Tekashi 6ix9ine's valuable assets could be on the auction block soon ... in order to satisfy a nearly $10 million judgment against him by a stripper who claims he hit her in the head with a bottle of champagne.

According to new docs, obtained by TMZ, a receiver has been appointed to take control of the rapper's assets -- items like his Rolls-Royce and his Florida mansion -- and sell off whatever is necessary to pay the $9.825 million judgment.

Dancer Alexis Salaberrios got the hefty judgment back in July ... more than 2 years after she initially filed the lawsuit ... but it hasn't been paid, which is why she got the judge to appoint a receiver to liquidate Tekashi's stuff.

The receiver has lots of power-- allowed to "break any locks necessary to gain access to any real property."

TMZ broke the story, Tekashi was sued by Alexis in 2021 after allegedly hitting her in the head inside Gold Rush Cabaret in Miami. Her attorney told us he tried hitting someone else for calling him a rat, but he missed and clocked Alexis instead.

According to Salaberrios, the injuries resulted in a trip to the ER, and she had to get several staples to close the wound.

Tekashi's attorney, Lance Lazzaro, scoffed at her claims, saying "It’s an attempt to shake him down."

We've reached out to Tekashi's camp for comment ... so far, no word back.

Jack Axelrod -- a longtime TV actor most famous from 'General Hospital' -- has died.

His rep confirmed his death to Entertainment Weekly, saying he passed on Nov. 28 in L.A. from natural causes. She adds, "I had the pleasure of spending a lot of time with him in his last years, as he had no immediate family. We spent much time outdoors, where Jack loved to sketch, read news articles, and recite Shakespearean sonnets."

Like we said, Axelrod will likely best be remembered for playing Victor Jerome on 'GH' for 40 episodes back in the '80s ... but he had a long and illustrious career outside of that too.

In addition to lending his services to the famed soap, Axelrod also famously guest starred on 'Grey's Anatomy' in the 2000s for a few episodes, during which he played Charlie Yost opposite Katherine Heigl and Ellen Pompeo.

Other famous shows he'd been in ... Justin Bieber's been out of the spotlight for the majority of the year -- focusing on his own health -- and it looks like he's capping off 2023 going downhill ... literally, that is.

The singer was spotted in Aspen Saturday, where he was snowboarding ... a bit of a tradition for him this time of year. He appeared to be shredding here all by his lonesome, but he did have some company going up the mountain -- chatting up a fellow chairlift rider.

JB looked fairly stone-faced and serious cruising down the slopes ... staying up on his two feet and handling himself well. Dude's an avid snowboarder -- so he knows what he's doing.

BTW, his wife Hailey is there in tjown as well ... they jetted on over together on Friday.

As for Justin, this is just more of the same with him lately -- the guy's been super active when it comes to athletics and other activities ... and he's always hitting the town with Hailey as well. The one thing he isn't doing much of these days ... singing/performing.

Remember, it was way back in March when he officially suspended the rest of his 'Justice' tour dates internationally ... this not too long after pumping the brakes on it all in 2022.

He cited mental health concerns ... but he's battling physical ailments on and off for a while now too.

Kendall Jenner's been flying solo for a little while now, including this latest trip to Aspen where she's looking damn good -- which begs the question ... where the hell's Bad Bunny?

The supermodel is out in the ritzy Colorado city this weekend, where she's hanging with friends and rolling around town in a lot of very fashionable outfits -- like the one she was wearing Friday night as she cat-walked her way down the street.

Looks like she was with pals Lauren Perez and David Waltzer here, and she sure seemed happy ... smiling ear to ear and enjoying their company as photogs flashed away.

Earlier Friday, she was out and about as well ... cruising with a group and holding java.

Nothing new here, per se ... Kendall hits up Aspen every year -- whether it's with family or friends -- but the longer she goes without her boyfriend, the more people have started to wonder if they're off ... frankly, it's been quite a while since we've seen them together.

BB was last spotted/photographed in public back in mid-November ... not long after KJ was shot doing some kind of new snow ad in the streets of L.A. There, he was rolling with just a pal, and was definitely trying to maintain a low profile -- with his hood covering his face.

