Some of Hollywood's hottest stars flew east to the Big Apple to attend the so-called "Oscars of American Fashion" -- squeezing into their tight outfits that were just smokin'.

Kim Kardashian, Anne Hathaway, Gwyneth Paltrow, Demi Moore and Serena Williams all showed up for Monday night's annual Council of Fashion Designers of America's fashion awards at the Museum of Natural History in Manhattan.

KK was a real head-turner in her black, form-fitting leather dress with silver chains and a cross medallion around her neck.

Hathaway, who hosted the gala, sported a denim corset and full-length denim skirt with classy high heels -- topped off by Bulgari jewels.

Paltrow, Williams and Moore looked just as radiant. Gwyneth chose all-black attire with a stylish dress cut down the center ... Serena also wore all black and appeared ravishing. Moore took the silver route in her flashy gown.

As for the top honorees ... Gwyneth and her Goop brand snagged the CFDA Fashion Award for Innovation, while Serena won the CFDA Fashion Icon Award.

Other celebs also attended the ceremony including ... Martha Stewart, Mary J. Blige, Nina Dobrev, Karlie Kloss, Emma Chamberlain, Winnie Harlow, Nicky Hilton, Naomi Watts, La La Anthony, Lori Harvey and Shay Mitchell.

Embattled U.S. Senator Bob Menendez is hearing renewed calls for his resignation, but this time it's coming with big laughs ... courtesy of a satirical movie trailer-inspired message.

The 2-minute clip uses cinematic voice-over calling out Menendez for his long list of alleged grievances -- federal corruption and bribery, to name a couple -- and also mixes in scenes from the 1991 comedy, "What About Bob?"

The result is hilarious clips of Richard Dreyfuss complaining about Bob ... hammering home New Jersey's frustrations with the fact the Senator won't step down from office amid the ongoing investigation into his alleged crimes.

The trailer also uses actual footage and soundbites from Menendez and his wife Nadine Arslanian Menendez -- including interviews where he's asked directly, "Don't you serve your state better by resigning now?"

Of course, the Senator confidently replies nope!

The clip also mockingly refers to him as "Senator Bob Menendez (D-Egypt)" ... referring to the fact he's accused of monopolizing the Egyptian market for importing halal meat. It also calls him out for threatening the Democratic Party's majority in the Senate.

The senator's enemies are urging folks on X to repost the trailer in order to urge Menendez to resign immediately. Don't hold your breath for that, however, film reviews are pouring in for the trailer.

Peyton Manning must've missed a production meeting ... 'cause the Hall of Famer looked absolutely shocked beyond belief when Arnold Schwarzenegger fed his pet donkey, Lulu, in front of millions during MNF, and the legendary signal caller's reaction was priceless!

The awkward moment went down during Peyton and brother Eli Manning's 'Manningcast' show on ESPN during the NY Jets vs. L.A. Chargers game Monday night.

As always, the famous football bros brought A-list guests to the show ... this time bringing on the one and only Arnold. But, the legendary action movie star wasn't alone.

And, it was Schwarzenegger's special guest that threw Peyton for a loop.

"Oh yes," Schwarzenegger calmly told Lulu as he fed her. The look on Peyton's face was hilarious!

Eli tried to alleviate some of the awkwardness ... by taking a shot at his older brother.

"What is that?!" Eli asked. "That donkey looks like you eating Peyton."

Of course, the 76-year-old actor, bodybuilder, and politician's love for animals is widely known .. and outside of his donkey, Arnold has a pet pony, pig, and some dogs.

Schwarzenegger recently explained how he got the donkey ... he and his GF felt their pony Whiskey needed a bestie, so he got Lulu.

"They were hanging out together, loving each other," Schwarzenegger told HOLA!. "She needed a companion. Look at them, they’re getting along!"

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have no immediate plans to go down the road of divorce, but it's worth noting -- they do not have a prenup in place ... TMZ has learned.

With Kyle recently referring to their separation as a straight-up divorce -- there's a fortune on the table if that apparent slip of the tongue becomes reality ... although sources with direct knowledge tell us neither Kyle nor Mauricio has lawyered up.

