"Gypsy Sisters" star Mellie Stanley avoided serious prison time after striking a plea deal for her role in what cops say was a massive coupon scam out of Kentucky.

Andrea Williams, the prosecutor for the Fayette County Commonwealth Attorney, tells TMZ ... the judge gave Mellie 5 years probation during Friday's sentencing hearing, and if she doesn't keep her nose clean, she could be heading to the slammer.

TMZ broke the story ... Mellie pled guilty earlier this year to 2 felonies -- theft by deception and criminal possession of a forged instrument -- and the charges stemmed from a huge coupon scam authorities say she executed with her husband, including swindling thousands of dollars in merchandise from Toys R Us and Babies R Us.

According to the terms of her probation ... Mellie must meet with her probation officer, she can't own a firearm, she has to stay away from drugs and alcohol, she'll be tested for substance abuse, and she's got to cough up the dough for all the items she stole with bogus coupons -- a cool $18,075.

Mellie's not totally in the clear ... if she violates any part of her probation, a judge will decide between sentencing Mellie to 6 years in prison or tacking on conditions to her probation.

"Love & Hip Hop" star Teairra Mari was arrested in New York for driving while intoxicated -- and it sounds like her vehicle was an early Fourth of July show on the road.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops pulled Teairra over early Saturday morning after they saw her coming out of the Midtown Tunnel into Queens in a red Dodge Charger, which we're told had sparks shooting up from the front of the vehicle.

As cops pursued, our sources say officers noticed that the front right wheel was gone and that the bumper was making contact with the ground ... creating the sparks. Eventually, we're told Teairra came to a full stop and cops performed field sobriety tests.

It's unclear if she blew into a breathalyzer, but we're told police did note she had trouble maintaining her balance when she exited the vehicle ... and that she allegedly reeked of booze. She was ultimately arrested and booked for DWI and driving without a license.

DMV records show that Teairra's license is either suspended or revoked at the moment. She's currently in custody awaiting arraignment.

Teairra made headlines last year after she sued 50 Cent and her ex-BF, claiming they'd leaked a sex tape in which she was featured, as revenge porn.

A court ultimately ruled in 50's favor -- dismissing all the claims against the rapper -- and ordered Teairra to pay him up to $30k in legal fees, which he's been hounding her for ever since.

"Little Women: LA" star Christy Gibel wants an annulment ... 5 years after getting married, and her reasons are pretty damming.

Christy's filed new legal docs asking the court to annul her marriage to Todd ... court records show. The couple got married on May 16, 2014, and they've had a turbulent relationship almost from the get-go, but things have really escalated out of control.

Sources close to Christy tell TMZ ... she wants an annulment for 2 reasons -- the marriage was NEVER consummated and she's accusing him of financial fraud. Our Christy sources claim Todd opened credit card accounts and took out loans under her name without her consent.

We know what you're thinking ... how can an annulment be filed after years of marriage? In California, a person can get an annulment if there's proof it was fraudulently induced.

Christy now wants out of a sexless marriage that saw her run to court to get a protection order against him. She claimed he was making life a living hell for her and her 19-year-old daughter from another relationship.

We've reached out to Todd, who tells TMZ ... it's been a while since they've had sex, but they've DEFINITELY had sex during the marriage. As for her accusations of financial crimes ... he says that will all come out in court. He adds his attorney has advised him not to talk about it until then.

Jordyn Woods wasn't thinking about the Kardashians when she promoted Ray J's new earbuds ... so she says it's not on her if people have misinterpreted her M.O.

Sources close to Jordyn tell TMZ ... when she popped in a pair of Raycon Headphones for a promo vid, it wasn't done out of spite or even as a subtle dig at her ex-bestie's family -- it was simply a favor for Ray.

We're told Woods was among 12 celebs backstage on the set of VH1's "Hip Hop Squares" earlier this week who Ray J enlisted to be part of his video for his new brand ... and she just went along with it like the rest of them.

The perceived shade, of course, is that Ray J was the other half of the Kim K sex tape ... something the family has steadfastly tried to put in their rear view.