He hasn't been seen since ... and with the holidays upon us, many are speculating BB and KJ have split -- especially in light of a not-so-cryptic post she threw up around this time.

On Nov. 14, Kendall threw up a shot of sun setting ... and her caption read, "what’s meant for me, will simply find me." As you can imagine, people flooded her comments asking if she and Bad Bunny were dunzo -- but neither of them have commented on it officially.

Remember, the last time we (or anyone else) saw them side by side was right after Halloween ... when they hit up a breakfast joint near the Beverly Hills Hotel after a rager the night prior, where they were seen leaving together in a car -- shying away from cams.

Before that, they were practically inseparable ... walking all over L.A. together coming across as a full-blown couple -- this after months of dating going all the way back to the spring.

If it is over, it was great while it lasted ... and certainly felt like the real deal compared to all of Kendall's other romances over the years. She looked head over heels for this fella.

Granted, they could well still be an item -- BB has a big tour coming up next year, and might be prepping that. That ain't gonna stop people from gossiping in the meantime, though.

Mindy Kaling and B.J. Novak continue to be two peas in a pod all these years later -- and as she's said, he's a great godparent to her kids ... especially when they go to Disneyland.

The two former 'Office' stars -- who once dated, but now remain incredibly close friends -- hit up the Happiest Place on Earth Friday with a crew of other adults tagging along ... and a VIP guide escorting them through the park.

These pics, obtained by TMZ, were captured in Fantasyland, and they were near the carousel ... with the grownups asking Mindy's 6-year-old daughter, Katherine, which ride she wanted to go on. Looks like it was a birthday outing ... the kid was born in December 2017.

Anyway, as you can see ... B.J. is holding Katherine's hand -- alongside a blonde woman -- while Mama Bear was walking ahead of them and looking back to keep an eye on everyone.

If you're unfamiliar with Mindy's family dynamic ... it's a little complicated, especially considering her romantic history with B.J. At this point, though, he's part of MK's brood.

Mindy actually has two children, but nobody knows who their dad is -- as she's kept his identity under wraps. With that said, there's been speculation that B.J. himself might, in fact, be the father ... but Mindy has said he's simply her children's godfather ... and nothing more.

Considering how close he is with Mindy, it's not surprising to see B.J. rolling with her and her kid(s) these days -- but it does kinda fuel the unsubstantiated rumor he might be Daddy.

The larger backdrop, of course, is the Ryan/Kelly onscreen coupling that has somewhat manifested in real life. The Ry Guy left his baby behind to be with Ms. Kapoor in the TV show -- but B.J. seems to have found a way to have it all in real life, murky as it may be.

A U.S. Senate staffer who was filmed having sex in a high-profile space on Capitol Hill has lost his job after a tape showing the deed leaked -- and now cops are investigating.

The man depicted in the footage -- which was first published by The Daily Caller, and which has been making the rounds online since -- has been identified as 24-year-old Aidan Maese-Czeropski ... an aide to Democratic Maryland Senator Ben Cardin.

Unclear exactly when this sex tape was filmed, but TDC got its hands on it and threw it up on its site. Indeed, it shows Maese-Czeropski having anal sex with another man in a judiciary hearing room within the Hart Senate Office Building ... and reports indicate it's one where confirmations/grillings go down -- including for SCOTUS nominees, etc.

The camera is being held by the man who's doing the penetrating -- he films both Maese-Czeropski in front of him and the empty room that they're in ... capturing lots of angles.

It appears the two men are having sex where Senators themselves often sit ... perched up on the bench and looking down onto the table where witnesses/nominees would normally be.

Once the staffer in question was linked to Cardin ... a spokesman for his office confirmed the guy was no longer working for the lawmaker -- saying, "Aidan Maese-Czeropski is no longer employed by the U.S. Senate. We will have no further comment on this personnel matter."

Aidan himself appears to have also addressed the scandal -- a purported message from his since-scrubbed LinkedIn is being circulated ... and it reads in part, "This has been a difficult time for me, as I have been attacked for who I love to pursue a political agenda."

