Devin Booker appears to be moving on from Kendall Jenner just fine ... the NBA superstar was spotted partying on a yacht this week -- with a whole lot of bikini-clad girls.

The Phoenix Suns point guard was out on the big boat in Saint Tropez on Monday ... and his guests included some pals -- as well as a quartet of females.

Unclear if Booker -- who split with Kendall late in 2022 after a couple years of dating -- had any romantic interest in them ... though he appeared to be having a great time, regardless.

The 26-year-old and his group of friends initially got the party going on the ship -- before they cruised to shore on a dingy.

But, before touching sand, Booker dove in head first for a swim -- and his big smile showed the water temp was just fine. Eventually, he and the rest made it to land, where he gave some beachgoers a big wave.

Outside of NBA courts ... Devin hasn't been seen all that much since the Kendall breakup -- but it's clear he's doing all right as his ex has moved on with Bad Bunny.

In fact, Booker was seen over the weekend even sippin' some Cincoro Tequila with none other than Michael Jordan while kicking off his European vacation.

Now we know why Kyle Richards has been in Aspen at the same time as her good friend country star Morgan Wade ... Kyle's spreading her wings and producing a documentary on Morgan's life.

Morgan performed Sunday night at Belly Up in Aspen ... and everyone in the audience signed releases allowing the footage shot to be used in a production.

We've learned the production puts the spotlight on Morgan's life ... the highs and lows -- from her rise to stardom to overcoming substance abuse. It also focuses on the 28-year-old cancer issues -- she has a gene that makes her at high risk for ovarian and breast cancer. She'll be getting a double mastectomy in November -- presumably the doc will chronicle that journey.

Kyle is not only the executive producer of the doc, she appears on camera as well. And, Kyle was actually shooting footage of the concert during Sunday's show.

54-year-old Kyle is venturing into new territory, producing and whatnot. Congrats!

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum Kenya Moore's changing her tune -- she's now sending well-wishes to Kim Zolciak ... after previously claiming Kim might be lying about her divorce/no-divorce drama.

We got Kenya in NYC, where she said seeing the police body cam footage of Kim and Kroy Biermann during a domestic dispute made her rethink the situation.

After seeing them hurl accusations at the cops, Kenya says divorce just isn't an easy thing to navigate, especially with kids involved.

Kenya, who's been going through her own divorce since 2021, still questions how legit Kim's "divorce" filing really was -- but she's seen enough to send her best to the Biermanns, regardless.

The shift to kindness comes not long after she tweeted Kim lies "through her plastic teeth."

'RHOA' fans know it's been an up-and-down relationship between Kim and Kenya for a while, with most of the drama playing out on camera -- but after seeing the body cam, she's singing a slightly different tune ... for now.

"Blame it on the a-a-a-a-a-alcohol" -- Jamie Foxx, T-Pain, and now, Paul Pierce ... 'cause the Celtics legend is opening up on his infamous stripper video that led to his ESPN firing -- saying he was boozin' hard the night he accidentally streamed his scandalous party on Instagram.

Pierce gave Lance Armstrong the lowdown on the whole controversy in the latest episode of the hit Fox celebrity competition show, "Stars on Mars" ... and he downplayed the whole incident -- even though he lost his TV gig over it.

The Truth explained he was playing poker at his friend's birthday party ... and there was "a lot of alcohol" involved.

"It was a big whole controversy," the Hall of Famer told Lance. "I mean it wasn't nothing illegal, but it was just girls ... girls shaking their ass."

Lance somehow knew nothing about the controversy ... so when he asked how the video even saw the light of day, Paul had to admit it was all his doing.

"I accidentally did, my dumb ass."

Lance hilariously scolded the hooper ... saying, "Bitch, how old are you?!"

Pierce enlisted fellow contestant Tinashe to vouch for the harmfulness of the clip ... and she said it wasn't all that bad on its own, but context had her understanding why it was such a big deal.

Of course, ESPN quickly parted ways with Pierce after the video went viral ... but he's seeing the silver lining in getting the boot, saying, "Maybe I wouldn't be on Mars if that didn't happen. See? Everything happens for a reason."

Teresa Giudice loves to slam Sofia Vergara over a years-old incident that left her sour -- once again recounting the selfie snub story ... and again mocking Sofia's background.

