Amanda Bynes is bringing her podcast back from the dead ... switching course and soldiering on despite saying she was going to pull the plug after just one episode.

The day after saying her new podcast was going the way of the dinosaur because of a lack of big-name guests, Amanda says she's going to continue the podcast.

Amanda says her friends convinced her to reconsider giving up so soon ... and she says she's excited to record a new episode.

Remember ... Amanda said she was going to kill the podcast after the inaugural episode because A-list musicians like Drake, Jack Harlow and Post Malone weren't lining up to join her as guests on the podcast, as she hoped.

Now, Amanda says she realizes podcasts need time to grow a following ... and those big-name guests she has on her radar might join down the road.

Of course, no matter who the guests are they won't be talking about her mental health struggles or her Hollywood career.

Still, Amanda says she has some guests lined up ... and her "Amanda Bynes and Paul Sieminski: Podcast" is doing well on Spotify early on.

Jonathan Majors is out of a job at Disney, 'cause Marvel is dropping him from all projects in the MCU, and cutting ties in the wake of his guilty verdict ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us the comic book movie studio -- one of the Mouse House's largest imprints -- will not be moving forward with the embattled actor, period. What that means ... he's losing out on his key role as Marvel's big villain, Kang the Conqueror.

That's a huge blow, seeing how he's already portrayed the character in one big Marvel movie -- 'Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania' -- as well as 2 seasons of the Disney+ show 'Loki.' The 2nd 'Loki' season heavily featured Kang and his variants -- other versions of the big bad, also played by JM -- as did the aforementioned film.

By all accounts, Jonathan was going to play Kang for at least two more Marvel films ... and the studio was said to be treating him/Kang as the next Thanos, of sorts, in their franchise.

Now, though, that's all out the window ... and the two new 'Avengers' flicks that are currently in development and pre-production -- both of which he was attached to as Kang -- will go in a totally new direction without him. There'd been rumblings Marvel was already exploring their options even before the trial ... and it sounds like they're ready to pivot.

No word on whether Kang will be recast, or if they'll just tap a new bad guy -- but either way ... Majors was just fired by his biggest employer, and is losing out on millions of dollars.

Of course, the decision was swift ... coming down no more than a couple hours after he was found guilty on two of four counts in his criminal trial -- where he was facing assault and harassment charges after being accused of roughing up his ex-girlfriend in March.

He was convicted of reckless assault and harassment, and acquitted of intentional assault and aggravated harassment. In layman's terms -- the jury appears to have dinged him for what may have happened outside the car, and not necessarily what went on inside.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is clearly recovering nicely after breaking his hip during a nasty fall last week -- 'cause he's now firing off jokes about the situation, calling himself "Humpty Kareem!"

The NBA legend shared an update on his status on his Substack page on Monday ... revealing he was actually on his way to delivering a speech at The Manhattan Transfer's concert on Friday at Disney Hall in Los Angeles when the spill happened.

"I'd like to say I fell while trying to save a child from plunging over a balcony," he wrote, "but I just tripped."

"Hard for me to accept that a once world-class athlete just stumbled. But age is the great equalizer and humbles us all."

The 76-year-old, though, shared a snap of him in a hospital bed with a huge grin -- appearing to show that his rehab is moving smoothly.

Abdul-Jabbar also thanked all the first responders who cared for him after he went down ... and he vowed to be up and at 'em again shortly.

"All my best to you from my hospital bed," he wrote. "Me and my new hip will be dancing to [The Manhattan Transfer's] tunes again."

"Well," he continued, "gently swaying."

Mama June is being dragged to court in a custody battle for Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell's oldest daughter ... and Mama says she's prepared to duke it out.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the biological father of Anna's youngest daughter, Kylee, is suing Mama June for custody of Anna's 11-year-old daughter, Kaitlyn.

Michael Cardwell already took custody of 8-year-old Kylee, who he had with Anna, after her recent death ... and he says he's taken a parental role in Kaitlyn's life over the years despite not being her biological dad.

In the docs, Michael says Anna fostered and supported his relationship with Kaitlyn when Anna was still alive ... he says he behaved as though he were Kaitlyn's dad and claims Anna was on board with him continuing to spend time with Kaitlyn even after he and Anna separated. He also says he's paying for Kaitlyn's education.

Mama June tells TMZ … she hasn't been served with any legal papers yet but said she "can see him in court." The reality TV star says Kaitlyn wants to stay with her and her husband, Justin, and insists a change in custody "would be going against her wishes."