He adds, "While some of my actions in the past have shown poor judgment, I love my job and would never disrespect my workplace. Any attempts to characterize my actions otherwise are fabricated." Just about all of Aidan's social pages have now been wiped.

Timothée Chalamet is on his way to #1 at the box office this weekend with his new "Wonka" movie -- and while the figures so far are impressive ... Johnny Depp still reigns supreme.

The first-day numbers are in for Timmy's latest flick, and like we said ... they're quite solid heading into the weekend and promise to see him and WB raking in somewhere between $35-$40 million domestically by the time Sunday rolls around.

Between Thursday previews and Friday's full day of showings, "Wonka" has earned about $14.4 million thus far -- which, again, puts the family-friendly film well ahead of the competition. Frankly, there isn't much standing in its way -- just a bunch of indie films and leftovers from weeks prior ... so Tim has a relatively clear path to dominate ticket sales.

Of course, some wanted to see how he'd fare compared to the old 'Wonka' movies -- specifically, against JD's version from back in the 2000s, the most recent iteration.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, TC's numbers (real/projected) don't hold a candle to Johnny and Tim Burton -- '05's "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" made quite a bit more money at the time ... both in its first official day as well as what it earned in its opening weekend domestically.

First-day numbers for JD's movie were about $20 mil at the time, and through the weekend ... about $56 mil. Through its entire theatrical run, 'CATCF' hauled in more than $206 mil.

In other words, Johnny's Wonka is still king in terms of cold hard cash -- and even critically ... it held its own in the reviews. Same goes for Timothee BTW ... his latest "Wonka" flick has a respectable 84% on Rotten Tomatoes, similar to JD's 83% for his 2005 offering.

Now, there is context for why Tim's box office numbers might not be as strong in 2023 -- fact is, people just aren't going to the movies the way they used to ... so all things considered, the "Wonka" haul is actually pretty damn good in the modern era, especially in this economy.

Oh, and if you're wondering where the OG Gene Wilder fits into this whole box office juxtaposition -- his 1971 version didn't do all that great at the box office at the time. It only made about $4 million domestically through its whole run ($22 mil adjusted for inflation).

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar took a nasty spill at a concert in Los Angeles -- and the NBA legend ended up in the hospital with a broken hip, TMZ has learned.

His rep, Deborah Morales, tells us ... Kareem was attending the show Friday night -- but it was unclear who was performing and where. Anyway, the former Lakers star center accidentally fell to the floor, shattering his hip.

Paramedics quickly responded and transported Kareem to the hospital for treatment.  His condition was not disclosed.

Morales said Kareem was "deeply appreciative" of the support he received from the Los Angeles Fire Department on site and the "amazing medical team and doctors at UCLA Hospital who are taking great care of (him)."

Based on what his rep is saying, it sounds like Kareem is going to be OK.

Travis Scott bailed on his show in Chicago Friday night ... and it's still a mystery why it was postponed.

The rapper was supposed to hit the stage at United Center in the Windy City around 8 PM after the gates were scheduled to open for fans to come in about an hour and a half before the event.

But the venue posted a message on X in the afternoon, explaining that the concert had been postponed with no future date announced. Once the show is rescheduled,   all tickets will be honored at the door.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are back to their squabbling ways ... with things so toxic their marriage is now completely beyond repair ... so say sources close to them.

Our sources tell TMZ, the pair's latest falling out doesn't have anything to do with the newly released police body cam footage emerging of their explosive fight from Nov. 20 -- instead, it's over their continued money woes, their home, and the overall state of their marriage.

The pair appeared to have reconciled after the explosive incident at their home ... even enjoying a hibachi lunch date ... though, it didn't last long.

In fact, our sources say their close friends say no amount of therapy will fix things between them ... they just need to accept that and move on with their lives separately -- adding it's the healthiest thing that can happen for them and their kids.

One of their kids actually made the 911 call alerting cops to their infamous fight weeks at their home earlier ... and recently released footage showing police struggling to calm down a fuming Kroy.

Jake Paul made short work of Andre August in a professional boxing match Friday night ... knocking him out in the first round!!

Paul went toe-to-toe with August in the ring at Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Florida, but the cruiserweight bout was over just minutes after it began.