The 'RHONJ' star was telling the old tale to her cohost, Melissa Pfeister, on their podcast 'Namaste B$tches' -- presumably because SV is back in the news with this divorce between her and Joe Manganiello. As such, Teresa thought it'd be good to bring this thing back up.

As she explained back in 2017 -- when this went down -- Teresa says she was at some event, where Sofia was also present. At the suggestion of their publicists ... Teresa and Sofia were supposed to take a picture together -- but TG claims Sofia threw a big fit about it.

In fact, she alleges Sofia was pretty rude in expressing her disapproval over the selfie ... apparently asking her own publicist why she'd been asked to do this with Teresa.

Obviously, that pissed Teresa off ... and she's again saying Sofia should've been nicer -- because, in Teresa's mind, she comes from humble beginnings. Here in this latest podcast clip, she's not as explicit (or xenophobic) as she was in 2017 when she told this same story.

At the time, she said Sofia had an obligation to be kind because she was an immigrant ... and here, she again suggests the same thing ... making fun of her Colombian accent to boot.

Teresa seems to think that because Sofia came from a foreign country in Latin America ... there's an extra layer of humility she needs to express in her dealings with American stars.

Bam Margera's taking more shots at Steve-O ... ripping his former friend for having some of the worst skateboarding style he's ever seen.

The former "Jackass" star tore into Steve-O's skateboarding mixtape with a video response, mainly taking issue with the way Steve-O completes his kickflips.

Bam says it's proof Steve-O's not as good a skater as him ... and he's also dissing his old buddy for not doing a rail slide in the video with Tony Hawk.

The back-and-forth began with Bam dissing his "Jackass" features on a song with rappers Cult Shotta and Tanboymiguel ... which drew a video response from Steve-O.

Bam linked back up with rappers this week in Los Angeles and watched Steve-O's skate tape together ... and Bam's anything but impressed.

While Bam's a pro skater and recently hit up this year's X-Games, it sounds like there is a strong bias behind his critique.

"Teen Mom 2" star Nathan Griffith's sister was begging for a police response after he allegedly roughed her up ... telling dispatchers he tried killing her with his bare hands.

TMZ obtained audio of the 911 call Griffith's sister placed on July 12 in Las Vegas ... and in her chat with the dispatcher, the woman says Nathan tried to strangle her before fleeing in his car.

As we first reported ... the police report says the responding officers observed visible red marks on the sister's neck and eyelids -- indicative of someone who was strangled -- and she told them Nathan grabbed her by the throat, pushed her down onto the floor and got on top of her.

Despite telling the dispatcher her brother had left, police say Nathan was still outside the home when they arrived ... yelling and denying he ever touched his sister. Ultimately, he was arrested for battery by strangulation.

We also obtained another 911 call Griffith's sister made earlier -- prior to the alleged strangulation -- and she told the dispatcher, Nathan is following her around in the home and making threats. It sounds like you can hear him in the background.

The 911 calls are alarming ... and cops also said Nathan made suicidal statements on his way to the Clark County Jail.

Nathan's got a kid with "Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans ... and he's had previous arrests for domestic violence and domestic battery by strangulation.

12:55 PM PT -- As it turns out, there's a perfectly good explanation for why Kyle is hanging with Morgan in Aspen of all places -- and it's strictly business, as TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us Morgan's actually got a show in town later this weekend, which explains why she's there herself. As for Kyle, we're hearing she's actually shooting a docuseries in Aspen as well ... so, it seems like their paths naturally crossed.

Folks are, no doubt, going to still speculate about KR and MW -- seeing how they've been hanging out a lot lately -- but on its face, it would appear they're just good friends.

Kyle Richards isn't putting out the fire over speculation about her and Morgan Wade -- in fact, she's kinda throwing gas on ... 'cause now, they're out in Colorado, just the 2 of 'em.

The 'RHOBH' star was spotted hitting the town in Aspen Friday with none other than Morgan tagging along, right by her side. In photos obtained by TMZ, you can see them cruising into a shop and perusing the shelves ... eyeing jewelry and other knickknacks strewn about.

We're told that while Kyle and Morgan did have a little entourage with them ... they were mostly left to their own devices, and didn't really leave each other's side during the pop-in.

Now, while they were definitely rolling together ... eyewitnesses say there were no clear signs of PDA between them during this outing. Still, though -- them continuing to hang out as much as they do (which is a lot) is further fueling rumors that they're a romantic item.