Our sources say there was nothing pre-planned with Ray, and certainly no devious mission concocted to get back at the Kardashian-Jenner fam ... by either of them.

We were told Ray's manager made a substantial offer to Jordyn to promote more of his products in the future ... but our Jordyn sources say she's not doing that.

She's just doing her, we're told, and has no hard feelings toward the Kardashians ... so any perceived disrespect isn't her intention.

As we've reported ... Jordyn's been doing plenty of her own things since the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal, including music vids, Coachella gigs and promoting her own cosmetics products.

Jenelle Evans and David Eason are in the nation's capital on business, but there's NO gridlock for them -- they're dodging D.C. traffic, and having fun while they're at it ... on scooters.

Sources close to Jenelle tell TMZ ... the couple's spending some time in Washington D.C. because she's attending meetings about her upcoming cosmetics line. She's meeting with potential distributors -- the launch is set for August -- and Thursday, David was clearly along for the ride.

The duo was cruising around on rented electric scooters near the National Mall with David leading the way.

Jenelle and David's D.C. excursion's probably a little easier to pull off than normal, because they still don't have their 3 children ... as they continue fighting to regain custody. This is the first time we've seen them in public someplace other than the North Carolina courthouse where they've had court-monitored visits with the kids.

As you know ... the couple's custody issues began last month after David shot and killed the family dog. Since then we've learned police have been going to their home with alarming frequency.

TMZ broke the story ... there were 25 emergency calls to their home over the course of a year -- something that certainly can't help their child custody case.

Melissa Rycroft's mysterious illness in the Dominican Republic is triggering an investigation from the Nickelodeon Hotel & Resort in Punta Cana ... where the 'Bachelor' alum was vacationing with her family.

The Nickelodeon Resort tells us they've been in touch with Melissa ... and our sources say the hotel hired an outside firm to review the resort's cleaning and sanitary practices, to see if there's any link to Melissa's strange illness.

Sources close to Melissa tell TMZ ... the former "Dancing With The Stars" contestant NEVER left the resort the ENTIRE time she was on the island. It's uncertain what's caused her sickness.

Several Americans have been falling ill and dying in the D.R. recently, but Melissa is the first to get sick at the Nickelodeon Resort.

We're told Melissa was taking extra precautions by staying clear of the mini bar in her hotel room and staying away from tap water ... though she DID have a few drinks from the bar cart and imbibed at various bars on the property.

It's interesting ... Melissa is the ONLY one in her family feeling ill, and her husband was only drinking beer, so her camp thinks it's plausible tainted alcohol could be the culprit.

Melissa got slimed at the hotel but has since deleted a picture she shared on her social media. She got sick on her second day of vacay, started feeling better, but then experienced other symptoms, including cramps.

Other sources tell us ... the Nickelodeon Resort is FREAKING OUT and lots of people are canceling their reservations, though it's unclear if news of Melissa's mysterious illness is the reason for the cancellations, or simply the general hysteria involving tourist deaths on the island.

The Nickelodeon Resort says they're still treating this as an isolated incident. The hotel adds it's taking "all possible measures to ensure a safe and healthy vacation environment, exceeding preventative measures and enforcing strict sanitation protocols."

Lindsay Lohan's beach club is no longer the heart of the party scene in Mykonos ... it's completely deserted and looks like an eerie ghost town.

This glamorous scene was once where LiLo shot her MTV reality show, "Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club" ... but a rep for Lindsay, Anna Rothchild, tells us she's canceling the show after its inaugural season.

As you can see ... the rows and rows of cabanas, beach chairs and umbrellas that once covered the landscape have disappeared, leaving behind nothing but sand. The images are from May, according to the person who snapped the pics.

All traces of Lindsay are pretty much gone as well ... the iconic sign with the Lohan Beach House logo has been removed, and the backdrop full of succulents just looks desert dead.

It definitely ain't Insta-worthy these days.

Evelyn Lozada's flirty tweet to Rob Kardashian started as a joke, but now she's dead serious ... she'd go on a date with him.