Multiple sources tell TMZ ... Kyle and Mauricio are not directly talking about ending their marriage, but we're told the thought is certainly present ... so division of assets is something to consider, assuming they decide to cross that bridge.

Kyle has made her mark on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and scored millions of dollars, and Mauricio has acquired a net worth of $100M with nearly $5B in real estate sales.

When he married Kyle, he wasn't even working in real estate. He was making peanuts while working in fashion before going into real estate, working for Kyle's brother-in-law Rick Hilton and then opening The Agency in 2011.

The pair's decision to separate wasn't an easy one -- Kyle broke down in tears this past weekend when asked where things stood between them during a Q&A at BravoCon.

It looks like Mauricio is having an easier time, enjoying the single life with some cozy sightings with his 'DWTS' partner, Emma Slater.

Kim Kardashian had a busy trip to NYC, also stopping in at Odell Beckham Jr.'s 31st birthday bash ...  after TMZ confirmed they had started "hanging out" thanks to mutual friends.

Making her way to the party following the 2023 CFDA Awards, busy bee Kim stole the spotlight in her black, figure-hugging lace-up gown.

Kim was in good company, with other attendees such as Lil Baby, Saquon Barkley, Saweetie, Stefon Diggs, James Harden, Ashley Graham, Justine Skye and more.

We were previously told Kim and Odell have run in the same circle for years ... but it's only recently that the SKIMS queen fueled romance speculation with the NFL athlete.

It's not clear who KK and OBJ's mutual friends are ... but this isn't the first time she has shown up for Odell's personal extravaganzas. Last November, she rocked up to his milestone 30th at Mother Wolf in L.A., and both attended Michael Rubin's July 4th White Party earlier this year.

Kim has been single since she split from former 'SNL' star Pete Davidson in August 2022 following a whirlwind 9-month romance. Meanwhile, OBJ and his longtime GF, Lauren Wood, split early this year.

Alan Ruck's car crash last week is still a mystery in terms of cause -- but cops do have a theory they're running with for now ... they think technology got the better of a human.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... investigators believe they know what caused the "Succession" star's wreck at a pizza parlor in Hollywood, and from the sounds of it -- the police are buying Alan's story here.

Our sources say Alan told officers he simply didn't know what caused the accident.

We're told those who were on the scene believed him -- as they saw no evidence he was under the influence, distracted or otherwise impaired during the accident ... so, as far as they're concerned, they believe it was, in fact, just an accident.

Our sources also tell us the LAPD thinks this was just a mishap arising from the fact that Alan's truck, a Rivian R1T, is brand-spanking new and super high-tech.

Indeed, it is an electric truck ... and it certainly looks fancy from the inside out. It also features three all-wheel drive systems -- Dual Motor, Performance Dual-Motor and Quad-Motor ... and depending on which one you're on, it can go from 0-60 MPH reeeal fast.

We have no idea if or how any of this played a part in Alan's sitch -- but it sounds like the police think he might've just been in over his head handling this machine ... and that it just got away from him. As a result, we're told they're closing the book on this case ... and leaving it to insurance.

Travis Barker showed up at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. Monday, nearly a week after Kourtney gave birth to their baby boy.

Travis rolled up in his Range Rover in the late afternoon, presumably to visit Kourtney and their newborn baby, Rocky.

As we reported, Travis and Kourtney wanted a Halloween baby ... and according to our sources, the baby was due last week so it may well be Rocky was born last Tuesday.

We have not seen much of the Kardashian brood at the hospital over the last week. Kylie showed up last Thursday, but other than her there have been no other sightings.

This is 47-year-old Travis' 3rd child and it's 44-year-old Kourtney's 4th.

Francis Ngannou isn't sending mixed signals ... he wants a rematch with Tyson Fury next, and if that means waiting a few months until The Gypsy King fights Oleksandr Usyk, he tells TMZ Sports that's exactly what he'll do!

The 37-year-old combat sports superstar joined Michael Babcock on the "TMZ Sports" show (airs weeknights on FS1) ... where the guys talked about Francis' future in the ring now that he's the hottest commodity in the sport.

"I would be willing to wait [for Fury to fight Usyk]. I know that they are going to fight, they had a contract already, so they are going to fight sometime in February instead of December 23, which is my fault," Ngannou said smiling ... "I shouldn't have cut him. He would've fought December 23, and maybe we would've run it back early next year."