They've publicized their close friendship for about a year and a half now -- going on vacays together and whatnot ... but folks are thinking they're actually dating now, especially in the wake of Kyle's current separation with her longtime husband, Mauricio Umansky.

Kyle recently made it seem like she and Mauricio were working things out -- but in this instance ... the guy is nowhere to be found. So it's unclear where things stand, TBH.

Whether Morgan is Kyle's girlfriend or not ... at least she's in good company through all this.

Bonnie Chapman, the biological daughter of Dog the Bounty Hunter and the late Beth Chapman, is wearing her emotions on her sleeve when it comes to the pets she lost in a deadly house fire.

Bonnie got an arm tattoo to memorialize the dogs and cats that were killed when her home burst into flames.

Dog and Beth's daughter tells us she got the ink last weekend at a local tattoo parlor in Waynesboro, VA  ... shelling out a couple hundred bucks to pay tribute to her dog and three cats.

Bonnie says someone who heard about the house fire sent her some drawings of her late pets ... and she took the images to the tattoo parlor and got them inked into her skin.

TMZ broke the story ... Bonnie lost her Virginia home in a fire back in April, with the pets dying from smoke inhalation.

Bonnie says she and her boyfriend moved into a new place nearby, where they hung a framed photo on the wall of their late pets ... dog Sophie and cats Azriel, Plum and Merlyn.

The tattoo isn't the only way Bonnie is reminded of her cats ... she says she her new kitten, Valeria, looks like a mix between Azriel and Plum.

Rachel Leviss' big return to "Vanderpump Rules" has been mostly shrouded in mystery ... but surely Lisa Vanderpump would help give some answers, right? Think again.

We got Lisa on the TMZ Celebrity Tour in WeHo Thursday ... and as we chatted at a red light about her recent Emmy nominations, we asked her the million-dollar question -- is RL comin' back or not??

Of course, Lisa's keeping a tight lip on the whole situation ... playfully making her big escape thanks to a perfectly-timed green light.

Jokes aside, the 'VPR' matriarch has gotta know something about Rachel's return, but she ain't spilling the tea any time soon. TMZ broke the story, Rachel's actually bound by her contract with Bravo to join the cast for season 11, but she's still in negotiations -- possibly for a higher rate.

Remember, Rachel left her mental health facility earlier this month after checking herself in back in April ... and has been MIA while production picked back up for 'VPR.' Nothing's been said about how she was doing while away -- even Tom Sandoval wouldn't blab.

If we were betting, it seems increasingly unlikely Rachel will return to the show ... they're halfway through shooting Season 11, and it's gonna be hard to integrate her into the storylines.

Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan are counting their blessings today ... 'cause the couple says they were at the scene of a terrifying officer-involved shooting Thursday evening.

The incident went down at around 5:30 PM in a popular shopping area in Miami ... after a man had allegedly taken two people hostage inside a Victoria's Secret and threatened to stab them with a knife.

According to police, in an attempt to de-escalate the situation ... an officer opened fire on the man and struck him.

Larsa said in an Instagram post following the shooting that she was just feet away from it all ... and it was "scary AF."

"So thankful for the Miami Beach Police Department," she said, "everyone was running and screaming."

In footage from the scene that Pippen shared, you can see people were panicked ... as officers tried to clear out the area.

A spokesperson for the Miami Beach Police Dept. says the suspect was taken to the hospital following the shooting ... though he was later pronounced dead there.

Todd Chrisley believes he's being treated differently from the rest of his fellow inmates in federal prison ... and he thinks his fame has everything to do with it.

Chrisley's attorney, Jay Surgent, tells TMZ ... Todd believes his celebrity status has resulted in some odd occurrences while locked up at FPC Pensacola in Florida -- even telling us Todd thinks someone took his photo while he was sleeping.

He also claims he hasn't been receiving any mail and thinks it's getting destroyed ... though, he has no clue what the motive would be for someone doing that.

Jay tells us Todd's living conditions are terrible, too, claiming the place is plagued by bad plumbing, possible mold, and no A.C. to help combat the brutal heat. He also claims his wife Julie's struggling with similarly bad conditions over at FMC Lexington, KY, where she's doing her time.