As we first told you ... Mama June took custody of Kaitlyn in the wake of Anna's death and was planning to try to become her legal guardian.

Mama June tells us Anna, who died from cancer, wanted Kaitlyn to live with MJ ... and she claims Michael knew the plan beforehand.

Michael claims Kaitlyn's biological father has never been involved in her life ... but Mama June says that means she should be the one to step into the parent role.

In the docs, Michael opens up some old family wounds, saying ... "Anna has had a very sorted [sic] relationship with her mother throughout her life and went various periods of time without speaking to her." He says Mama's presence in Kaitlyn's life has also been inconsistent.

1:30 PM PT -- Jonathan Majors' attorney, Priya Chaudhry, tells us, "It is clear that the jury did not believe Grace Jabbari's story of what happened in the SUV because they found that Mr. Majors did not intentionally cause any injuries to her. We are grateful for that."

Chaudhry continues, "We are disappointed, however, that despite not believing Ms. Jabbari, the jury nevertheless found that Mr. Majors was somehow reckless while she was attacking him. Mr. Majors is grateful to God, his family, his friends, and his fans for their love and support during these harrowing eight months. Mr. Majors still has faith in the process and looks forward to fully clearing his name."

12:42 PM PT -- Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg tells TMZ, “At the Manhattan D.A.’s Office, we are committed to centering survivors in all of our work. The evidence presented throughout this trial illustrated a cycle of psychological and emotional abuse, and escalating patterns of coercion far too common across the many intimate partner violence cases we see each and every day."

Bragg continues, "Today, a jury determined that pattern of abuse and coercion culminated with Mr. Majors assaulting and harassing his girlfriend. We thank the jury for its service and the survivor for bravely telling her story despite having to relive her trauma on the stand."

Jonathan Majors was just found guilty in his criminal trial -- after a jury decided the actor's fate following 3 days of deliberations.

The verdict came down Monday in NYC, and the actor was found guilty on one count of reckless assault in the third degree and guilty of harassment. Remember, he'd initially been slapped with 8 separate charges -- all pertaining to alleged assault and harassment -- but before things kicked off ... the D.A.'s office agreed to drop four of them in an effort to consolidate their complaint.

He was acquitted of two other charges ... one count of intentional assault and one count of aggravated harassment. Now, he faces a maximum sentence of up to a year behind bars.

The trial, which lasted about two weeks, had some standout moments right from the jump in opening statements -- when prosecutors alleged Majors had a history of violence in his relationships, and that the March incident in question was simply the latest example.

Prosecutors claim Majors and his accuser, Grace Jabbari, had gotten into an argument that night after she discovered some texts from another woman ... but asserted Majors was the one who escalated things by allegedly twisting her arm behind her back, and her finger as well. They also claimed he threw her back into the car they were in after she attempted to exit. In other words, they alleged he roughed her up ... and the 6-person jury agreed.

One critical piece of evidence presented in court involved surveillance video of the night in question ... showing a scuffle between Majors and Jabbari, plus a foot chase shortly thereafter ... with Majors bolting away from Jabbari, who runs after him for a few blocks.

Jabbari herself also took the stand as the key witness, and she backed the prosecution's case ... namely, that Majors had gotten physical with her that night, and it followed a pattern of controlling/manipulative behavior that, at times, teetered on violence.

She described other alleged instances of Majors losing his temper ... and delivered emotional testimony. On cross, though, Majors' defense team attempted to pick apart her story ... including asking her whether she was actually injured that night, despite security footage that showed her partying after the fact and looking seemingly unharmed/unbothered.

Major's 911 call the day he was arrested was also released ... he called after finding Jabbari passed out in his penthouse apartment and feared she may have attempted suicide.

Throughout the trial, Majors appeared alongside his current girlfriend, Meagan Good, who stood by him during the saga -- whose presence some thought would buy him goodwill.

The bigger question now, of course, is what happens to his career ... it was on the ropes even before the trial -- and now, it feels like he might start to be dropped en masse. It's a big blow ... Majors had already started playing Marvel's next big bad, and he was a rising star in Hollywood with Oscar aspirations too.

He'll be sentenced February 6.

Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse seem to have more than just a baby on the way -- there may even be wedding bells in the near future ... if this ring is any indication.

The couple was strolling in London Monday and Suki flashed a massive diamond rock on THAT finger. They both seemed pretty giddy as they walked along in the brisk UK weather. If they are, in fact, engaged ... we suppose they have every reason to be stoked!