Evelyn joined "The Breakfast Club" Thursday where she revealed the origin of the sexually explicit tweet that went down on Father's Day. ICYMI ... Evelyn tweeted Rob "has a big sausage." His reply didn't leave much to the imagination. The tweets were later deleted.

Lots to unpack here ... for starters ... the "Basketball Wives" star admits to DJ Envy and Angela Yee she's NEVER seen Rob's package. Evelyn explains exactly how the tweet came about. Long story short ... Rob dared her to do it. She took the bait and here we are.

That didn't stop Envy and Angela from straight-up asking MLB star Carl Crawford and NFL star Chad Johnson's ex if she'd be down to get down with Rob. Evelyn says if his mom can date younger why can't Rob date older? Evelyn's 43 and Rob's 32.

Kendall Jenner's alleged stalker has gone off the radar -- with cops and his family -- and his whereabouts is unknown ... officials are afraid he's trying to get back to L.A. and Kendall.

38-year-old Canadian citizen John Ford was deported from the U.S. earlier this month after ICE arrested him in New Mexico. You'll recall, LAPD arrested him last fall after he scaled a hill and made it onto Kendall's property ... more than once.

Now, we're told Ford's family members in Toronto -- who were supposed to keep tabs on him -- say they have no idea where he is. The last communication law enforcement had with Ford was when they dropped him at the Toronto airport, but he's gone completely MIA since then.

That's a problem for a number of reasons -- not the least of which includes any attempt to return to KJ's place in Bev Hills. Our sources say Kendall and her team are on high alert and prepared to act if need be.

We're told it would be near impossible for Ford to reenter the country at border checkpoints since law enforcement's looking out for him -- however, if he attempts to get in illegally ... all bets are off.

Authorities ask that if he's spotted, people call their local law enforcement.

'Real Housewives' fans chewed out Kandi Burruss' husband for bringing his adult daughter to a strip club to celebrate her birthday, but hear him out ... he has an interesting defense.

'RHOA' star Todd Tucker says he has ZERO regrets about taking 23-year-old Kaela to see some T&A up close for her big day -- despite the fact he was getting dragged over it on social media after posting a video of the, umm ... unique father-daughter outing.

Don't worry ... ya don't see anything too raunchy here, and it looks like his kid isn't even looking at the dancer's booty in this shot. Still, it caused quite a fuss in the Insta-verse.

We asked Todd why he thinks it was appropriate to bring his daughter to such a sexually-charged environment and he tells us quite simply ... it makes for great bonding.

Josh's new show premiered on FOX last Wednesday and it quickly proved why it's a raw, in-depth look at first responders ... because viewers were given front-row seats as a police chase turned into a horrifying car wreck in the blink of an eye, which Josh says illustrates the interplay between cops, firefighters and paramedics.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna's alleged cyberbullying may prove costly ... so claims one of BC's ex's who's suing them for more than $2 mil.

Pilot Jones filed new legal docs saying he's been damaged to the tune of $2,113,800. He says the alleged cyberbullying and defamation caused him emotional distress in the amount of $500k. He also says Rob and Chyna's alleged attack on him fractured his family and he wants $250k for that.

But, there's more. He wants more than $250k for past and future medical expenses and $600k in lost earnings. And, there's still more ... he claims he somehow lost rent and that's another $7,200 and he wants reimbursement for a trip to Louisiana, where he fled back home after the alleged attack.

And last but not least ... he wants $500k in punitive damages.

TMZ broke the story ... Jones sued the former couple in 2017 ... claiming they blamed him for selling a pic to an outlet showing him making out with BC. He also claimed they outed him as bisexual and released his digits to the public ... which resulted in threats.

Brittney Taylor has been ordered to stay the hell away from the woman she allegedly beat during a wild brawl in her luxury Manhattan apartment complex.

A judge in New York has signed off on a temporary order of protection against the 'Love & Hip Hop' star. Brittney must now stay away from the woman, and if she's got any firearms, she's gotta turn them over to cops.

The temporary order of protection will stay in effect through December 14.

According to cops, Brittney hurled a cell phone at the woman, striking her in the forehead during their weekend melee. Police say Brittney also scratched up the woman's neck.