Of course, Francis is referring to the cut he opened up on Tyson's head ... a big reason he won't be able to turn around and fight in less than 2 months. The cut has to heal.

So, a fight with Fury, barring the Usyk bout completely falling apart, will not happen until, at earliest, mid-2024.

In the meantime, Anthony Joshua, through his promoter Eddie Hearn, has said he's down to fight The Predator in Saudi Arabia on December 28. We asked Ngannou if he was interested.

"First of all, it's too soon. Secondly, my focus, as boxing is concerned, is a rematch with Tyson. That's the most important thing for me right now, everything else for boxing comes after."

In addition to AJ, Deontay Wilder and Joseph Parker are names that have been thrown out as possible future opponents for Ngannou.

All this doesn't necessarily mean Francis won't fight before Fury ... he just won't box. Remember, Ngannou is signed to PFL (as a fighter and Chairman of PFL Africa).

11/7 -- 8:26 AM PT -- Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s attorney, Michael Baum, tells TMZ ... "We needed to take this step because President Joe Biden won't give Mr. Kennedy security protection despite the clear need demonstrated by Jonathan Macht's and others' actions."

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. doesn't have the Secret Service protecting him, as he would like, so he's running to a judge for help after a guy twice tried to unlawfully enter his home.

The 2024 presidential candidate is seeking court-ordered protection from a man named Jonathan Macht, who police previously identified as RFK Jr.'s home intruder.

RFK Jr. beelined it to court Monday and filed for a temporary restraining order against Macht ... according to online records. It's unclear if a judge signed off.

TMZ broke the story ... Macht was arrested last month after cops say he twice attempted to get inside the Brentwood home where RFK Jr. lives with his wife, Cheryl Hines.

Remember ... cops said Macht got over the fence and into the yard before being detained by RFK Jr.'s security until police arrived to arrest him.

Law enforcement said the guy was released from custody, only to come back to the RFK Jr.'s home the following day, leading to another arrest.

What's more, Kennedy's campaign claimed the guy asked to speak with RFK Jr., who we're told was home at the time of both incidents.

Kennedy's team says they've alerted Secret Service about Macht several times in recent months, labeling him an "obsessed" individual.

But as Cheryl told us on "TMZ Live," Kennedy has struck out in multiple attempts to get Secret Service protection, despite his strong numbers at the polls and his family's tragic history.

With no Secret Service agents, it looks like RFK Jr. wants the courts to help here.

Nick Cannon's baby mama, Bre Tiesi, says she once got in the sack with the great Michael B. Jordan -- and if you think the father of her child is trippin' ... you'll be quite surprised.

The multi-hyphenate host and entertainer was darting through LAX Monday, when a photog tracked him down and asked him the million-dollar question that's been on everyone's mind since last week ... namely, whatcha think of Bre confessing to doing the deed with MBJ???

Remember, this is something BT proudly spilled on the Season 7 premiere of "Selling Sunset" ... when she and the other ladies were sitting around fantasizing about Hollywood's hunks.

Somebody threw out Mike's name pretty quickly, but Bre was immediately unimpressed ... 'cause she revealed that she'd already been there and "done that" with the guy.

Her pals were all shocked ... but Bre kept it even more real, saying she's slept with all her favorites -- which obviously ended up including Nick too. Speaking of him ... he's on camera here reacting to the news, and whodathunkit -- the dude's not really sweating this!

Barbara Walters spent a good amount of her life in one of the nicest pads in New York City -- one that went on the market earlier this year ... and which may have a new owner.

You'll recall ... the late news icon's fam put her Manhattan condo up for sale back in April -- this just a few months after she passed away in December 2022 -- and the 5-bed, 6-bath home was listed at the time for $19.75 million, which was well worth it. The place is nice!

Since then, however, it looks like the real estate agents who were working on it ended up dropping the price tag a tad -- and as of right now, it was going for around $17.7 mil.

Somebody has made an offer on the home, and we've confirmed it's under contract -- which means the sale is pending, and should go through ... assuming all goes according to plan. What we don't know is if the would-be buyer ponied up $17.7 million, more ... or less.