Of course, there's other good news in their universe these days -- namely, the fact they're expecting a child together ... something SW was not hiding whatsoever in this outing.

Suki revealed their pregnancy news late last month during a performance in Mexico ... where she casually dropped the fact she had a bun in the oven -- pointing out her obvious body changes. Since then, she and Rob have been out and about a lot in NYC.

Now, it looks like they're going the traditional route for their family ... via (possible) marriage.

Robert and Suki have been dating since 2018, but have been relatively low-key about their relationship considering their A-list status. That said, they don't shy away from PDA at all.

Norman Lear, the TV icon famous for creating "All In The Family," died from heart issues ... TMZ has learned.

Norman's official cause of death is listed as cardiac arrest, according to his death certificate. The doc, obtained by TMZ, also lists congestive heart failure as an underlying cause of death.

As we reported ... Norman died earlier this month at his home in Beverly Hills from what his publicist said was natural causes. He was 101.

Norman made a seismic impact on American culture and social change over a long career in Hollywood ... creating hit shows like "The Jeffersons," "Sanford and Son," "Good Times," "One Day at a Time," and "Diff'rent' Strokes" in addition to "All In The Family."

Norman's longtime TV career gets a nod on his death certificate ... the doc notes he spent 80 years as a writer-producer in the entertainment biz.

Following his death, Norman got a touching tribute from Henry Winkler ... remembering Norman as a forward-thinking man who used art to help Americans see the best and worst in themselves.

Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino was addicted to pills for a long time during his heyday -- a dark period he's now shining a light on with his new book.

The "Jersey Shore" star's memoir "Reality Check: Making the Best of the Situation -- How I Overcame Addiction, Loss, and Prison" drops Tuesday, and dives into just about all of Mike's ups and downs during his TV career -- including his battle with drugs.

As it turns out, The Situation was actually hooked on painkillers for years ... much of which overlapped with his time on the hit MTV reality series, up to and including Season 5.

Mike came on 'TMZ Live' Monday to break down the infamous cement self-KO headbutt he did on camera, saying it was actually tied to him going through withdrawals at the time. Seeing how deep into the belly of the beast he was, MS counts himself lucky to be alive.

He also tells us the MTV team came to him often during filming and asked if he needed help -- but, at one point, his addiction got so bad ... he says they gave him an ultimatum, which is detailed in his new book.

We asked Mike what the lowest point for him was during this saga -- and while you might think his prison stint would be in the ballpark of contenders ... he actually says another time he tried a new drug was when he hit rock bottom. As MS explains ... he once tried heroin.

Anthony Edwards is breaking his silence after a woman claimed he told her to get an abortion ... saying his comments were made "in the heat of a moment" and do not reflect his beliefs.

The 22-year-old Minnesota Timberwolves star was put on blast in a series of social media posts this weekend ... with user Paige Jordae, who has more than a million followers, sharing a recent text conversation that she says lays out Edwards' wishes to terminate her pregnancy.

The woman also shared a screenshot of a $100,000 wire transfer appearing to be from the former No. 1-overall pick after providing proof of the procedure.

Edwards seemingly owned up to it all on Monday ... releasing a statement on the matter saying, "I made comments in the heat of a moment that are not me, and that are not aligned with what I believe and who I want to be as a man."

The All-Star guard continued in a post on X, "All women should be supported and empowered to make their own decisions about their bodies and what is best for them."

Madonna had some words for Andy Cohen ... playfully airing her grievances with him after spotting him at her "Celebration" tour in NYC.

The Queen of Pop advised the talk show host to steer clear of any future digs on "Watch What Happens Live" ... with a clip showing her walking up to him with a bottle in hand during Saturday's show, asking, "How f****** lucky am I, Andy?"

"If you say one more bad thing about me on your show," she began jolting her drink forward enough for some spillage near Andy -- cautioning: "Oh yeah, you're gonna be in so much trouble. You little troublemaking queen!!"

A public talking to from Madonna would make many want to dissipate into a deep, dark hole -- but Andy was delighted by the scolding -- mouthing "I love you" to the star.

In fact, he was so thrilled he shared the clip on IG, writing that as a lifelong Madonna fan, he was blown away to be called a "troublemaking queen" -- and couldn't wait to go back.

The duo's paths have crossed before IRL ... with them posing together for a snap as far back as 2009 ... though it looks like Andy's consistently found himself in the fan zone with her.

