American actress Mia Talerico was not even one year old when she first started playing the role of Charlie Duncan -- the bubbly, cute and playful Duncan child who is jealous of her younger bro -- on Disney's "Good Luck Charlie" back in 2010.

Mia shared the sitcom with Bridgit Mendler as the older sister who makes video diaries for Charlie, Teddy Duncan, Bradley Steven Perry as Charlie's older bro who was not fond of Charlie until she threw up on their sister, Gabe Duncan and Eric Allan Kramer as the Dad and bug exterminator, Bob Duncan.

Amanda Bynes is opening up about her new look ... telling fans it's the result of plastic surgery on her face.

The former Nickelodeon star hopped on Instagram to explain why she's looking a little different these days ... explaining why she had plastic surgery on her eyelids.

Amanda says the procedure, known as a Blepharoplasty, removed the skinfolds around the corners of her eyes.

For Amanda, she says the plastic surgery is boosting her self-confidence and making her feel better about herself ... and she says it's one the greatest things she's ever done for herself.

Amanda debuted the new look earlier this month when she released her new podcast, and there were some headlines about a "new look" and she says that's why she's revealing how she went under the knife.

Beyoncé might have fresh beef stewing with a famous artist, who's strongly insinuating she -- or someone on her team -- ripped off his work for her "Renaissance" tour.

Here's the deal ... artist Hajime Sorayama just took aim at Beyoncé on social media, posting a few of her tour visuals alongside some of his artwork and insinuating she didn't ask permission to copy him.

In his post, Hajime says ... "Yo @beyonce You should have asked me 'officially' so that I could make much better work for you as like my man @theweeknd."

Thing is ... during Beyonce's wildly popular "Renaissance" tour, many people were under the belief her visuals were inspired by Hajime, with tons of folks assuming Hajime had given Queen B his permission to channel his art.

Hajime's post seems to indicate that's not the case -- however, it's unclear if he's angry and considering legal action ... or simply calling out the similarities between his art and her tour.

BTW, Hajime mentions The Weeknd because they collaborated in the past for some concert artwork, and, obviously, he feels he could've done the same for Beyoncé ... had she just asked.

Things got so intense between referees at a youth basketball game in Colorado that they ended up throwing punches in front of a bunch of kids ... and now police tell TMZ Sports they're investigating the melee.

The ugly scene, which was captured on video, went down during a 4th-grade boys hoops game -- Cherry Creek vs. Legend Blue -- over the weekend at the Gold Crown Field House in Lakewood, CO.

The clip clearly shows two referees square up on the court after some type of disagreement ... when one of the refs throws a massive right hook, knockin' down the other official.

The ref attempted to throw more punches, but was held back by bystanders.

The ref who was dropped eventually got up ... but he wasn't done fighting. The man then got into a stand-off with another official ... but thankfully no punches were thrown this time.

We talked to Lakewood Police ... who told us they're aware of the situation, but haven't yet made any arrests because "the involved parties had already left the gym" by the time they arrived on scene.

Thankfully, no one was injured during the fight, according to the Gold Crown Foundation ... which also tells us all the referees have been suspended indefinitely.

"We have informed these independently contracted officials that they are suspended indefinitely from working for Gold Crown Foundation," GCF told us in a statement.

"Most importantly we apologize to everyone that had to witness their unacceptable behavior - especially the kids."

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have plenty of issues, and now the judge in their divorce case is cracking down ... ordering them to mediation in an attempt to hammer out a settlement.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kim and Kroy are being directed to complete a mediation session by a Jan. 31 deadline.

The judge says Kim and Kroy have "numerous unresolved issues" and thinks they could benefit from mediation through the county's alternative dispute resolution program.

Obviously, mediation does not always work or guarantee Kim and Kroy will resolve their issues ... but the court is at least forcing them to give it the old college try.

As we've told you ... Kim and Kroy are divorcing amid tons of financial woes, and there's been several police visits to their Georgia home over explosive fights.

Kim and Kroy also have 4 young children so working out custody issues through mediation may be no cakewalk.

Big update from the Jonathan Majors assault trial ... the driver of the SUV in which Majors and Grace Jabbari were fighting, took the stand and testified he thought she hit the movie star.

Jonathan is accused of roughing up Grace in the back of their ride while trying to get his phone back after she believed she'd caught him texting another woman -- but the driver's testimony paints Grace as the aggressor, not the other way around.

Taking the stand Monday and speaking through an interpreter, the driver testified he kept his eyes on the road as Jonathan and Grace fought in the back of his Escalade back in March, telling the jury he "had a feeling the girl had hit the boy ... because of the way that she was fighting, and the sounds produced."