For what it's worth, a rep for the Bureau of Prisons tells us the safety of inmates is a top priority, and both prisons have "contingency plans to address a large range of concerns ... including ventilation temperatures."

Regardless, Jay says Todd submitted an application to try to get switched over to home confinement. Worth a shot, but that seems unlikely, considering the fact the Chrisleys are doing hard time.

TMZ broke the story, Todd and Julie reported to their prisons in January -- Todd got a 12-year sentence, while Julie got 7 ... after the couple was convicted in their bank fraud and tax evasion case.

We're told the plan moving forward is to explore all legal avenues to address the prison conditions.

Kylie Jenner says she doesn't want her daughter, Stormi, to go under the knife to get breast implants ... but also admits she had that very surgery years ago and now regrets it.

KJ got candid about her boob job on the season finale of "The Kardashians," telling her pal Stassie Karanikolaou she got her breasts done at 19 -- something she's never confessed before -- just before having her first kiddo.

It's a decision she's definitely looking back at differently now, and really hopes her 5-year-old daughter doesn't follow in momma's footsteps as the years go on -- saying she'd be "heartbroken" if she did, because she's beautiful as she is.

ICYMI, Kylie addressed a long-running rumor on last week's episode that she got a lot of surgery on her face ... saying she's gotten fillers, but that's about it.

The reason that was even addressed on the show is because the Kardashians, in general, have been criticized for inspiring millions of Americans to get cosmetic surgeries, for better or worse, often attempting to achieve the same look as Kim, Kylie and co.

So, it's interesting Kylie's turning her boob job confession into a teachable moment for her daughter, and possibly for young women everywhere.

Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix coming face-to-face is not happening -- not for cameras, at least -- as we've learned the 'Vanderpump' exes haven't shot a one-on-one scene together since filming started for the next season.

Sources connected to the show tell TMZ ... Ariana is refusing to share the screen with Sandoval, and keep in mind, they've been filming for season 11 since late June. The prospects of that changing don't look good, either, because she's just not interested in talking to the guy.

Contrary to a report, we're told Ariana hasn't spoken to him directly since last season's tense reunion -- and they're only communicating through other people.

Our sources say production is currently slated to wrap around the first week of September, so producers are in crunch time ... and we're sure a scene with Tom and Ariana is at the top of their to-do list.

As we reported, the closest they've gotten to each other since production began was at SUR earlier this month, where they both were in the building but steered clear of each other.

One thing Tom couldn't avoid was the wrath of Scheana Shay ... she ripped into him about Rachel Leviss, who's creating a whole other problem for producers.

We told you Bravo has her under contract to appear in the new season, but she's been MIA from all shoots since ending her 100-day stay in a wellness facility. The issue for Bravo is ... under California law, she can choose to walk away.

Ariana Madix fired some shots at Tom Sandoval during her dream come true appearance on "Love Island USA" ... in a game all about knowing your partner's true colors.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star made her villa debut Tuesday night, hosting the "Mr. and Mrs." game for this season's islanders -- telling contestants she "can't wait to see who's actually been taking the time to get to know one another."

A great setup for a jab at Tom -- then saying "Take it from me, it's important to know who you're dating or sharing a bed with." Ariana adds, "If they're not the one for you, trust me, it's better to find out sooner rather than later."

'VPR' fans remember "Love Island" was the topic of a pretty dramatic convo between Ariana and Tom just before their split. She was talking with him about spending quality time, and he responded, "I don't have time to watch 50 goddamn episodes of Love Island."

As we reported, Ariana was over the moon Tuesday, sharing a first look at her time gathering around the fire pit in Fiji ... and her recent appearance is on top of multiple brand deals, joining the cast of "Dancing with the Stars," and filming a new season of "VPR."

Whitney Port's fans aren't the only ones getting worried about her severe weight loss ... now her husband's concerned, and she's promising to make her health a priority.

The former 'Hills' star finally addressed her weight, saying she didn't really notice a change until her husband, Tim Rosenman, brought it to her attention.

Whitney says Tim has been worried about her, which prompted her to sit down and think about why she's looking so frail nowadays ... and it didn't sink in until she stepped on a scale.

For Whitney, she says she eats to live and not the other way around ... explaining she always feels hungry, but doesn't know what to eat.

She says she's too lazy and too picky to make feeding herself a priority, but now admits those excuses are unacceptable.