Mama June may have moved back into her home, but that doesn't mean her famous daughter is following behind anytime soon ... quite the opposite, actually.

Sources close to Mama June's family tell TMZ ... 13-year-old Alana -- AKA Honey Boo Boo -- adamantly refuses to move back in with her troubled mother, as long as she's got her BF, Geno, hanging off her hip.

We're told Geno being in the picture is a straight-up nonstarter for Alana. She wants MJ to ditch Geno ... and get herself into rehab.

There's grave reason for concern. TMZ broke the story ... Geno was so wasted behind the wheel a few days back, he crashed into Mama June's home and couldn't even walk. He collapsed on the ground and Mama June needed help from a neighbor to drag Geno inside.

HBB begged her mom to straighten out her life a while back, tearfully pointing out that she's currently living with her older sister, Pumpkin ... and not by choice but by necessity. It's pretty obvious she wants to be with her mom, but not in a chaotic, unstable and dangerous environment.

And, there's this ... we're told if push comes to shove and nothing changes, Pumpkin will go to court and fight to gain custody of her little sister. Our sources say so far, June hasn't expressed interest in getting her daughter back.

Tough situation, for sure.

Bernie McGee -- one of the stars of "Seeking Sister Wife" -- has died from a heart attack according to his wife Paige, who's blaming her brother for causing the stress she believes killed Bernie.

Paige confirmed to TMZ ... Bernie was riding his bicycle Saturday when he overheated and felt ill, and he called her to come pick him up. She says by the time she arrived, EMTs were already working on him ... and she knew it was very bad.

Paige says the coroner told her Bernie died from heat stroke and a heart attack ... but she believes her brother, Patrick Marble, was the biggest factor in his death.

We broke the story ... Paige's bro accused the reality TV couple of harassing him, and they were arrested in March on stalking charges. Paige says the arrest greatly upset Bernie because it happened in front of their sons, and he never got over it.

Their court date for the case was approaching, and Paige says it had a terrible effect on Bernie, saying ... "the stress of going to court this coming Wednesday with fear of 1 year in jail wore on Bernie."

Paige claims, ultimately, her brother's actions led to her husband suffering a heart attack, saying ... "Patrick's constant lies and attacks against us caused this!"

She adds, "YOU KILLED MY HUSBAND AND I HOPE YOU BURN IN HELL!!!!!"

Patrick tells TMZ, due to Bernie's passing, he is dropping the stalking charges against Paige pronto. He says he last spoke to her a few weeks ago to try to resolve things. Paige says she doesn't have a relationship with her brother and never has.

2:47 PM PT -- Cesar's team told us he would be working with the bird, however, a spokesperson for the Metropoulos brothers says Cesar's team is full of it. The rep tells us, "As the owner of the Playboy mansion, Daren Metropoulos is very proud to have the only private zoo in Los Angeles. He has provided every resource necessary to create a protective environment where these very unique animals are flourishing."

The statement continues, "Because of the iconic status of the property, Daren receives many requests to visit the zoo. Cesar Milan contacted Daren a year ago and he granted him access."

"There are no plans now or in the future, for the African grey crowned crane, or any other exotic animal to leave the zoo or to be cared for or trained by anyone other than the current team of professional caretakers. Any reference to the contrary is inaccurate."

Cesar Millan's spreading his wings ... using his talents to tame a moody birdie at the Playboy Mansion.

We're told the new owners of the famous mansion -- brothers Evan and Daren Metropoulos -- will hand over their African grey crowned crane sometime at the end of this month. The plan ... the famous dog trainer will calm the temperamental bird at his Santa Clarita ranch.

Cesar came into the picture near the end of last year during a visit to the mansion ... where the Metropoulos bros groused to Cesar about the bird's aggressive tendencies ... like charging people and just making it difficult for caretakers to tend to the exotic bird.

Cesar connected with the African crane during his visit and made it submit ... showing who's boss, and it astounded everyone. The brothers were duly impressed and hatched a plan with Cesar to reboot the bird.

The crane's gonna get the full Cesar treatment, and when he's done, it'll head back to the Mansion ... hopefully way less cranky.