The driver also testified Grace demanded to see Jonathan's phone, saying ... "The girl became very angry." The driver also said, "He was not doing anything, she was doing it," and that Jonathan was "trying to get rid" of Grace.

It's an interesting twist in the trial ... last week, text messages between Jonathan and Grace were read aloud in court, including a September 2022 exchange where they seemingly referred to some sort of altercation in London.

In the text messages, Jonathan wrote ...  "They will ask you questions, and as I don't think you actually protect us, it could lead to investigation even if you do lie, and they suspect something."

Jabbari then replied, "I will tell the doctor I bumped my head if I go. I'm going to give it one more day, but I can't sleep and I need some stronger pain killers. That's all: why would I tell them what really happened when it's clear I want to be with you."

The car service driver also testified Jonathan and Grace both left his car at one point, arguing outside on a street corner in Manhattan ... and said Majors was "pushing her back into the car to get rid of her."

The Wilson family just got bigger ... 'cause Ciara and Russell Wilson have welcomed their new baby girl into the world -- revealing her name is Amora Princess!

The Denver Broncos quarterback and the singer announced on their social media pages their daughter arrived on Monday ... sharing an adorable photo of the newborn.

"Amora Princess Wilson," the couple said in a caption on the IG post. "9lbs 1oz. We Love You so much!"

Their friends -- and millions of fans -- were stoked by the wonderful news ... with Serena Williams writing in the comment section on the post, "Omg i love her already."

Ciara -- who married Russell in 2016 -- broke the news that she was expecting back in August ... showing off her baby bump in a video while dancing to her hit single with Chris Brown, "How We Roll."

This is Ciara and Russ' third child together ... she had their daughter, Sienna Princess, in 2017 and their son, Win Harrison, in 2020.

Ciara also has a son from her previous relationship with rapper Future.

The man wielding a folding chair in the infamous Alabama Riverfront brawl won't spend any time behind bars in his case ... if he completes his community service, that is.

According to court records, Reggie Bernard Ray entered a conditional guilty plea Monday, and in exchange, was hit with 50 hours of community service and a 90-day suspended sentence.

That means if he successfully completes all his community service and keeps his nose clean, he won't do any time in jail.

You'll recall, Ray was seen in the viral clip earlier this year, coming to the defense of another Black man -- the co-captain of a nearby riverboat -- during a dispute with white men whose boat was blocking the riverboat from docking.

It quickly grew into a huge brawl, with Ray making a memorable appearance by swinging the chair at one of the white men ... the incident has since spawned multiple memes and even some merch.

Cecily Strong did not feel comfortable playing Rep. Elise Stefanik in the 'SNL' sketch about the "genocide of Jews" hearing in Congress ... and ended up bowing out right before the show started.

The former "Saturday Night Live" star was supposed to return as a guest star in the cold open skit, and she went through a dress rehearsal as Stefanik. But, she "was uncomfortable with the sketch" ... according to a NY Post report.

The sketch tackled last week's explosive hearing on Capitol Hill, where Rep. Stefanik grilled university presidents about antisemitism on campuses ... leading to some cringeworthy responses and a resignation at UPENN.

Instead of Cecily making her first 'SNL' appearance since December 2022, when she left the NBC show after 11 seasons, she was replaced on air by Chloe Troast.

The report also cited sources claiming the writing of Saturday's cold-open sketch was slightly rushed ... and that Cecily backed out for "a variety of reasons."

It's unclear if her issue was the bit's obvious political slant in mocking a staunch Donald Trump supporter -- namely, Rep. Stefanik -- or its lack of humor. Kenan Thompson really had the only decent laughs in the skit.

Cecily might have seen the bullet coming, and decided to dodge it -- the sketch is getting terrible reviews and Chloe is getting dragged for her role in it.

Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell, the eldest daughter of Mama June, will be cremated ... TMZ has learned, and we're told everyone in the family will get a portion of her ashes.

Family sources tell TMZ ... after Anna's memorial services this week, her family will be cremating her, and they plan to split her remains amongst family members. We're told there's been talk about making special jewelry or crystals with her ashes inside.

We're told the funeral home is also fingerprinting Anna as a keepsake, too ... and the family is also considering getting tattoos of her prints.

Sources say Anna requested an open-casket funeral and wanted her fans to be able to attend the memorial -- telling us she was close with them and wanted to make sure they were a part of the services to have a chance at closure.

Anna's family is also planning to get a memorial bench in her honor, as a place to go and talk with her when they want ... although the exact location has yet to be determined.