Check out the video ...  the boxers dance around the ring trading blows for a bit, yet nothing wildly exciting happens.

That all changes at the 2:32 mark of the first round when Paul throws a powerful right uppercut, clocking August right in the kisser.

August hits the canvas like a sack of potatoes and struggles to get back up to his feet as the referee stops the fight.

Paul celebrates by raising his arm and waving goodbye to August with his gloved hand.

Diddy is wishing his late partner Kim Porter a happy birthday amid his growing legal troubles involving multiple sexual assault allegations.

In an Instagram post Friday night, Diddy wrote, “We miss you so much Kim! Happy Birthday Beautiful! Love forever.” He accompanied the caption with an old photo of him giving Kim a big smooch on the cheek.

As you know, Kim died from pneumonia after she became bedridden due to a lung infection at her L.A. home in 2018. She was 47.

Diddy and Kim dated on and off for 13 years, sharing three children: son Christian and twin sisters D’Lila Star and Jessie James. Over the years, Diddy has spoken passionately about his love for Kim and, after her death, he revealed his regret for not tying the knot with her.

Meanwhile, Diddy is dealing with a ton of legal issues around claims that he sexually assaulted several women. His former girlfriend, Cassie, was first to file a bombshell lawsuit against the music legend in November, accusing him of years of rape and sexual abuse. The two quickly settled the matter.

But then Diddy was hit with other civil suits containing similar allegations. Those suits are still winding their way through the courts.

Colin Burgess -- the original drummer for AC/DC -- has died, this according to the heavy metal band's Facebook page.

In a statement posted Friday night, the iconic group wrote, "Very sad to hear of the passing of Colin Burgess. He was our first drummer and a very respected musician. Happy memories, rock in peace Colin." His cause of death was not disclosed.

In 1973, Burgess became a member of AC/DC with sibling guitarists Angus and Malcolm Young, singer Dave Evans and bassist Larry Van Kriedt.

Burgess didn't last very long after AC/DC cut their first hit, "Can I Sit Next to You Girl" and played their first gig at Chequers nightclub in Sydney, Australia.

Within a year, Burgess was given the boot after the band accused him of getting wasted on stage during a 1974 performance. The drummer tried to save his job by claiming someone had spiked his drink, but his excuse fell on deaf ears.

AC/DC replaced him with a number of other drummers, including longtime member Phil Rudd. The group even re-recorded "Can I Sit Next To You Girl" with Rudd on drums.

Burgess also played drums in a popular Australian rock band called The Masters Apprentices between 1968 to 1972. In 1988, he and the other members of the group were inducted into Australia's ARIA Hall Of Fame.

Burgess was 77.

Darius McCrary was arrested last month for failure to pay child support ... this according to jail records obtained by TMZ.

The "Family Matters" star -- who is dad to two daughters and one son -- was booked on November 27 on a felony count of failure to pay child support.

According to court docs, he had an outstanding arrearage of $52,788.04 as of March 12, 2019.

McCrary pled not guilty at his arraignment, and the judge set his bond conditions at $13,197.01 and being monitored by a GPS device.

Online records show he still remains behind bars.

This isn't the first time Darius has been accused of failing to pay child support ... he was arrested back in 2015 on a similar charge before coughing up around $5,500 in back support.

Two years later, the struggling actor claimed he only made $500 during the previous year ... rendering him unable to pay child support to help out his then-estranged wife, Tammy Brawner.

WWE Superstar Liv Morgan got smoked by the police ... 'cause she was busted driving with marijuana in Florida and thrown into the pokey, TMZ has confirmed.

Law enforcement sources tell us .... Morgan was cruising down the street in her jeep in Sumter County Thursday night when a sheriff's deputy pulled her over after seeing her swerve across the white and yellow lines.

We're told the deputy walked up to the vehicle, smelled reefer and conducted a search, finding less than 20 grams of marijuana in Morgan's possession.

Our sources say the deputy seized the small plastic bag of weed along with a vape pen containing an "oil-like substance."

Morgan was promptly arrested and booked into the Sumter County Jail for possession of cannabis 20 grams or less. She was later released after reportedly posting a $3,000 bond.
