.

Zoe then started punching and kicking the glass door ... according to witnesses, and the woman let him back into the room. At that point, cops arrived looked into the hotel room window and saw Zoe pinning down his girlfriend.

Cops broke things up, and Zoe got off her, but she immediately started to defend him. She told the responding officers, "We always drink and argue, nothing more. He's never gotten physical with me. Isn't that what happens when everyone drinks?"

She also told them he "always become crazy aggressive like" when he's drinking, but added he would never harm her physically. Officers say she didn't have any noticeable injuries.

Zoe was arrested for domestic battery, and while he was being booked played the rapper card. Cops say he told them he was a nice guy and, "My name is Gorilla Zoe you know me I'm a rapper."

He was released an hour later after posting a $2,500 bond.