As we reported, Anna passed away Saturday night due to complications from her cancer battle -- you'll recall, she was suffering from stage 4 adrenal carcinoma, which doctors had told her was terminal.

2 Chainz is out of the hospital and recovering just fine ... after he was involved in a 3-car crash in Miami over the weekend.

Sources close to the rapper tell TMZ he was released hours after being rushed to the hospital early Saturday morning ... docs checked him out following the accident.

We're told he was just a bit banged up ... and luckily managed to dodge any major injuries.

2 Chainz was initially in Miami for Art Basel ... but we're told he's happy to be out of the hospital and home now, and is prioritizing rest before the holidays.

TMZ broke the story, confirming a crash involving 3 vehicles and the rapper in Miami. The "Birthday Song' rapper also shared a vid of himself in an ambulance being taken to the hospital to get checked out.

As for who was at fault, 2 Chainz was in the clear ... with cops suspecting one of the other drivers of driving under the influence when they hit the rapper from behind.

2 Chainz posted a few pics of the scene, showing the extensive impact of the crash, with another car heavily mangled on the front left side.

N.Y. Jets fans may have an early Christmas present under the tree ... a healthy Aaron Rodgers, who our sources tell us is expected to be cleared medically for game action before Gang Green's December 24 contest against the Commanders!

Then, it'll be up to the coaches and team execs to decide whether the 4x NFL MVP plays.

We're told barring an unexpected setback, Rodgers will be given the all-clear before the week 16 game against the NFC East team at MetLife Stadium in Jersey.

Of course, Rodgers ruptured his Achilles on September 11, just 4 plays into his Jets career. On September 13, just days later, AR had cutting-edge surgery to repair the injury in Los Angeles.

The injury typically takes professional athletes around 9 months to return to play. If Rodgers comes back on 12/24, it'll be just 104 days after sustaining the devastating injury.

Needless to say, if the Jets allow him to play, Aaron, who has been practicing with his teammates since late November, will complete the fastest-recorded recovery of a ruptured Achilles tendon.

Despite being given the go-ahead from the medical folks, it's possible the team still doesn't allow Rodgers to play ... depending on their playoff prospects.

The Jets, who beat the Texans behind Zach Wilson on Sunday, are still just 5-8 ... and are looking up at 6 teams between them and a playoff birth. The reality is the Jets likely need to win out to have a chance at the postseason.

N.Y. plays the 9-3 Dolphins on Sunday ... and whether Aaron plays the following week could come down to if the team wins or loses that game.

Mama June's late daughter, Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell, got hitched after finding out she had stage 4 cancer ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources tell us the reality TV star expressed her desire to get married to her partner, Eldridge Toney, back in January ... after being diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal carcinoma.

We're told Anna made it clear she wanted to have her wedding while she was still feeling well enough to go through a ceremony.

According to the marriage certificate, obtained by TMZ, Anna and Eldridge tied the knot March 4 in Wilkinson County, Georgia. What's more, Anna's sister, Pumpkin's husband was the officiant.

Remember ... Anna was also undergoing chemotherapy in March, the same month she got married.

Our sources say the wedding included close family and a camera crew recording footage for their WE tv reality show, "Mama June: From Not to Hot."

As we reported ... Anna died Saturday after her difficult cancer battle, a little over 9 months after she walked down the aisle.

Cardi B is a single woman once again, ending things with her estranged husband, Offset ... breaking the news days after she unfollowed him on social media and talked about losing "dead weight."

Cardi went live on Instagram to set the record straight Sunday night -- telling fans she's been single "for a minute now" ... admitting she wasn't sure how to share the bombshell piece of info.

Cardi went on to say she's been wanting to fill folks in for some time -- and as recently as last week -- but says she wants to start the new year "fresh" and "open."

The news might not come as a shock to some ... as we reported, Cardi and Offset unfollowed each other sometime last week, and she posted a message about outgrowing relationships -- adding, "I GOTTA PUT MYSELF FIRST!"

She also told her fans she wants to drop all "dead weight" in her life in 2024 ... another shot at Offset.

The 2 got married back in 2017, but she filed for divorce in 2020 due to cheating allegations ... but she eventually withdrew. They've also got 2 kids together -- 5-year-old Kulture and 2-year-old Wave.

Offset alluded to the idea earlier this year that Cardi might've cheated on him, which she denied ... but that sparked a bit of an online battle between them, until they eventually made up.

Kylie Jenner's going out of her way to make sure BF Timothée Chalamet gets all the shine he deserves by skipping the flashy entrance, and all the photogs, outside the theater for his L.A. premiere of "Wonka."