As for what jibes Madonna was referring to ... we don't know for sure, though earlier this year, Andy said he was so over the Material Girl not materializing on his show.

A concert for Blueface and Jaidyn Alexis almost turned into an MMA match ... tossing a female fan off the stage after accusing her of throwing something at the performers.

The soon-to-be husband and wife were performing in Utah over the weekend when a piece of ice allegedly whizzed past Jaidyn -- Blueface singled out the female fan he thought was responsible for the ice, pulling her up on the stage.

Then, Blueface tossed the woman off the stage and toward Jaidyn, encouraging his fiancée to beat the woman up.

From there, all hell breaks loose, and Jaidyn throws several punches on Blueface’s orders ... luckily, it didn't appear any connected.

The woman managed to escape thanks to security, but fans are calling for Jaidyn to jump ship from her relationship with Blueface.

Chandler Jones was recently involved in another run-in with cops -- this time the NFL star's confrontation with police happened while he was in Arizona.

According to a video the former Las Vegas Raiders pass rusher posted to his Instagram on Monday morning, several officers from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office pulled up to a residence he was at looking to speak to him.

In the footage, you can see Jones exchanged words with the officers ... before one of them told the football player, "Mr. Jones, we've got to talk about why we're here now."

Suddenly, the camera falls and Jones can be heard screaming.

"Wait!" Jones yells. "Wait! No!"

You can hear in the clip officers trying to explain to him they're "there to help" -- before the video cuts out.

It's unclear when the footage was captured and what officers were there for -- we've reached out to cops for comment, but so far, no word back yet.

It's hardly the first time Jones has garnered seemingly unwanted attention from cops over the last few months -- he was arrested in Las Vegas two times in the fall for violations of a domestic violence temporary protection order.

And, according to a second video Jones shared on his IG on Monday morning, cops were also apparently at his home in Arizona another time recently to talk about a fire he had seemingly made in his backyard.

"We got a phone call that you were burning your furniture," the officers told Jones.

Jones denied the allegation, explained the fire was contained -- and even offered to bring out firewood to prove it all. The video stops before a resolution to the situation is seen.

Drake is patting himself on the back for a year well done, admitting he couldn't do it without the love of his supporters -- and the bad intentions of his haters.

Drake took to IG Sunday to deliver a PSA to celebrate his 2023 ... he released his thirteenth No. 1 album "For All The Dogs" and closed the year as the top-streamed artist on Spotify.

Drake acknowledged he couldn't have done it without fans driving his numbers up and constantly supporting him.

Drake also lashed out at the "nonbelievers, the underachievers and the tweet-and-deleters" -- and fans instantly remembered Metro Boomin subliminally shading Drake on X a couple of weeks ago.

Metro was upset that Drake and 21 Savage's "Her Loss" was receiving more award show attention than his "Heroes & Villains" project ... although it's not totally clear why.

Both albums are nominated for Best Rap Album at next year's Grammys ... but Drake says guys like that make his stomach turn and dared anyone of them to step to his face.

Kendall Jenner dealt with the breakup blues this weekend the same way she might on any other given night -- a high-priced meal with her celebrity pals ... in this case, the Biebers.

The supermodel capped off her Aspen weekend Sunday by hitting up one of the hot spots there in town, Catch, and we gotta say ... she looked damn good walking into the joint, rocking a very on-theme black and white ensemble that she was wearing the hell out of.

Now, KJ was fairly stone-faced ... not revealing any emotion, one way or another, that you could attach to her new relationship status.

Couple ways to interpret that, we suppose -- either she's somber/sad about the split, or doesn't have a care in the world. Eye of the beholder, as they say.

Anyway, Justin and Hailey Bieber joined her to chow down ... they were also there in Aspen, and we know they're already great friends. Them joining could just be pals getting together for dinner ... or a coming-together of consolation. Either way, they had her back.

Of course, them breaking bread -- very publicly, mind you -- comes on the heels of word that Kendall and Bad Bunny split ... this after not being seen together for well over a month.

The last time they were pictured together was actually in a photo we obtained ... the morning after their big Halloween bash in late October, where they were grabbing breakfast together and looking very much so like a couple. Since then, they've noticeably been apart.

Kendall did allude to a potential breakup back in mid-November ... when she threw up a cryptic IG post that said whatever was meant for her would find its way to her.

BB, meanwhile, hasn't said diddly squat ... and he's laid pretty low heading into November/December. If they are, in fact, dunzo as reports claim -- they had a good run.