If escrow does close, we'll find out in due time through property records -- but if the mystery shopper spent anywhere near what it was priced at ... they got a good deal.

3:20 PM PT -- Rodgers wasn't just walking tall before the game ... he was also back on the field slinging the football around -- which is another great sign for Jets fans.

The quarterback dropped back a few times and let some passes fly ... putting weight on his left leg as he followed through.

It's definitely trending in the right direction for Rodgers!!

Aaron Rodgers is recovering from his torn Achilles at a mind-blowing speed -- the New York Jets QB was spotted walking completely normal ahead of his team's Monday Night Football matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers ... just 56 days after going down with the injury.

AR8 was in great spirits as he made his way through the MetLife Stadium tunnels just minutes ago ... showing no signs of limping or needing to use a cart, as he did for previous games.

Of course, the four-time MVP ruptured his leg tendon just four plays into his first season with the Jets on September 11. Many assumed his season was over, but the 39-year-old vowed to get back on the field ASAP -- even revealing he was going to try to play again during the 2023-24 campaign.

It sounded crazy at the time, but Rodgers might really be onto something -- he also spent some time throwing the pigskin on the field before the Jets game last month.

It's not the first time we've seen Aaron walking without crutches -- he was able to move around slowly just three weeks after the ailment ... but now, it looks like he's walking perfectly.

Rodgers said last week he's crushing rehab and ahead of schedule ... but still has a "long way to go."

Jennifer Lopez is married to Ben Affleck -- and wants all the other ladies who still might have eyes for him to know it ... evidenced in how she barked at some onlookers Sunday.

The couple was out on the town in L.A. this weekend, and before Monday rolled around -- they were leaving dinner at The Ivy together ... with BA playing the gentleman for his wife and opening the car door for her, while going around the other side once she was in.

Right then and there, though, a group of women in another car driving by happened to see Ben as he was coming around to his door -- and they did a good old-fashioned hollah!

Ya gotta see the video, because J Lo's feisty clap-back is classic Jenny from the Block -- although, it's unclear if the women on the other end heard her. One person who certainly did hear her jab was Ben himself ... so he definitely knows he's hers and hers alone.

Taylor Swift's concert film is still playing in Israel -- this despite some who thought she'd yanked the flick to make a political statement ... which we've learned ain't the case at all.

Here's the deal ... the 'Eras' movie just started hitting cinemas in Israel last week -- the first time it'd reached that territory as the international rollout continues -- and folks were happy to go see it.

However, come Monday ... some were having technical issues in snapping up tickets for this week, and as a result -- a frenzy started to ensue over the perceived halt.

As far as what exactly the problem was ... people who were going to Taylor's official website for the 'Eras' movie could not pull up Israeli locations at all. When you searched for Israel, the site automatically kicked users to other areas in the Middle East ... like Lebanon.

As a result, a lot of people started jumping to conclusions, and speculating that Taylor and/or her team had done this intentionally ... as a way to signal their stance on Israel-Palestine.

Of course, Taylor's close friendship with Gigi Hadid -- with whom she had just dined this past weekend -- also jumped into people's minds ... as they assumed this (would-be) move to yank the flick in Israeli theaters was a result of GH getting into T-Swift's ear on this issue.

That couldn't be further from the truth though ... because, as of right now -- people can access those Israel tickets from her site ... and we have an explanation for what happened that made it inaccessible in the first place.

As it turns out ... we're told there's actually a third-party company that deals with posting Taylor's worldwide showtimes on her official 'Eras' movie website -- aka, this isn't something she or her team deal with themselves.

It's unclear what the holdup was in uploading this week's showtimes ... but rest assured it was merely a delay on the third-party company's part, and we're told the issue has now been rectified -- with showings available for purchase in and around Israel.

Long story short ... there is NO political statement that Taylor is trying to take here, and she was NOT trying to stick it to Israel over what's going on in Gaza.

We did extra digging on this to make sure it wasn't just a pivot only after people noticed, BTW ... because even while tickets in Israel were temporarily not available to the public on TS's site, we confirmed you could still go to individual Israeli theater chains/sites and purchase tickets there -- which just speak to this someone dragging their feet by mistake.
